repair ticket not resolved - 4 months

Hi,

We bought a blue star water purifier. With in 5 months after purchase, product had become defective. Registered a complaint back in march (Registered mobile no - [protected], customer name - thangavel). Still not resolved. They are giving late reasons & have visited our place twice, spent couple of hours by bringing wrong part. Same scene happened again. Spoke to customer care more than 10 times. No resolution provided...

Please start the telecast of mahabharat again. You have stopped it in between. Don't do such things. First you started & stopped in middle. What behavior is this. ro water purifier

I have ordered a ro and get so much disappointed.. I don't know now how to trust on local brand.. No one came to my place for installation.. I called the customer care around 100 times but still no one listen.. Finally after getting so much iritated i returned the product after 10 days.. Will never recommended this company to anyone from now...

Installation of the AC

This has to be the worst customer service i’ve ever had in my life. I wouldn’t have bought the product had i had the prior knowledge about the service. Pathetic experience. Would definitely not recommended buying their products anymore....

Regarding installation of ac

Reminder 1
I have purchased bluestar split ac on 19/05/2020 and make installation request on the same date but my ac is not installed yet (27/05/2020),
I have make several call to their customer center where name ms neema (As shown on caller id) gave me several assurance and doubtful reasons as installer is tired, he is drunk (Name manohar) etc, after 2-3 days she gave a number of mr imran who didn't pick up the calls for 2...

The service engineer visited my home on 8th May 2020. He inspected AC and he suggested need to do full-service and informed me that one condenser needs to be replaced. They informed me that I need to Pay Rs. 1700 INR and I agreed on the same.

5 months old purifier not working

I have a purifier bluestar aristo 7ltrs ro+uv+uf and now the unit beep sounding when water purification process. I logged a complain with ticket number B[protected] and customer ID no.[protected]. gas leaking

fake sign and no service ticket lock by me

I got 3 to 4 times mail for blue star, mails related to ticket lock that was not locked by me, 11th nov koi bhi mail aya apki locked ticket has been closed or and i got one form in which some one sign in customer sign block, and now 2 march again the same thing happend, na he koi agent ac service krne aya na he humne koi nhi sign kiya. mandatory gas oven checking

I received a printed notice for mandatory checking of gas oven by our distributor blue star, 52/1b (43) g t rd. Bhadrakali, hooghly ph. No.26940096 on 02/02/2020.
In ref. To the matter i want to know, is it authorised by indian oil? As the distributor quote the d. O. No. P/39014/1/86 mkt dt.14/04/1988 and also quote gas connection may disconnect if not done gas checking. For the service they charges rs.200/. Pl. Inform me about the...

complaining regarding the repair of split ac

We bought the blue star ac from rathana fan house on june 2019, up to this time the free service is pending from blue star, when we called the customer care, they say that they will send a person, but no one came till today. This is shows their product value and way they treat their customers. We made several calls to the customer care, however the same happens again and again....
