This is really painfull that after purchasing a portable ac i am not able get cooling from it where as the room size is only 110 sqft. Intallation guy unable to install the ac properly as there is no flat type outlet provided in the box.

Overall i would like to say that it is a ac which even can't be compare with a cooler.

Therefore request you to exchange my ac with a split ac....

Within 10 days ro was stop working. Than they replaced my ro after 7 days. I got same new machine. After 15 days to till now it's not working continue more than 15 days. It's not working. I called many times in call centre and service manager they said i will arrange this and that. I have to wait more than 5 to 7 days days everytime without ro water. Again i have to wait...

I had purchased the window ac of bluestar. Now ac is not cooling and swing is also making lot of sound.

Your dealer chandra arcade in vijayawada had taken away the outer unit of split ac for replacing under warranty condenser more than 6 months back. So far no response from them. Even we contact them they are un able to tell the status more over they are asking invoice details after 6 months to order the spare. Do not know what they have done these many months.

I have purchased 1 ton ac blue star on 13.04.2019. Installation person attend the same on 14.04.2019 but done improper installation.
