I purchased a blue star water purifier from flipkart on 3rd may 2019. I have frequently asked for installation from blue star. It's been a long time since i received no help. They are not caring our words. They are not receiving our calls. So, is this the service of blue star company. Is this the way they treat their customers. Where should we go now ?

    I bought a 1.5ton bluestar inverter ac 15days ago from blue star dealer fsr systems hyderabad and it started to emit woofing sound from the indoor unit and it doesn’t blow air continuously. I called the customer service they have scheduled a service but what kind of appliances one of the leading company is providing to its customers. Its just 15days and some problem starts. Blue star should look into it seriously and if the service man says any faulty is there or if he charges i’ll return the product. Who wants tge issues after spending 43000 for a ac

      We bought inverter air conditioner which stopped working only after 4 years of purchase. On making complaint technician told us that it's pcb needs to be repaired. Then after keeping it for one week we were told that pcb needs to be replaced. We paid in advance for pcb as according to their policy pcb will be ordered only after we will pay in advance. Now pcb is replaced. We are still sweating with air conditioner on at setting temp at 16. Today again technician came in morning and told that it is not cooling because gas is leaking. Still waiting for another technician. Had a word with company s representative and unique international s owner and told them to pay for damages for the suffering caused.

          Technician from morya services (Technician name - tapas) visited to my place for purifier installation. Mounting of purifier over the wall didn't worked properly and my purifier fall down within 2 minutes infront of me and technician. Technician didn't even check whether the plate will handle purifier weight or not. Front panel of purifier is fully damaged, indicators are not working. I asked technician to change the front panel on which he said he has to raise a mr# to get a new panel. I got convinced and from that day onwards i kept doing follow up on that issue. Every time i call technician, he either declines my call or do not pick it up. And when he picks up the call, he gives me falls hope that new panel will arrive soon. One day he picked my call and said sir by mistake i got a wrong panel and now i have to raise a new request to get the correct one. I got totally frustrated with his behavior and service. So i thought to reachout to blue star customer care
          Feom where i got a contact number of dhyaneshwar (Another morya service person). I described him the whole issue on which he said service center is not aware about this incident and he will ask tapas to visit you once again. I said i need a fix on the damage. Dhyaneshwar then had words with tapas and then both them are pointing each other to visit. Finally dhyaneshwar cane to my place to check what has happened with purifier. He captured photos of dameged parts and raised an mr for new panel. Complaint no# (B[protected]) raised against this issue. Dhyaneshwar asked me to follow up with bluestar engineer who is managing the pune team for more details and status of my request. I have been asked to wait for couple of days as mr takes time to approve. I have been waiting since then and today at sudden i got a message that my request - (B[protected]) has been cancelled. Why? Issue has not been resolved yet, i didn't even got a new panel. No one has called me before closing this ticket. How can blue star team do this with their customer? I am raising this complain so that people can read it and understand the level of service bluestar team provides. I am in lose of inr13, 000/- because of that technician mistake (Careless installation work). I appeal to take this complain up and take a proper action against the morya service and the person who damaged the purifier.

            I purchased blue star window air conditioned, now its 1 year ago, on monday its wiring get heat up, i complaint to customer service blue star regarding same with ticket no:b[protected]. Their technician visit at sight and tight the wiring on joint from outside and taken a charge of 500 rs and no work done by their technician. Only wiring joint? Company send their technician from vanshika electronics (Blue star service provider). They didnt open air condition and not solve any problem as i register to them, for wire tightening charge 500 not get understand by a normal man.

            on thursday i again call to customer care centre, they told me they will solve the issue today. but their executive give us a copy attached of receipt they done at sight.
            I am installed a new ac, but ac outdoor unit is not working, i complained to seller, please change my outdoor unit. Please resolve.

              Dear blue star,
              Your dealer chandra arcade in vijayawada had taken away the outer unit of split ac for replacing under warranty condenser more than 6 months back. So far no response from them. Even we contact them they are un able to tell the status more over they are asking invoice details after 6 months to order the spare. Do not know what they have done these many months.
              We are facing such pathetic service since purchase. Hope at least this grievance cell complaint resolve the issue with out much more delay. Indian bank, uma [protected]

                Dear bluestar, we have installed the best vr[censored]nit in one of our resorts after hearing about your excellent service. However now we absolutely regret it. For over 20 days we are unable to sell the rooms to the guests due to the ac issue, leading to a huge loss. After a month the following happened - mail below
                Addressed to balamurugan, karnataka head and shivanand arkasali senior executive - cpsd

                As discussed on the telephone, the installation team lead by mr. Vishwanath stated that the unit is not okay to be used as it will get heated up in just half an hour. The pcb board will get damaged once again. However you advised us to go ahead with the usage of the rooms and assured us that the psb board will work just fine.

                Kindly note we have done the same based on your recommendation. The rooms are allocated to guests.

                Ps: we opted for bluestar because of the service but we are extremely surprised and disappointed by the experience. It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone in your team. Nearly a month of repeated calls, follow up's and finally it was done yesterday. Hope the relocation of the odu unit does not take another month.

                This was multiple emails later. A day later the ac unit stopped working. We had to shift the guests to another resort. 7.5 lakhs for a unit, a year old and unlimited wastage of energy. How do we solve this. Calls are not attended to... They are not willing to share another number.

                  I have purchased split ac from the riya electronics nagalpur mehsana gujarat on 31.03.2019 with a model no. Sac bi-ss318aatu and same was installed on 01.04.2019. I have observed that the cooling of this ac is not proper as well as it is sound at large. So it is my request to the company to resolve the problems immediately and make your company as a one of the best service provider company, otherwise nobody will purchase your products in the near future and i will lodge a complaint in the court also.

                    We have a salon in ernakulam, kerala. There is 1.5 ton 4 unit unit of the blue star. Installed
                    It is only 4 months left, but the water from the indore unit flows continuously.

                    Compliant has been registered many times and no one has ever come to me. My valuable things are gone due to water flow. So for this, i am requesting you to give a quick fix. I have been dealing with this issue in pj cooling solutions many times and they did not pay much attention to the topic.
                    Please do the needful at the earliest

                      I bought blustar ac with model no 3hw18satu indoor &3hw18satu on 18.12.2018 from khosla electronics (34, gariahat road, south kolkata-700031) on being councelled by salesman sanjit sarkar (Ph-[protected]). Khosla sent the installation men who harrassed my parents & me for not buying the water pipe of ac behaved rudely with us. But the ac is not cooling when we r using it after 3 months so we registered complain. The bluestar technician just ignored our demand of reinstallation & just solved the gas leakage from the so called"new ac". But now also its not cooling & my parents are suffering in this hot sultry summer. We suffered enough of harrassment during installation & miserble service from newly bought ac. We now demand either our money back or replacement of this second-hand ac we r now handling with a new one. We have another ac from carrier company which is working since last 3 years smoothly. We didn't expect this horrble experience from bluestar we ae facing now.

                        I have purchased 1 ton ac blue star on 13.04.2019. Installation person attend the same on 14.04.2019 but done improper installation. No proper cooling/ unwanted holes done & just finish the work in wrong way, most important now not ready to pick phone. Unwanted tubing cost charged & all pipes looking inside on wall. Extra hole keep as it is behind the indoor unit which is major risk during rainy season. So much arrogance with members at home. Service person send do not have experience & doing trial errors. I feel waste of rs.35000. Local dealer mundra corporation also does not support on this & this is my first deal with them. Expect atleast to repair as per our need and expectation.

                            I, subhasis das has bought a air purifier from kalkaji on 13th march and after that night only observe that machine is not working correctly. After switch on pm level showing 350 around then slowly it reduce to 50 or below within a fraction of time again it goes to 280 or 350 or even 550 then again it reduce to 120 or 35.

                            To make sure it is not working properly in the night all windows and doors remain closed and there is no fan or ac is on also there is no movement as all are sleeping. I started observing that machine work in a same way it automatically goes to 350 or 500 then comes down to 60 or 40 then again went up to 300 and continues whole night.

                            Next day morning i lodge a complain on 14 march ticket no b[protected]. Technician didn't turn up. Again new complain lodge ticket no. B[protected] on 19th march, technician came and goes back without any response by saying he will escalate the matter.

                            But no response from any side then new complain raised b[protected] on 26th march. By saying this ticket is for replacement. Again nothing happened.
                            After 10 days again new ticket raised b[protected] on 5th april. Till date no response.

                            I bought this air purifier due doctor recommendation for my baby who has acute dust allergy and she is suffering heavily due to this its more than 1 month and i am fed-up with followup for replacement of this device.

                            I have big trust on the brand but failed miserably. Pls help

                              I would like to bring to your notice that the ac manufactured by bluestar are not much durable as per my experience. I bought bluestar 1 ton window ac from one of your dealer “kooling solution” kandivali west on 12/12/2016. There were couple of issue faced during the warranty period where error message were displayed, free servicing were not done on time and recently found fault in ecb which cost me around rs. 2000. This was done from the ac service vendor located in our area. From past few days i see the cooling of the ac is going worst and after consulting local mechanic it is found that there is a multiple leakages in the front coil of the ac unit and need replacement. This cannot be repaired but need replacement.

                              It was very shocking to believe that within 2.5 years the coil is worn out, ecb failure etc….. I bought the ac based on the brand name of your company but this is not upto the expectation in terms of the quality to provide to the customer. Request you to please consider the feedback and provide me the resolution to exchange the faulty piece. I know the warranty period is 1 year but based on the brand image ac cannot be worned out in just 2.5 years.

                                We have bought this ac last year in may 2018, today we called them for service and they said that wires of slpit part got cut down by mouse, when we checked the wires it shows that wires are burnt, i have showed this to there representative and he tried to cut burning effect from wires.
                                The behaviour of mr simranjeet singh sent by five star company for service was unethical, he was giving us false information and he was rude too.
                                At the end of communication he said that he says only things that are being told to him by his company.
                                Now they have given us 7 days time to replace the part. Hope that this time there won't be need to deal with such a person.

                                    We hired blue star packers and movers on 30 march 2018 to pack, store and ship all our belongings from bangalore to mumbai, with a flexible storage period. Initially this was anticipated for a short period o[censored]p to three months only, but extended to 9 months in total.

                                    We trusted blue star movers & packers to store our furniture while we moved from bangalore to mumbai.

                                    When we got to mumbai, after 6 months, and took delivery of our furniture all of it was completely wrecked. It had been either been eaten by rats, destroyed or was damp and covered in mould.

                                    When we complained, told it was our fault for having poor quality furniture and leaving it in storage too long.

                                    Blue star not willing to compensate or make any kind of refund.

                                    Zero customer service.

                                      I bought bluestar split ac from st electronics located in vasudevanallur on dec 2017. Within 3 days, technician came from authorized service centre from s g cool point and done the installation.ac was working perfectly till october.

                                      When i try to troubleshoot, i found that ac indoor fan motor was not running. Later i registered a ticket with customer care and technician came after 2 days. He found that fan motor wire was bitten by rat. I was wondering how come rat came inside indoor unit and asked same thing with technician. While he cleaning indoor unit, we found that hole in wall which connect outdoor was not sealed back with white cement. Rat came inside through that path and damaged fan motor. Technical asked us "why did this wall is not sealed why installation" and i dono why they didnt do that as well.

                                      After two days technician called us and asked to pay 3500inr for fan replacement. I asked him """why should i pay for the mistake you guys did? Why don't you guys didn't sealed back hole in wall while doing installation? I have paid close by ~1000 for installation""""they said, rat bitten cant cover under warranty. I asked him again""how rat came inside? Because of improper installation"

                                      Later i escalated this issue with blue star customer care twice and explained this whole story. But they simply cancelled my two tickets "and reason was" installation was not done by s g cool point".

                                      My questions:

                                      1) why should i pay for mistake done by technician?
                                      2) why blue star customer care cancelling ticket without customer knowledge?
                                      3) s g cool point authority claimed first that" while installation technician informed to my grandma to close the hole in wall "(How can they remember this happend 10 months before?)
                                      4) now s g cool point claiming that they have not done installation.

                                      I need justice for this issue.
