Bought an Bluestar ac on 17th August 2020 from chawla electronics Faridabad. Started using it from 19th August 2020 and what i found it highly noisy (sound like mini genset).
Raised a complaint at blue star customer services on 19th august, this took 5 visits of the technician to come on a decision to replace it with a new one as the compressor was faulty. So after almost a month of follow-ups Bluestar replaced AC on 11th September 2020.
After few days, it again making trouble with terrible smell & this time AC motor was faulty & again visit of 2 technicians to come on a decision for motor change.
So right now I am very disappointed from BLUESTAR, Pathetic product 2 units & both were faulty (earlier one with compressor noise, second one with motor faulty). Can't trust more on this brand.
I am here to suggest and recommend all my friends to never buy blue star electrical appliances.
Note: Highly pathetic product, customer service from Bluestar.

      I am writing this in reference to ticket b[protected] for product: water purifier - aristo ro+uv+uf. Your dealer is closing my complaint even without visiting and attaching a false field service report. This is not the first time that they have done this with me and blue star. My earlier complaint (B[protected]) was also not addressed and the ticket was closed. It also involves a person from the blue star team with phone no.[protected].

      The product is under warranty and we are facing this issue from the last 20 days. Hope you can understand our position that we are borrowing water from the neighborhood.

          Dear Customer care

          This is to update our bad experience with purchase of Blue star Split AC. This was brought in June 2020 which is three months ago. Order ID is: OD[protected], Invoice dated 29.05.2020 through flipkart. This AC is not functioning from 4th September with an error code EL 01. Hence, we logged a compliant to the customer care and the reference number is B[protected], dated 15th September 2020.

          Recently bought 3star rated inverter hi-
          Wall split air conditioner (With r32 environment friendly refrigerant)
          On 26th augth 2020 from local vendor.

          When we point the remote towards ac, none of the operations are detected by ac. I suspect remote was faulty

          Though temperatures are getting changed on display of the remote. Those changes are not detected by ac.

          Please help at the earliest

            I've purchased for an amc plan (1 year) for my blue star water purifier on their website worth ₹3500 and paid the amount via debit card, i've got an confirmation email for the successful completion of the purchase of the amc, with the transaction id and in that mail it was said that a customer care agent will contact me to activate the new amc...2 days gone but not a single call recieved from them.. I've called their customer care more than 10 times, everytime they are telling me that the amc team will contact me as soon as possible.. After noting down my contact details.

                I had brought new blue star water purifier on[protected], from that date to till date I had raised 8 diffects, no one responded, bluestar had delivered defective item, but they were not replacement the item

                    I want to file a complaint against blue star chennai service team which is been headed by saravanan i bought blue star split ac next day senthil called me for certain details like where you are planning to fix the outdoor unit backside to the inner unit or in the terrace i informed to him that i have decided to place the outer unit in terrace mr. Saravanan told that fine kannan i will send the needed materials to the technician so that there is no need of purchase of materials outside then technician's reached my place and they wrote a quotation of few pipes and wires for the cost of 5000 i wanted to have a word to the persons in chennai office about the extra amount of payment but none picked the call specially saravanan & team and the front office lady too didn't pick the call and the technician asked 2500 to buy materials i gave the money to the technician but the technician didn't give the bill i feel like am cheated and till today i didn't the receipt after the completion of installation and i have lot of complaints to say i experienced such a worst experience from the blue star technician's that too for a very first time i didn't expect this worst installation from blue star technicians team i[censored] can sort out my problems and my complaints it will be helpful i[censored] team too avoid this mail then fine i will feel like i chose a wrong product for split ac and i will address this lack of customer support & after sale service in social network please reach me out @[protected]

                      Hope all well.

                      I bought a split ac from sra retails pvt ltd, gurgaon on 3-08-19, and people responsible for delivery and installation were asm mr. Raj vardhan and bm mr. Jitender. Just after 3 months of purchase, the problems started, within a year i have registered many complaints to your service provider deepa air conditioning and they have changed/repaired most of the parts of the outer and inner unit including blower machine, gas, and others.

                      The last complaint i registered on 31st july 2020 and they confirmed that they will be sending the technician to check but no one visits till today and after my several followups they started ignoring my calls and complaints.

                      Finally, they responded and mr. Sanjay told me that they can't repair my machine and i need to contact the dealer to replace the machine but the dealer is saying to contact service center.

                      Now i am stuck with a defaulted machine and acting as a middle man between dealer and service center. Deepa air conditioners has closed my complaint by stating that i stopped responding and they can not repair my ac.

                      I have two other air conditioners of other brands but never faced such issues and a company like bluestar is making me regret my decision of buying your product and cheery on the cake is your service. Worst!.

                      I have been cheated by m/s sra retails pvt ltd and deepa air conditioner service and of course, bluestar is the head.

                      I request you to please look into this and replace my ac asap. This is my request to please protect your brand image which has been going down day by day.

                      Please treat this email as a request not any threat or something. I have high expectations from your brand.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I bought a Blue star water purifier-Aristo RO+UV-AR4WHA01 I made this purchase through the flip cart in the month of January-2020.

                        Unfortunately, your product has not performed well. Within span of 6 months 2 times getting repaired. Even it was not worked for 3 months also.

                        I heard that some times we will receive the faulty/improper working product from the company also.

                        Kindly note that this negative impact will decrease the customer satisfaction and it will effect the Blue star company reputation.

                        To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your action to provide me the proper working parts i.e company parts of the water purifier.

                        I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. From purchasing on wards, I am worried about this problem as we do not having potable drinking water at my area for drinking. I will wait up to 2 days before seeking third-party assistance.                           Very low cooling and improper low flow rate in the 16 no. of 16.5 Tr Floor Mounted AC units at our factory premises, installed almost 3 years back. In spite of multiple complaints by us, the dealer and the manufacturer Blur Star which has designed our plant and installed the machines has not yet resolved the problem. Multiple complaints have been sent on mail but no response from the vendor Blue Star till date.

                            1. Bought an blue star ac on 11 january 2020 from vijay sales rohini and got it installed after two days or three.
                            2. Started using it from 7th april 2020 in the summers and what i found that it stopped cooling and worked merely as a fan. (Might be due to wrong installation or leakage of gas)
                            3. Raised a complaint at blue star customer services on 11th april and because of the repeated and extended lockdown the first visit of the technician was in the first week of june 2020.
                            4. Technician was unable to find the problem for a very long period and then eventually filled the gas to give a try as to chal jaayega to theek hai nahi to replace kar denge. This took 5 visits of the technician that too during the hot and scorching summer of delhi.
                            5. After few days, it again stopped working and the whole complaint raising, technician visit and gas filling process was repeated. This has almost taken 8 technician visits.
                            6. And the current scenario is that it has again stopped working and i am requesting everywhere at blue star customer care and vijay sales for replacement and they are just procrastinating for the services and replacement of this malfunctioning ac. They just not want it to get replaced by a new.
                            7. I live on second floor and during such high temperature days of the delhi summer this is kind of service given by blue star ac.
                            So, i am here to suggest and recommend all my friends to never buy blue star electrical appliances.

                            Subject:Poor After Sales Service

                            I had purchased the Bluestar unit on 21st Mar 2021with lot of expectations and was installed on 23rd Mar by Your authorised service center Himalay Refrigeration & Air Conditioner. To my disappointment, I started facing issue with display of error code E6 on the indoor unit and the unit stopped cooling from 31st Mar.

                            I lodged a complain through the IVR system and today a technician visited to resolve the issue.

                            Unfortunately, they could not find the root cause of the issue but speculated that some PCB may be faulty.

                            My request is to change the entire unit or either of the unit which may be faulty. Please let me know how soon I can get the problem resolved.

                              Last year march i bought an ac. Last month the ac cooling reached zero. It was due to the gas was out since there was a leakage in the outflow valves. May be it occurred due to bad installation. Now the service dealer is about to charge me 2800rs for gas reacharge. It was the installation fault may be and now nobody is solving the issue. Since it was a small leakage it took almost 1yr for 100% gas to finish. And sue to thie small change we were also unable to find the issue. Now the ac cooling is worse.

                              I was not notified about any free service during the first year.

                                Hi,

                                We bought a blue star water purifier. With in 5 months after purchase, product had become defective. Registered a complaint back in march (Registered mobile no - [protected], customer name - thangavel). Still not resolved. They are giving late reasons & have visited our place twice, spent couple of hours by bringing wrong part. Same scene happened again. Spoke to customer care more than 10 times. No resolution provided

                                  Please start the telecast of mahabharat again. You have stopped it in between. Don't do such things. First you started & stopped in middle. What behavior is this. Telecast it again from where you stopped it. Because of some people you can't stop it in between. Please start it again. Some people haven't watched it before. But in this lockdown we got time to watch it. But you stopped it in between. Please start it again from where you stopped it. You are telecasting the kasauti zindagi ki serial for 1.30hrs. It becomes so boring & long. So, start mahabharat from 8.00 to 9.00pm. Or the time suitable for everyone. Please! Please! Please! Please!

                                      I have ordered a ro and get so much disappointed.. I don't know now how to trust on local brand.. No one came to my place for installation.. I called the customer care around 100 times but still no one listen.. Finally after getting so much iritated i returned the product after 10 days.. Will never recommended this company to anyone from now
