We had purchased a blue star glass top deep freezer 200 litres worth rs 19500 from cool corner shop in ulhasnagar on 26 oct 2016, now there has veen some issue and its not working so we raised a trouble ticket at blue star customer care and ask for service to repair the same.
But the technician did not attended us or nor he visisted the location and send us an email regarding closing ticket with our fake signatures done by them.
Now after again complaining they cancel our ticket raised based on earlier ticket which they closed on our fake signatures.

    We have purchased water dispenser model bwd3fmrga - 8900 on 9th january 2019 and it is almost 10 months no technician has attended for servicing which it is applicable. First three services are offered free on purchase of any product, but we are very disappointed with the product sold by your dealer m/s. Ambiance marketing & services located at bhandup. When we had called their sales representative mr. Ravi on his cell, he was too harsh while speaking and not bothered at all. This kind of service is not expected by your company dealer's representative.

    How you expect us to recommend our friends/relative in our network.

    Request you to please look into the matter and take action accordingly.

      I had purchased Blue star slip AC 1.5 tr with
      sr no:- BI-3HNHW17RBFU16A00546 with invoice no:- DEL/DI/318 from dolche india dated 5th sep 2018

      we had registered a complained with blue star customer service in month of august 2019 that AC is not working, no one came to our premises to check AC for long time.
      after calling customer service many time stiill no executive was send, we took it upon our self and started calling various dealers nearby a dealer from Chandigarh who basically belonged from Hamirpur send us a executive, the executive said mother board is needs to be changed and he said he has informed company about it, and mother board will arrive in 2-3 days and they will change it but it has been more than a month that nothing has happened.

        Dear concern

        Greeting of the day!!!

        It is my pain full duty to keep you posted for the pathetic service and low quality product of blue star india.

        I have purchased 1.5 ton blue star split ac from nirmal pooja enterprises in feb-2015.
        M/s nirmal pooja is the authorised channel partner and service partner of blue star.

        At the time of installation of machine i have notice some white spot on the side of cooling koil
        On questioning of the same i got the answer from installer that this normal on the new machine within one year during warranty period only the gas finishes from machine when i have complaint on the same engineer came and said coil is leak the same need repair i have given the go ahead in the same he took the coil with him on his service center after repair he fixed the same after some time again the gas get leak from machine then they said the leakage is from the bolt of machine which can loosen with vibration of the machine he filled gas took the changes again and walk off again the next gas finishes he came said no leakage due to non working in winter the ac gas level get low filled the gas took the charges and walk off this was the regular process of every year.
        This year when i raised my voice vai mail to blue star they can up with the shoking answer stating that the coil need replacement because sulpher presence in place and the white spot was having the presence at the time of installation and as per blue star engineer this sulpher create his presence in the machine if any kind of sewer or industry is in place near by but at my residence both are not in place so questions arise her. I also wish to keep in your knowledge that in front of nirmal pooja office sewer presence is in place.
        So either blue star made the low quality product or m/s nirmal pooja cheated me which is again the responsibility of blue star.
        You are requested to instruct your concern staff to take the action on the said case and resolve my issues on the urgent basis because it is not only the matter of just an ac but now this issue creat lot of metal harrasment for me which effects my health as well.
        Because of this issue we have to sleep without ac and due which we have keep the balcony door open all the time to avoid the sphocation in the room and this is the clear invitation to mosquitos due to which my wife sufring from dengue these days.

          1) What kind of Product you guys have made .
          2) Is it the standard of your company products

          i have two more AC of godrej Company and one of than is approx 7 year
          old you what till date colling of that AC is OK engineers not yet
          recommended the refill of GAS in it.

          And after selling these kind of quality products your services are
          very poor your hired agencies don't know the value of customers time
          they dont even know how to speak with the customer, I have reported
          today morning that the AC Stopped cooling its gas again finished and
          its require the service too, i was shocked to know from your
          executive that my records are not available in your system in spite of
          the fact that very year your guys are getting my AC serviced and get
          the refill the AC gas so have given all the detailed to your
          executive in the morning it self and informed him that i need to get
          this resolved by today itself than after 30 min i got the call from
          agency asking about the problem and reconfirm the address i have
          informed him and they given me the time of 1200 hrs but when your
          executive not reached to me by 1300 hrs than tried to contact the
          number of agency head 1st he don't pic the call in one go at least you
          need to try for 6-7 times than he assigned some one for my complaint
          again he asked for fullstory from beginning after knowing the problem
          he said i will come to check than i assign some to refill the gas i
          informed him to visit with the gas refiller and complete work in one
          go than he said this is not possible i will come to check and charge
          the Rs 500/- for Visiting charges than assign some other technician
          for gas re filling and he charge for his services.
          In completely not able to understand the big name like Blue Star Ltd
          having this type low standard after sale service and worst quality
          products.
          Just because Blue Star makes these Low quality product and creating
          the hype the market that you guys are having very good quality product
          i paying Rs 3.5 k every year and force fulling bought new LED TV for
          my room because New LED TV was destroyed because your stupid machine
          created the ICE in the indoor unit

          You are requested to take and urgent and appropriate step resolve my
          issue and your goodwill in the market.

            I purchased a hard top blue star deep freezer for my house 2 years ago. It stopped working 10 days ago and immediately we contacted the seller, the service centre in chandigarh (Where i reside) and the customer complaint cell of the company in mumbai. The service centre sent a team to investigate the problem after 24 hours of our continuous calls to them. And they found that the compressor of the machine is not functional anymore (Note that the machine is in a house, so no moving no shifting no one had access to it except for me and my husband.) they said they will replace the compressor but we have to pay the charges for the servicing as well as filling the gas. Also they said it will take them about 2 days to come back with a new machine. For which we requested them for a faster service as the deep freezer is full of imported stuff which i got from my country recently. (I'm a foreigner). After 2 days we started calling again as there was no call from them but the service in-charge stopped receiving our calls. Then again i called mumbai and explained the problem and i was promised help. But again no help no call back and also stopped receiving my calls. Now it's been 10 days and there's still no sign of them. Most of the food which was in the freezer has been thrown away.
            I wish to increase awareness on this issue so that our horrible experience with this third class company can be avoided by others.
            A big no to blue star. I wish there was an option of giving a minus star to them.

              Respected sir,
              With reference to above subject i (Mohan gupta) beg to say that i am a small business man in faizabad. Some how i managed to buy a blue star deep freezer from bawa agency distributer near my house. And after a year its stopped working then an agent told us to sent it to service centre. The service centre replied that it can not be repaired means they are unable to repair it.
              As i am a small business i can not bear this loss. It is difficult for me to buy another one.
              The distributer is also unable to do anything.
              It was cost rs. 30000/-. The deep freezer is still in service centre.
              Kindly do something so that we can get compentation.

                I bought the ac on 24 april 2019. There was a low cooling issue with my ac in may 2019. The service center was very slow in responding to the problem (It was the peak summer month). They came and rectified the problem by filling the coolant saying that it was a coolant leak. Come august i have the same problem again. I registered a complaint with them on 16 sep 2019. For 2-3 days there was no response by the company. When i called back the customer care the representative said that she had escalated the ticket and soon someone would call. Again no one contacted. When i called today their representative said that the ticket had been cancelled as the repair personnel tried to contact me but there was no response. Hence it was cancelled. Again a fresh ticket was raised, but no contact yet from the service side. This company is very reluctant in fulfilling its warranty promises is quite clear to me.

                I registered a complaint about the bluestar split ac my order id :[protected] it's been 25 days now and i won't receive my ac till date and i am not contacted by anyone from the company i called customer care more than 30, 40 times in this duration but they make a fool out of me !

                  I registered a complaint about the bluestar 1.5 ton 3 star split ac and there is no response given to me by the service center . Last month they repaired my split ac and give 1 month warranty from the date of repair but the same problem is arising from the date of repair. So i request you to take strict action against the owner of the service center for not doing the work and the repair is also made from the third party person.

                    I am one of your customer using blue star split a/c. I called your customer care number to help me with annual maintenance on 6th of september. After that i received a call from
                    1. [protected] it said dialto repair - home appliance repair and service they booked my service and said technician will call me. This was at 7.57 am
                    2. Then i got a call from [protected] asking for my address and i sms this person my address.
                    3. One person comes to my house, doesn't know what he is doing. He is constantly checking with someone on what to do and finally said he has filled the gas and did servicing and gave a bill. He charges rs 2800/- for filling gas which was almost rs 1000/- more that what i have usually paid.
                    4. As soon as he left when we tried to switch on the a/c, it started making noise and it would not cool. Next day i saw full ice being formed on the tubes and a/c was not working. When i called the person, he said he doesn't know any thing and asked to call main number and book complaint again.
                    5. When i called dialto repair the number keeps ringing with no response. When i call cell number [protected], a lady by name alia took the call, she said she will investigate and come back, she has not done so far.
                    7. If i try to call number on the receipt it comes switched off.
                    I feel this is a fraud company taking customer numbers from blue start service number and conning them of their money.
                    I need complete investigation and refund of my money.
                    Subsequently i called another service center of blue star and they came and repaired the a/c and charged be again rs 3550/-.

                      Respected sir/madam,

                      This is to report a situation where blue star india denied me to replace the faulty air blade for my ac within warranty period.

                      Inspite of several complaints locked with customer care, service engineers come and say that the part is never manufactured by the company and they can't replace the same.

                      Its the duty of company to replace defective part they sell to customers considering the fault is identified within warranty period. Air blades are of very poor quality and it broke automatically within few days o[censored]se from the date of purchase.

                      Please help us with the replacement. Meanwhile, i attach all the relevant documents regarding this issue.

                          This is to inform you that we are purchase a water cooler with inbuild ro system in last 2 month. Since we have purchased we have called many times technical, but the ro are not happening right. Just a few days ago i had complaint but still now no one has come.                           Note : i have already mail started dt : 28.08.2019 but no one help to us. We are work in ntpc project, darlipali and water cooler was purchase for labour but labour is getting sick from last 1 month without water.

                          Your service system is very bad.

                            We purchased the water cooler from m/s trade cool corporation pvt. Ltd, kolkata-700012 on 10th june'19 for our housing complex. It started malfunctioning within a short span of time. Repeated complains made to customer care vide, a) b[protected] dated 21/06/19, b) b[protected] dated 27/06/19, c) b[protected] dated 08/07/19, d) b[protected] dated 16/07/19, e) b[protected] dated 22/07/19, but without any result. Now they are asking to pay the amount of replacing the filter. How can this be justified as far as the branded new item. After sales service is pathetic. I would like to draw the attention on this laxity of customer care by whom the repute of blue star like brand name is degraded. We are also disgusted & repenting of purchasing the item.

                              I have purchased blue star aristo 7 l ro + uv water purifier in november'18. I have faced no any major problem with it, but today fitting of water inlet pipe, which is connected with first filter located outside the assembly, has broken itself.
                              Also i have noticed some abnormal sound and water leakage after last service which was informed to service engineer and prathamesh enterprises too for resolution but till time problem not resolved.
                              Now filteration is totally stopped due to inlet pipe fitting broken.
                              Request you to pl make an arrangement to attend the complaint on sos basis.

                                Still they wants me to pay 4736 rupees.

                                Why so? Why the main cause of the issue wasn't found earlier?

                                I need a acceptable resolution for this asap.

                                  We, BPCL, ongole depot is a public sector company. we bought the 3 Ton ACS of three numbers through M/S Kundan Electronics, Hyderabad. Bill no 621 dated 14/12/2017. From last two months, two ACS are not running due to compressor problem. Compressor are under warranty. Model:

                                  indoor unit BI-MHW30ARAU AND OUTDOOR UNIT BO-MHW30ARAU. These Acs are installed at our Control room. it is a very critical equipment . please replace urgently. or forced to initiate the action through consumer forum.

                                  Both indoor and outdoor ac unit makes iceing and not cooling properly.And outdoor unit vibrating too much .Two times technician has come done nothing.Its been 20 days since I purchased. Plz replace my ac soonest .
                                  I would like to inform you that the chest freezer not working after change new compressor
                                  Need technician to solve problem asap

                                      I had registered a complain on 12 July 2019 regarding my problem in AC. Ticket No. is B[protected].

                                      But today 10 days is over and till now no service Engineer has visited for checking of AC.

                                      I has followed multiple time calling Customer care but i am getting a silly answer that we are escalating your issue and making it urgent call. Spoke to Mr. Sachin (Mumbai), Anand(Mumbai), Ashraf Ali ...

                                      It is very sorry to say that being a such a reputed brand this type of Nuisance was never expected from Bluestart end.

                                      I just wanted to know how many days will be required for attending mine problem.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have purchased a blue star deep freezer 500 ltr on 1st week of march 2019 from vijayalakshmi electronics challakere chitradurga india.
                                        We started using the deep freezer post-installation and we notice that the cooling of the freezer (Blue star) was not good as compared to the other one. On 18th june 2019, it stopped working.
                                        The power connection is good but if we switch on for the entire day also cooling will happen.

                                        I tried to make a complaint to vijayalakshmi electronics but no one responded properly. I thought of making a complaint to the blue star as i think vijayalakshmi electronics was trying to hide the problems. When i called the blue star service centre ([protected])
                                        And registered a complaint on 22nd june 2019.
                                        Vijayalakshmi electronics sent a blue star technician to check it but that dint check properly simply suggested that your electric connection is not good to try to change it.
                                        Based on his suggestion we requested keb person to check the connection and he confirmed everything is right and blue star technician misguided you people. I have paid 1500 to check the whole electricity connection is proper or not.
                                        One of the technicians advised that there is some compliant/manufacturing defect with this equipment that they could not rectify till date.
                                        Post that we contacted the dealer from "weather refrigeration syed ilyas bellary". Dealer is asking us to send the product to bellary to get it repaired and he is not responsible for any damage while in transport.
                                        Is this a way to give doorstep support for blue star product?

                                        We are really frustrated with several complaints and followups with the support team, seller and dealers.

                                        When i called blue star customer care they will say "a blue star technician would get in touch with you as soon as possible" but we waited almost a month till date the product is not repaired and its not working status.

                                        Therefore, we insist blue star replace this faulty deep freezer with a new one or refund us the purchased amount of inr 32, 000/- with an additional amount of inr 10, 000/- to cover up the additional costs incurred by providing us with this faulty deep freezer.

                                        In case, if we do not receive any replies this week, we will assume that you are not interested to resolve this matter. Then we will be forced to move legally/approach the “consumer redressal forum” and bring to the attention of media how consumers are being neglected/cheated.

                                        Kindly check with your management and revert with a positive decision and avoid unnecessary/further arguments and legal action wasting both of our valuable time and money.
