Dear blue star
I purchase a water purifier last month but he is not working properly. Problem is that when machine is due to process water purifier than unnecessary sound like horn. I register complain 3 days ago but nobody contact me. Please help me and provide your service agent and solve my problem.. Thanks

    We have purchased Blue Star water purifier on[protected], for installation purpose we called customer care for installation on[protected] till today[protected] they didn't respond anything, once again I called customer care they are not connecting my cll and not responding anything .So i have to say that it is the 3rd class service i had ever experienced and I never recommended to any one.

      Dear Sir,
      For our office at Jamnagar, (Gujarat) we had bought 8 in no. 2 ton Split A/C last year in August .06 of them started having trouble since mid june and accordingly we raised a complaint .. Five of them got repaired but the after sales service provider said that the last one(complaint ticket no. B[protected] )will take some time as its compressor has gone bad. Jamnagar after sales service provider Mr. Vishwakarma keep delaying the rectification and every time we give him a call he says will be done next week. This went on till late August and by that time the the AC warranty date got over.
      Now the service provider said that your warranty is over so you need to pay for defect rectification.As we talked to customer care again they got convinced that as the actual problem started in June they will do the necessary rectification as per warranty norms. So again we raised a complaint (B[protected]) in starting November 2018. On 05th Nov I got a messgae that your problem is resolved, but in real no maintenance guy ever came to the premises. Sighting this irregularity I again called to customer care for which they were sorry and again opened the complaint. As we talked to Mr. Vishwakarma he again started playing old games, that it will be done by the weekend . Today on 14th Nov 2018 as we talked to Mr. Vishwakarma he said that although he will change the compressor but will charge for gas charging.
      I believe that BLUESTAR is a well-reputed company and will never indulge in this kind of petty affairs.But at the same time this poor quality of after sale service is ruining the reputation of your company. As I understand this is not a fault from the company itself but the after sales contractor. This time Mr. Vishwakarma who is based in Rajkot and looking affairs in Jamnagar as well.         non payment of annuity

        I was getting Annuity Pension Quaterly against Annuity No. 011Q[protected].I got the same last till February 2017. I have been submitting the existence certificate regularly.Account where annuity was getting credited was Canara Bank, Tagore Garden, New Delhi. You are requested to please look into the same and arrange to resume the same and arrears.

        my self Vilas patil at Maloni Tal - shahada Dist - Nandurbar 425409 we buy blue star is my mistake happen, but when you will be solve this complain? No I[protected] date 17 May 2018 complain swing not working, technician said motor required & close complain without asking to the customer, still we are facing the problem he said sample motor requied, "may be blue star company Spare Part Manulal not available" after that second complain B[protected] open Date 15 Oct 2018 swing motor & fan speed not working properly then technician replace capacitor hanging out side looking very nice same as blue star reputation?
        B[protected] complain close resolved successfully SMS received without any visit at site close the complain why? then again customer care centre open call by mobile complain again open technician said control card Failure then he give the order after he come at site replace the card but not solve the problem ? he said motor problem this card cost Rs 6500/ visit charge extra ? after same complain close without asking customer?
        again same call to customer care centre open complain B[protected] then your technician open indoor unit removed A/C motor for sample purpose also take old control card for sample purpose
        1) Can you explain me Blue Star is local company? because all material order as per sample company don’t have spare part manual ?
        2) company don’t have qualified technician to resolved the exact problem or proper technician with spare part availability?
        3) can you give me the management mail ID for discussion

          I taken ac company name blue star at 1.5ton 9 months back. Recently i shifted house i informed reliance digital 1week before they told we will provide technician but at the time of point respond is not good, i follow up so many times finally they removed after number of remembers but still they are fixed ac in my shifted home so many times i called they will tell 5minutes we will come back you but they will not confirmed so many times i called but they are not told will technician come or not to day i post poned my work i stayed my home, finally no response please take a action for quick services

            Hi team,

            I am very trusted and fed up from the working of the bluestar split ac which i bought just 5 months ago.

            Every 15 day some other the problem occurs with the ac for which i also paid a huge amount on it but still i could not get rid of it.

            Sometimes issue comes with gas leakage, sometime it's water leakage and now the ice is coming out of it and technician also doesn't what's the problem is which is a very horrible situation and they advise e to change the whole window of the ac

            I really don't know how much still i have to suffer..

              Hi team,

              I am very trusted and fed up from the working of the bluestar split ac which i bought 2 years ago.

                I parched blue star ac machine (1 tone module 3cnhw12mafu) on[protected] at chenni. this installation and service take care by Vijayan enterprises. this Machine got filer at[protected]. with 5 month it got filer.

                I called blue start customer care, they are rides ticket for complaints b[protected]. the technician came at home at[protected]. they are
                said, the is some board issue. next day i will come and fix.

                and also Vijayan enterprises. manager speaking rude

                i try to call many times they are not answer properly and whenever we are calling the are simplify replay i will come tomorrow but for the past 1 week they are not fixed this issue.

                please don't go for blue star AC in Chennai.

                  Hi team,

                  My registered mobile number is [protected] with blue star.

                  Extremely frustrating to see that within 1 years time my blue star stella water purifier has given me trouble on 4 occasions, i'm repenting my decision to have trusted blue star.

                  Today the technician visited my place and after inspecting the water purifier he told me that one of the filters has gone bad and carries only a warranty of 6 months and hence now chargeble, the cost that was conveyed to me was 1300 rs.

                  I totally refuse to understand the fact that a 45000 rs product has been repaired on 4 occasions in the last 1 year and now i need to pay some 1300 rs. To get this item repaired. Extremely poor product quality and even worse customer experience.

                  What's even more shocking that the local jaipur customer service doesn't have this spare filter readily available and i've been asked to wait for another 2 days to get this product up and running.

                  This basically means that i'll not have water to drink for 2 days at my home and that to after spending 45000 on a pathetic brand like blue star.

                  I'm raising this concern on social media and would advise people not to trust your brand going forward, i would be sharing my social media posts with you only for you to understand my plight and pain.

                  Shame on blue star.

                  I was facing problem that TO was not working so raised with customer service which tiket reference is B[protected]. Engineer visited but he identified that SV Valve need to change. Since he didn't have that valve with him so told that he will again come and replace it. He said I need to give Service charges and next time he will only charge parts cost when replace. I gave him Service charge. He adjusted RO temporarily by sorting the faulty SV valve so that RO can work till it replaced. After 3 days when he ce he has some old parts without any packaging and clearly showing it was repaired one. He asked me for Rs 1250/- for that part. When I noticed he still short both wires of that sv valve. When I asked him he said it has no use and I will not face any problem due yo it. I request him yo install new SV Valve which he mentioned it is not coming now a days and he removed it and connect my faulty sv valve which was also shotted by him. I understand this is way they fool to customer. Now my RO (Bluestar Stella) is on risk and no one is willing to fix.
                  I have also attached photo of part which they were installing it clearly shows it is old and wires are be broken and which they were sorting so that this valve can't do any function.
                  It seems I made mistake by purchasing such a costly RO.
                  It's shame for such service for BLUESTAR .

                    We purchased new blue satr window ac 1.5 ton 1 month ago which was less used but from last week while i m using it in routiune bais found water which exhaust from the window ac coming from side of exhaust pipe. Not from inside the pipe. It was not checked by your service person who come for installation durig the time of installation. Requested to send your service man to check it resolve asap

                    I have log a call on 15/9/2018. Yet not resolved. Technician visited near about 5 times but unable to solved. They have only doing RND with my new inverter AC (one year above). Horrible service team of blue star.

                      I have purchased ac blue star on 17-5-18 the air condition was defected i have complaint next day ie[protected] mechanic came to my home and said moter of ac will be change after some days he came back with old moter i refused him to install old moter. After that my new ac not working and no response given by company or service center.in this summer season my family members face very difficulty because we leave on top floor dda flat. I complaint daily on customers care and area officer mr. Pradeep saini. But all i in vain.

                        I have purchased blue star 1.5 ton split air condition three month ago the ac is leaking and noise is coming from it and then i have called to the blue star service provider and they tell that our mechanic will come and solve your issue and then mechanic see the ac and tell us the gas is finished we have to fill the gas and i tell him why the gas had finished and i tell him we have purchased 3 month ago then he tell us that this problem happen in some ac and then he fill the gas tell us that next time if the problem come we give youa a new ac and gone and after 15 day same problem coming from the ac [leaking and noise] and them i have again call to blue star service provider and then again he tell that our mechanic will come and solve your issue and again mechanic come and see it"s condition tell us gas is leaking and i tell him why the gas is leaking we have purchased 3 month ago.we have to replace ac and give us new one but he ignored it and again repair it and i have asked him why you should not replacing our ac and then he tell us that next time if the problem we replace your ac and them i tell him when you come previous time you tell us that next time we should replace your ac why are you not replacing our ac and then we can not any thing such a bad service and fooling their customer the mechanic is from skyline enginners

                          I have just one word for after sale service from Blue Star " Pathetic". Will recommend not to buy any Bluestar product

                          Hopeless support !!

                          Have bought Bluestar AC few month's back and from past 2 month's have been suffering from stinking smell issue from my AC for which I have been struggling with your service team to get it fixed. But looks like team is interested in just given pain or harassing customer.

                          All the above ticket was close by your team without resolving the issue and customer concurrence.

                          On making complaint to toll free as well as to local service center, no proper response has been received towards resolution of the issue except to lodge the ticket number, visit of technician n cancel the complaint.
                          All are working with evasive approach which is damaging the image of company.

                          Request to replace with new one immediately.
                          If not possible kindly give us the money back we will buy some other brand

                              Worst service and horrible experience, after 50 days from purchase of product the same couldn’t be utilized due to defect in product. On making complaint to toll free No. no proper response has been received towards resolution of the issue except to lodge the ticket number, as per technician AC motor is defective and will be replaced within 4-5 Days.but now i want replace my product not repair
                              i also follow with vijay sales and blue star customer care but no positive response received
                              All are working with evasive approach which is damaging the image of company.

                                I bought blue star 1ton window ac 3yrs ago but few weeks ago my ac not doing cooling properly so i called up customer service and they said that warranty is over so technician will come and charge 500 rs as visiting charges and they will check ur ac.so he came to my place and he said there is gass issue for he charged 2500 rs for gass and 300 rs for ac service.for one they my ac worked properly but after next night it star doing vry loud noise.so i called up again Blue star technician came and he said that noise issue not because of ac its because of voltage.ilI don't know y it having so called voltage issue with my ac.on top of that my ac stop cooling again. Vry bad service and worst product.

                                  • i bought two acs (1 ton invertor split acs with 5 star rating) on 17/6/18 from ankur electricals, sector 18, noida. Here are the details of acs:
                                  • acs were delivered on 17/6/18 and installed on 18/6/18
                                  • checked after almost a week as i was not residing at this flat that time. The acs were not working so lodged a complaint with bluestar
                                  • engineers assigned on 23rd or 24th jun (Main one was kapil), he told me that one of the acs had no gas so need refill. He then checked the other ac and told me that there is some blockage and thus first gas need to be evacuated and then refilled in this ac.
                                  • i straight-away refused to get these new acs repaired and called their supervisor dinesh who then provided me with asms (Mashkoor) number. I told them i need a replacement and they said they can only get these acs repaired as there is no policy of replacement.
                                  • then they sent another pair of engineers who refilled the gas in both the acs
                                  • today (7/3/18) one of the acs again stopped working and is throwing hot air. Two different teams visited my home after i escalated to area service manager mashkoor ahmed and both identified different issues. Now asm is saying they need to take the ac to workshop and check and identify the fault and repair it
                                  • please get these defective acs replaced or returned asap.
                                  I bought new acs not second hand acs with my hard earned money, please help

                                  Blue Star ACs have poor quality. I too noticed gas leak from the AC withing just 3 - 4 days of installation. The AC was working but was not cooling. Engineer checked and confirmed that there's no gas in the same.

                                  After I made a lot of noise they were ready for replacement.

                                  I would advice consumers to stay away from Blue Star Split ACs.
                                  I bought water purifier Stella (ro+uv) few months back. This is d third Complient on inbaility to dispense water. Every time they r taking 300 rs. Each time then what kind of technical support they r giving you stupid fellows I bought it for 38000rs. Then where is d use.

                                  I bought water purifier Stella (ro+uv) few months back. This is d third Complient on inbaility to dispense water. Every time they r taking 300 rs. Each time then what kind of technical support they r giving you stupid fellows I bought it for 38000rs. Then where is d use.
                                  I have purchased your ac inverter technology 1ton just one year back .
                                  Within a short span of time, outdoor board of ac got compliant and I rang service centre claiming warranty (mentioned 5 year warranty).

                                  Now after 3 months of raising compliant your service centre contacted me demanding Rs9000 for repair .

                                  What customer guarantee you are giving before purchase and what kind of service you are giving after purchase.

                                  An international company well known for its products and service shattered my trust in your company products and services .
                                  A very bad experience from manager QRS, nadakav, Kozhikode .

                                  I will furthur write my grievance in social media .

                                    We have purchased blue star ac 1.5 tonne model no. 5hw24aatx (Split ac) on 29th march, 2017.
                                    But within the period of barely 1 year we started facing problem with the ac.
                                    Even after getting numerous paid services we are not getting satisfactory result out of the ac.
                                    And today when we get another paid service from urben clap the service engineer is saying that the compressor of the ac is malfunctioning and not properly working so the ac is not able to give proper cooling unless we replace the whole compressor.
                                    As the period from the date of purchase is little more than one year we assume that we must be falling within the warrantee period.
                                    Kindly send your engineer at our premises to resolve our problem asap.

                                      deep freezer

                                      Deep freezer has not been working properly... Even at the point of 5 it doesn't give required cooling for the items kept in it. We are finding it very difficult to keep fresh the vegetables. Due to improper cooling lot of materials have been spoiled. Kindly come and repair the refrigerator so that it could be used properly. The refrigerator was bought in 2016 march....
