    Hi,

    I requested for AC installation in my faridabad address and I got the message with the details of your service provider OM services & details. Trying to reach them since yesterday but no success. Their phone number is either coming not reachable or switched off.
    This is the pathetic service.

      I bought a water purifier blue star imperia on 18th aug 2019.Within a year the Bulb was not working.then within 2 and 1/2 year the candles and pump got damaged...Can you plz answer me what type of purifier are you making that it got totally damaged within 3 yrs.?
      It costs 20000 rs..not a small amount..Nd your technicians are also not trained.they cnt even find the fault..

        My BlueStar Inverter AC, purchased in July 2019 worked well for 3 years. Last week we did the regular service as summer was starting and my parents are coming back and thus we need the AC. But when we turned it on it did not cool. We kept it running for about 1 hr but it did not cool.

        So I called Bluestar customer service and they sent a technician (Mahesh from Unique Cool Enterprises) on Sunday 20th March at 3:15pm to check it. My AC is not under warranty but my compressor still has a 5 year warranty.

        When Mahesh arrived he started the AC and it worked but was not cooling. Mahesh checked the entire AC and removed parts from the inside unit to check. He did a thorough test and said that the AC gas has leaked and we need to replace the gas only. He said he will do a leakage test and refill the gas. The cost would be 2800. He deducted the leakage fixing charge of 600rs but took a visitation charge of 600rs from me. We agreed to the 2800rs cost of filling the gas but he said he cannot do it and another tech will do it. I insisted on getting it done on the same day as I did not want to spend more time fixing it. He said he would try but it was obvious he would not do it. He gave me a receipt for the 600rs and put back the AC parts on the inside unit. I told him to leave it open so it is easier for the next tech but he did not do it. He closed it back and did NOT start the AC again.

        The next day (monday 21 Mar) another tech came in the morning to fill the gas but when he tested the AC he said the PC Board was broken and needs to be replaced and quoted 6000rs.

        Now, I did NOT open the AC. It is obvious that I could not open it. I was very upset, the previous tech (Mahesh) is the only one who opened it and thus is responsible for breaking it. This needs to be fixed by the technician as he is the one who broke it. I spoke to Faizen who is the senior of Mahesh and he conferenced Mahesh in the call and Mahesh said he did not break it as it was working when he visited. YES IT WAS WORKING WHEN HE VISITED - THAT'S MY POINT. IT WAS WORKING WHEN HE VISITED.

        It was working fine when he visited and it was only not cooling. But he did NOT turn it on after he put it back. The fact that it worked when Mahesh visited is proof that the AC was working till he opened it. So this is clearly his fault, it was not intentional but it was his mistake. So I am not willing to pay for this, BlueStar must fix this for me. I am willing to pay the 2800 for gas refilling but I will not pay for the damage to the PCB.

        I have been a very happy customer but now I am upset with this service. I cannot be held responsible for this. It is one thing to get it wrong but it is morally unacceptable to blame me for breaking it when it very obviously was not me.

          I bought under counter fridge model no- UC2100E of blue star company from Doon Kitchen, Dehradun. This was a brand new product but after few days one of the door collapsed and what we found was that there was tape around the screw which was holding the door. I am not sure that it was a lapse from blue star or doon kitchen but this is unacceptable.
          After reaching out to Doon Kitchen and Blue star no one has solved this problem and its been 2 weeks now.
          Kindly please look into the matter and respond immediately.

              I am using blue star from last two years, I didn't got efficiency even for a certain period,

              As only two months it worked properly, several times i have been complained to local delars, they are saying its about power issues,

              I am having multiple air conditioner in my home older one VOLTAS also be working with the same power input, i cant understand the efficiency of BLUE STAR is very genuinely as at utter position as per the utilization and feedback.

              I want your tech support towards
              to resolve and support certain issues i am facing related to my BLUE STAR A/C's.

                I placed request for service 10 days ago. Waiting for service at my door step. No one turns back and my request denying 3 times with un know reasons. I not understand who providing these reasons. I called customer care and reopen request 3 times.
                No service done so far.

                Lounched service complaint on 5th February. Issue is still open. Not resolved yet 😞
                Worst Air condition I ever purchased especially Blue Star inverter AC. Definately after 1 year complaint will arise for inverter board. Most of the customers facing the same problem on Blue Star inverter AC. My simple advice is that never purchase blue star inverter AC.

                      Not standardised service provider they are connected with to provide proper service. PVR SERVICE PROVIDER a worst AC service provider

                      The rates of visiting charges are equivalent to rates of repair services.
                      Service charge of 950 collected as visiting charge when the ticket raised is cancelled

                            I bought Bluestar 3star inverter AC from Kanankandy kannur, around 1years ago. The PCB of the AC stopped working properly hence, swing functionality started malfunctioning(As per the technician visited for investigation from Bluestar service center 3 days back .so I lodged a complaint(Ticket Dated 14 th Feb 2022.Since then, still they don’t have parts

                            But the fact is, I got the call from the Bluestar service center and saying that you have to pay the amount pcb card which is around rs 8000.issue.'PCB spare not available'.
                            Ticket numbers for your reference -

                            In the mean while I got the response from Bluestar service center from kannur that the PCB spare part is on the way, it will take time

                            Unfortunately this has not happened.I am totally clue less what is going on.

                            The service partners have no clue, their customer support have no clue, neither does their service engineers. Whenever I call, they keep saying parts will be available soon.

                            This kind of support from the company like Bluestar not expected.I'm very much frustrated with this experience.

                            Request you to look into this matter urgently and help resolving without any further delays and also complete my job-under warranty

                              Bought a water dispenser and it is not working but no resolution

                              We bought Bluestar water dispenser and it only worked for few days. Raised multiple complaints during warranty period but no resolution and now Bluestar is asking to pay visiting charges as it is out of warranty.

                              1. We need replacement of the product and spent enough time following up with customer care and service centre.
                              2. Who will pay for the loss of time and energy following up. Didn't expect this from Bluestar....

                                I purchased split air conditioner in the year of 2021.with In 5 month ac not cool the room it mean ac not cooling. after service engineer visit the home and resolve it. after 4to 5 month right now it will happen.the same issue as before what we got already it happens again I need a replacement.                                   I would like to inform you that I have purchased a deep freezer from Blue Star limited, in Amul PO scheme for which I had made a full payment on 18/Oct/2021, for which after delays and hiccups recieved the freezer on 13/Nov/2021 which itself was one month waiting period against promised 7 days delivery, again after receiving the fridge some parts where missing for which i registered the complaint with Bluestar...

                                  We are a hotel and recently thieves targetted the VRF A/C for copper wire. The outdoor unit is located on the terrace but there piping to the rooms are from the outside walls. During installation we were never advised that the copper wires are vulnerable to theft and needs to be protected. Not doing so would damage the entire VRF system and that is what happened exactly. We incurred an expense of Rs 1.7 lacs to fix the wiring and fill new gas. A few days later the VRF outdoor unit started making noise and we were told by the technician that due to the leaking of gas one of compressors failed. We were advised that changing one compressor is not a good idea so we should change both. I fail to understand that if there was a gas leak then why did the system not shutdown itself. This should have been a primary feature of any modern VRF A/C system.

                                  All of the above could have been avoided if they had secured the copper wiring that runs outside the property. However we decided to bear the losses and ordered two compressors. All existing bookings had to be cancelled and we were told that the compressors will be installed within 10 days. We gave it a couple of more days just in case and opened bookings from the 12th day onwards. The full payment was made for compressor order and we were desperately waiting for the problem to be rectified. To our surprise, on the 10th day we found out that Bluestar has not even raised a ticket for the order. The customer service was totally blank about our order, they had no clue about the order let alone telling the status of the installation. It is completely unimaginable that in todays age a large company like Bluestar can be so irresponsible. We have now cancelled all bookings for another 10 days and this has caused a huge impact on the hotel's reputation.

                                  They have provided an email address on their website for complaints [protected]@bluestarindia.com. I sent an email to this address 5 days ago and have not received a response till now even to say that they have a registered a complaint. For a business especially a hotel to rely on such a company was a huge mistake on our part. We regret our decision to select Bluestar as our partner and wish we had enquired more about their after sales service more before making our decision.

                                    Horrible and worst experience customer service

                                    I purchased your water purifier and that beep noise irritating so much I called so many times at your customer service but no one give proper resolution for it and no engineer visit at my place please I request you pls replace it or give my money back so pathetic service ever I seen tooo much disappointment with your service never purchase any product from blue star...
