I had registered a complain on 12 July 2019 regarding my problem in AC. Ticket No. is B[protected].

But today 10 days is over and till now no service Engineer has visited for checking of AC.

I has followed multiple time calling Customer care but i am getting a silly answer that we are escalating your issue and making it urgent call. Spoke to Mr. Sachin (Mumbai), Anand(Mumbai), Ashraf Ali ...

It is very sorry to say that being a such a reputed brand this type of Nuisance was never expected from Bluestart end.

I just wanted to know how many days will be required for attending mine problem.

    Hi team,

    I have purchased a blue star deep freezer 500 ltr on 1st week of march 2019 from vijayalakshmi electronics challakere chitradurga india.
    We started using the deep freezer post-installation and we notice that the cooling of the freezer (Blue star) was not good as compared to the other one. On 18th june 2019, it stopped working.
    The power connection is good but if we switch on for the entire day also cooling will happen.

    I tried to make a complaint to vijayalakshmi electronics but no one responded properly. I thought of making a complaint to the blue star as i think vijayalakshmi electronics was trying to hide the problems. When i called the blue star service centre ([protected])
    And registered a complaint on 22nd june 2019.
    Vijayalakshmi electronics sent a blue star technician to check it but that dint check properly simply suggested that your electric connection is not good to try to change it.
    Based on his suggestion we requested keb person to check the connection and he confirmed everything is right and blue star technician misguided you people. I have paid 1500 to check the whole electricity connection is proper or not.
    One of the technicians advised that there is some compliant/manufacturing defect with this equipment that they could not rectify till date.
    Post that we contacted the dealer from "weather refrigeration syed ilyas bellary". Dealer is asking us to send the product to bellary to get it repaired and he is not responsible for any damage while in transport.
    Is this a way to give doorstep support for blue star product?

    We are really frustrated with several complaints and followups with the support team, seller and dealers.

    When i called blue star customer care they will say "a blue star technician would get in touch with you as soon as possible" but we waited almost a month till date the product is not repaired and its not working status.

    Therefore, we insist blue star replace this faulty deep freezer with a new one or refund us the purchased amount of inr 32, 000/- with an additional amount of inr 10, 000/- to cover up the additional costs incurred by providing us with this faulty deep freezer.

    In case, if we do not receive any replies this week, we will assume that you are not interested to resolve this matter. Then we will be forced to move legally/approach the “consumer redressal forum” and bring to the attention of media how consumers are being neglected/cheated.

    Kindly check with your management and revert with a positive decision and avoid unnecessary/further arguments and legal action wasting both of our valuable time and money.

      On june 12th I booked an appointment with the customer care they gave me the time of 15th june. I took half day from the office and came home. These peaple neither show up nor called. I was trying the local service provider number but no response. Then I continuously called customer care number till date and spoke to them but no response again. Today is 10th of july till now no one attended or called. And the appointment was supposed to an urgent basis...
      My complaint is regarding my blue star air conditioner which i bought on 14th nov 2018. My father called consumer prompt centre on 17th jun 2019 regarding free service provided by blue star. The representative told that company technician will be at ur place within a week for free service and havn't provided any docket or complaint no.
      After a week when my father again called her regarding service, she is annoying about the last call. Kindly treat this is urgent.

        I have purchased a blue star ac with hope of its excellent product and services. I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac (Blue star sac ic 318ybtu micro) on 28th april 2019 from suraj business pvt. Ltd. (Shop 21-22, palam vyapar kendra, palam vihar, gurgaon). But now i am feeling cheated due to pathetic servicing of blue star india. Within two months of purchase i have strong feeling that an old or dumped ac has been delivered to me. Since installation i am compelled to complain 6 times to your service center and every time service guy came and changed some parts. The servicing is doing by dikshi entreprises, gurgaon (Contact person mr. Suresh - mobile number [protected]). But after their all efforts to run my ac in a smooth manner they are failed to correct it. Every time they come with new excuses. They have filled gas one time, took its condenser and still not changed it. They have changed stabilizer one time and even open the whole unit two times. After failing in their all expertise, they have given us the contact details of mr. Rupendra singh ([protected]), blue star india. But rupendra is giving just false assurances to me.

        Me and my family is suffering from heat waves of gurgaon. We have purchased this ac to protect my kids and wife from summer, but my purpose was badly defeated by your defected ac and pathetic service. Now monsoon is on and temperature will fall, so now ac is no use for me. I have purchased this ac in hope that it will work for at least 5 -6 years. But it looks like blue star india company had delivered me an old piece of dumped ac.

          I have purchased a ac from one of blue star dealer @ankur electricalsi have purchased the blue star ac on 5th june and from 1st day i am facing issue i have registered a complaint regarding the same no response from the blue star team that person came and check the out door unit only.
          No response from the dealer also he is not even picking calls.
          Very bad products and very bad service from blue star very bad customer care very bad response from the tam they are jus register a complaints not even update the same to the technicians

            My complaint is regarding my blue star air conditioner which i bought on 20th jun 2018. My father called consumer prompt centre on 16th jun 2019 (Screen shot attached with phone no) regarding free service provided by blue star. The representative named ranjita ([protected]) told that company technician will be at ur place within a week for free service and havn't provided any docket or complaint no.

            After a week when my father again called her regarding service, she is annoying about the last call and as my ac is out of warranty right now, she is charging a paid service for the above said item.. Invoice and call details are att.

              I have bought a bluestar water purifier on 1st jan, 2019. Within the month of june, the button was broken. Called the customer care but they said they don't have free servicing for our model (Aristo) even though it was not 1year old. The technician came with a service charge and they fixed the button with adhesive (Without replacing). From the next day a noise is coming from the machine. Again called the technician but they delayed the service. Called the customer care, lodged a complaint again but the technician never contacted. What kind of a servicing is this?

                new blue star water purifier leakage - requesting a refund.

                I bought a new blue star water purifier - imperia (Ro + uv + uf + mineralizer) last week on 19/6/2019 from lulu connect kochi. Support person came for installation from an agency (No direct blue start service centre in kochi for them, they do all services thru an agency) the second day and get it installed. But just after he left, the next day morning onwards, water is dripping from the back side of the unit sometimes which made my kitchen...

                Just terrible, never ever buy any product from blue star. I ordered the edge model which turned out defective and was replaced by genio. After 2 months the water started tasting bitter. The company now wants me to spend another rs 2000 to make the water taste normal. It's just pathetic and disgusting company. I just ordered a simple water filter and now they are asking to money to give me clean water.

                  I ve bought an blue star 1 ton AC on April with dealer of vasanth & co oldwashermenpet branch. I ve continuously two kind of issue within this two months. First complaint raised within 10 days incorrect motor was fixed and second right now crack in gas cylinder, damaged gas cylinder was fitted by blue star now it's working.. I'm the customer getting lot of troubles since purchased blue star branded AC within 2 months so I'm afraid it will continue in future and again we cannot roam for this . There is no proper response from blue star service team(22/06/19) they said will contact me within an hour still I didn't get any call.

                  I requested them to change new unit since multiple problems within two months.. since I'm new customer for blue star. So please do needful and help me to get new unit.

                      I think this is a biggest fraud company I have purchased Ro+Uv with 1 yr extra warranty & it stop working in 2months no technician comes to home they gives fake commitments to all & did not attend the call at all if we call in amazon thwy say contact in bluestar i will file a case in consumer i want my money back
                      They all give fake commitments no one picks the call either solve it or give the amount back or replace it

                            I live in Gujarat. I got ac installed at my native siwan, bihar in last nov 18. When I visited my native this summer and turned ac on but it was not giving cooling. I was told at the time of installation that it's working properly. I didn't even used it for a single day. I registered complaint on 21 may 19. Still today it's not repaired. The seller says do whatever you want complain whomsoever you want I don't care. The customer care just puta me on hold and then hangs up. I am fed up calling daily. It's really frustrating when u pay 40 k and u don't get anything in return just daily frustratin. I am writing here so that at least someone take some action and I get my ac repaired or replaced. They are saying the part which needs to be replaced is not available. What the hell this big company doesn't have a important part available. Seriously. And in this fast courier service era how does it's a month and a part of machine can't reach from one place to another. Bluestar can't be recommended to anyone. Pathetic service. And very rude staff.

                                I had purchased this Ac from Croma, Kharghar Branch, Navi mumbai.
                                During the purchase of this Ac i had Specifically requested to provide all the Units with Copper coils and was sold to me accordingly, Now i had problem with cooling and on visit and complaint registered (J[protected]).The technician visited and informed me that the Out door unit is having Aluminium coil and is leaking and needs to fixed with exorbitant charges .
                                I am been cheated giving me a aluminium coiled unit when the model no clearly shows Copper.please replace the unit.

                                    I am from rajahmundry, andhra pradesh. Our air conditioner was not giving cooling after the power on of 20 mins also. So we done the repairing with the local servicing man, he said the gas leakage problem but after repairing the whole unit also we are unable to get the cooling of air conditioner. So please send your men for repairing the ac as soon as possible.

                                      This is in regards to the blue star inverter a. C, it has been almost 2 months the a. C is not cooling, almost twenty times i have escalated this issue to customer service but was of no use, each time service team comes in and repairs the next day the same problem. I’ am fed up of all these, humbly request you to please replace my a. C asap, from last three days service team is coming and going, they do some sort of cleaning and go, for some time the a. C does proper cooling and then the same problem. Every day i waste my time speaking to customer service. Please replace my a. C before i take any legal action. For your reference i have attached the pictures (Pfa).
                                      Blue Star India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      ITS LIKE A PIECE OF ### HANGING ON THE WALL..!!! NO COOLING AL ALL...!!! I SERVICED THIS AC MINIMUM 15 TIMES. SEEKING FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
