We have made the complaint to customer care on 06.06.2017 for one split
Ac not working but till date one a person visited the premises after much followup after that he informed quotation will be send to you. But today after much followup he demanded rs 6600/- for repair which include the cost of instalation rs1500/- gas charging 2700/- capacitor 750/- and stand rs750/-
When i ask him why installation charges you charge he replied we have charge labour charges for repairing the your ac. You can complain to any one. If this is so how your organisation work. Pl take siutable action against m/s aman refregration maujpur delhi mob.[protected], [protected].

I got a damaged item...either side of freezer has some damages...interior is fyn...but I'm not happy about the outer part...I didn't expect this from your side., please try to resolve the issue and make sure that good is done...please please n please...

    Number of e. Mail reminders and visited the engineer at site but problem is still pending. Lately, final received reply from the company that machine is ok hence, we can not replace it. We purchased this dee freezer model no. Chf 500a vide bill no. 562 dt.01/05/2017 from m/s ankur oil and refrigerator, darya ganj, delhi. After four days, machine is giving us some trouble. We given the complaints number of times. No. Of engineers visited the site with different opion some says are :

    Compressor is heating, it is totally plane (Ess mei kuch bhi nahi hai), gas khatam ho gai hai. Machine choke kar rahi hai. Thermostate will be changed (Thermostate has already been replaced). Cooling will start slowly slowly.

    Finally decided by the company, machine is ok, we can not replace it. I am sorry to say that, if machine is ok then why should i number of calls to the company. Time is very important for us. Why should i waste the money and time? Sir, i purchased this machine only one month back. If the customer will not satisfy then where he will go? Its means company reputation is very bad after the sales service. I think not so.

    I am sorry to say that i can not recommend to others to buy this machine. I also told who convey me to buy this machine.

    I again request to the company kindly replace machine with the new one.

      First complaint : 24.04.2017 and thereafter repeatedly called the dealer m/s fairdeal agencies, durg, chhattisgarh (Dealer and service provider for blue star)
      Direct complaint to blue star (Customer service): 17.05.2017 (E mail and sms)
      Complaint booked : ticket no: b[protected], b[protected]
      After complaint booking blue star contacted me and assured prompt service but suddenly on 2.6.2017 complaint was closed without assigning any reason.
      Again booked complained : ticket no: b[protected] (14.06.2017)
      Still waiting to be attended.

        Sir
        I have made complaint of my a/c on 7th june 2017, the service enginee visited on 12/7/2017 after 5 day & gone back with promise to revert back after checking the records of a/c & than call was closed on 13/7/2017 with giving any reason.
        This was not acceptable from reputed company line blue start.
        If company is selling product they should take care of thier customer not leaving the customer on the mercy of outsourced agency.
        Please look into above.

          Purchased a blue star split ac on 26 may 2017, from adith electronics ameer per. 27 th may technician reports for installation with inadequate tools. Blower shows er6 code after installation, which is rectified by installation guy saying some sensor was not connected. Right from day of installation outdoor unit making lot of noise and vibration. We were unable to sleep for 2 nights. On inspection found that the outdoor unit was not fixed properly to the frame. Raised a complaint again, another guy reports and again has no tools to tighten the bolts. Complaint is closed without rectification. Agaim raised complaint on 6th june2017, service promised within 4 hr but no response from bluestar. 7th june 2017, agaian called up bluestar with complaint ts of noise and vibration at 11 pm. 4 am ac stopped working.
          Is there any existing customer care service existing with bluestar.? What is the quality of these air-conditioners sold. Hope my problem is solved and agony of disturbed sleep too.

            I have a purchased dee freezer model no. Chf 500a vide bill no. 562 dt.01/05/2017 in the name of m/s kamla restaurant 136-137, kishan ganj mkt. Delhi - 7. Contact no. - [protected]. From m/s ankur oil and refrigeration, darya ganj, delhi. From day of purchase, we are facing a lot of problems with this machine. Approx 6 to 7 complaint lodged. Many enginners// representative have visited the site and checked the above said dee freezer. But could not find the solution. I am sorry to say that “it is only experimental machine”. Every person appointed by your company visited and experiment on it. Please request to company kindly replace the above said machine on urgent basis.

            Yesterday evening, Mr. Ashish has called up me, and refused to take any action in this regard. As per his statement that “ Temperature showing in Dee Freezer under minus degree as per temperature instrument showed.”
            when the machine was run without load (empty) . But what about after the load ?

            This is to kind to inform you Sir (Mr. Asish), liquid item does not effect on cooling capacity. Here you have changed your statement Sir. Yesterday, your statement were different. (as per telephonic discussion). “Aap ne ka tha cooling will slowly slowly increase”. But I am sorry, no any cooling in lower part after 15 hours.

            Blue Star is very reputed company in India as well abroad too. I am not blaming any person of the company. But it is fact that machine is not working properly. This is only purchased one month back. I am suffering huge lose day by day.


            May, I request you to kindly look into the matter and replace the machine on urgent basis.

              I bought 1.5ton blue star on 23june 16. Starting se hi ac me halki halki awaaz aati rhi. Pr is saal jb hmne ise march me start kiya to ye start hi nhi hua. Jb se hm lgatar complaint kr rhr h. To aakar at start kr diya uski motor change kr di. Pr fir motherboard kharab ho gya hm jb se lgatar complain kr rhe h pr hme tala ja rha h. Customer care pr bhi kha pr koi nateeza nhi nikla ab hm kaise shi kre apne ac ko.

                I am extremely disappointed with you guys. I bought a 1.5 ton split inverter AC on Apr 24. The AC worked for a few days and then started to make lot of sound. Lodged a complaint on May 13 (Ticket#B[protected]). A technician visited after a couple of days and said the compressor was faulty and needed replacement. A few days later, after multiple followups on phone, two different technicians came and opened the machine, took out the gas and then finally said the compressor they had brought would not fit into our AC. They promised they would get the correct part the next day. We kept following up but nobody turned up. But, very conveniently, Blue Star Customer Care team closed our ticket as resolved and opened another ticket (#B[protected]) on May 24. We have been following up every single day as it’s very hot in Noida and the AC was bought for the sole purpose of beating the heat. I guess they are simply closing and opening new tickets. I have one more ticket#B[protected].

                There’s no timeline commitment from Blue Star’s side. Nobody has any clue what’s the status of the pending part, when will it come, where is it, why is it taking so long, etc. It’s almost a month now and no action has been taken when your own new product is faulty. Our AC is currently lying like a showpiece.

                I have made the mistake of buying BlueStar and I am regretting every bit of that decision. Please look in the issue and resolve it asap.

                    Compressor problem
                    On 12/05/2017 your service person attended the fault. I have paid rs.500 for service and rs.1800 for filing the gas. He informed that there is no gas leakage.                       Sir/Madam,
                      I have purchased 3 AC of your company on 29 feb 2017 and installed on 03 march 2017. I just bought only because your name in the market but don't know how dull quality your company sell goods all around.
                      All the ACs are not cooling even putting face in front of the indoors and i have been complaint for the last 75 days. Your so-called engineers came 9 times but for formality only. What they want i have done that all, like putting outdoors in open, place indoors where they told us, servicing of outdoors, replacement of blowers, closed the room etc.
                      But the problem remains the same.
                      Few of your engineers said(on thier personal behalf) that these AC are defected.

                      AC model no: Bluestar S/AC 1.5T BS-3HW18FBTU

                      Now this is my last request to bluestar complaint helpdesk to take positive action against this or replace your demo feel like AC as fast as you can.
                      Otherwise this deal will create history for bluestar & thier authorities will never forget this mail.

                        I have placed an order for 1.5 ton of Blue star Inverter AC on 22.5.17 and the AC was delivered only on 25.5.17 after repeated follow up and inordinate delay on the part of dealer and the company. Even after receipt of material, nobody cares about installation and demo. Constant follow up made with the dealer and service centre. Absolutely, there was no response from the company and it shows sheer irresponsible attitude on the part of technicians. Through this forum, I advise general public not to buy any of the goods produced by Blue Star.

                        It is very unfortunate and saddening

                          Dear sir... I have done last 10 to 12 time complaint for ac cooling problem... Last 1 month... But i am not satisfied for your this model.
                          Ac cooling problem very long time... But not proper solution from you. So i really 1st time bad review for your company.
                          Your technician came 10 time at my home... But not solution for cooling problem... He changes compressor, and other parts, and fill the gas... Very more time... But can't give me result.
                          So... I last finally request to you... I don't want to your this model... From your company.

                          Sir in 17may AC instaletion, but after installation noise sound produce from indoor unit and colling capacity is not satisfactory

                            I recently bought bluestar split ac. I purchased it from acwale ahmedabad store on 14th may.
                            Installation was done on 20th may. Took 6 days for installation.
                            After installation still ac has some noise issue which was addressed to installation person. He said it will stop automatically. But still the noise did not stop so i called up your service provider in ahmedabad mr. Avinash rami. He once told he will send his person again but after that stopped answering calls.
                            I than called bluestar customer care on 23rd may and registered the issue. They told me you will get a call from our technician in 24hrs and he will visit today is 26th but yet no one has called and no one has visited.
                            I don't think so this kind of service is expected from bluestar. It's getting worst.
                            Kindly look into the matter.

                              I brought a new Inverter ac in tamilnadu on 15/05/2017 for Rs45.000/- but while on installing the AC the outdoor unit doesn't work so technician had changed the board on indoor unit and still it doesn't work so then they were trying to change the Main board in outdoor unit So because i brought a AC as New so i want to have a replacement AC i dont want this faulty Machine But they were not ready to offer me a Replacement Machine.
                              So i want to know about the Return and Replacement laws by which i can get a Refund or a Replacement Unit
                              Iam looking for the suggestions

                                Dear sir,

                                We are having around 12+ Split Ac’s in our office & among that 2 Ac’s are under AMC & our Customer ID is 6392726.

                                Rest of the Ac’s are under paid services.

                                Among 12+ Split Ac’s 3 Ac’s are not in working condition & we have booked a complaint of ticket no. B[protected] on 13/05/2017

                                While we Contacted authorized dealer Rk services it was told that as the service area is too far they couldn’t attend the problem.

                                Also they told that better you approach other service dealers, as they are being authorised service dealer for blue star why should I go for other service dealers.

                                And the thing is I have received a SMS on 17/05/2017 that my above mentioned ticket no. B[protected] was cancelled.

                                My question is I have raised the ticket & I have the sole rights to cancel the ticket or to close the ticket after proper resolution against the complaint.

                                How can you people cancel the ticket on urself without the feedback of customer.

                                If you people couldn’t attend breakdown in these areas, why you people are having outlets in these area, worst service I have ever seen.

                                We were under Amc for past 1.5 years till now no preventive maintenance was done & only breakdown maintenance was done that too repeated issues.

                                If preventive maintenance was done on regular basis such as once in a quarter why should breakdown occur????

                                If you people are supposed to claim that preventive maintenance has been done could you share me the reports which I have signed in it.

                                  Hi, i have complaint that one month old water dispenser not dispensing water properly (The holes are in front) not able to fill up in bottles and tumbler. Also requested to change the cool water button in middle and normal at corner as this is also one of the problem. I also asked to change the button to tap.

                                  Srikanth & his team visited from vck enterprises and closed the ticket doing nothing. I have reopened the ticket today, once again they called today and said not able to address any of the issue.

                                  Please let us know your escalation matrix to get a remedy for my investment. Because of this i have purchased another water dispenser with tap as the response is very poor.

                                  Please try to understand customer request and first try to attend the best and if something not possible we also will understand.

                                  Still, if any issue, please replace with a tap model and close this ticket please

                                  In iit tirupati the blue star Ac is not working properly your people coming doing something and then ac working good but after some weeks it creates same problem.

                                    Blue star split ac 3nos. And window ac 1no. Purchase from "inox" at midnapur, w. B. On 18.04.16 as per bill. 1no. Split ac some problem and i am complain to customer care on 17.04.17. But no serviceman attend our side till today on 11.05.17. I am complain to blue star customer care already five times in this period. Please check blue star record. I am also complain to blue star customer care on 12.05.17 which ticket no.-b[protected]. Blue star serviceman of dealer "mahan refrigeration co." call (Mobile no.-[protected]) to me and told that servicing not yet today, after 48hours.
                                    This summer time our side temperature is 38-40c but our ac stop for problem 30-40days.
                                    Please your kind co-operation in to this matter is highly appreciated.

                                      This is regarding the said issue our split ac is not working under the name of kosmo automobiles jalandhar, however we have registered a compailnt on the helpline no[protected] and we have got a ticket no j[protected] on dated 9 may 2017. The authorised dealer (Snow cool jalandhar) have promised to visit timely but in vain after repeated requests there is no solution till now. This is very harassing experience from the authorized dealer person mr aman saying that he have no time to attend our complaint.                                       This is regarding the said issue our split ac is not working under the name of Kosmo Automobiles Jalandhar, However we have registered a compailnt on the Helpline No[protected] and we have got a ticket no J[protected] on dated 9 may 2017. The authorised dealer(Snow Cool jalandhar) have promised to visit timely but in vain after repeated requests there is no solution till now . This is very harassing experience from the authorized dealer person Mr Aman saying that he have no time to attend our complaint. This is our customer lounge Ac now please do some on urgent basis that we expect from such Branded Ac company.

                                        My air conditioner's swings is not functioning from some days. I call customer care and then company dealer jaspreet singh owner of five star electrical and ac work, city amritsar, state punjab is calling me for complaint and i told about problem and also given my address.
                                        The dealer was sent to two boys to repairing ac in my house on friday april 28, 2017. The repair boy had been told about the total amount is ₹1500 including of all expenses. They had also taken ₹500 as advance and asked me to correct this ac in two days.
                                        After that day neither the dealer nor the boys call me and not give me any feedback. If i call dealer jaspreet singh, then every time they say that the race will get cured tomorrow.
                                        My request is that strict action should be taken against the dealer.
