I brought a new Inverter ac in tamilnadu on 15/05/2017 for Rs45.000/- but while on installing the AC the outdoor unit doesn't work so technician had changed the board on indoor unit and still it doesn't work so then they were trying to change the Main board in outdoor unit So because i brought a AC as New so i want to have a replacement AC i dont want this faulty Machine But they were not ready to offer me a Replacement Machine.

This is regarding the said issue our split ac is not working under the name of kosmo automobiles jalandhar, however we have registered a compailnt on the helpline no[protected] and we have got a ticket no j[protected] on dated 9 may 2017. But still not getting any response from installation team. I called around 15 to 20 times last two days.

I took leave for two days for this installation.

I have purchased a blue star ac 1 ton model 3hw12jcfu from chandra traders, velachery, chennai - 600 042 on 29th april 2017 wide bill no. V-825/17-18.

Till now they are not install the ac, though we called more than 20 times and everyday waiting for their arrival. But we waste our time on waiting.

No proper response from the vendor and we are not able to contact the installation people.br...

We have recently purchased Bluestar split AC, on 1st march 2017 to be precise. There is some issue with the outer unit of the AC and we have registered a complaint through phone already (twice) but not getting a positive response, it's hardly 2 months old. First a regular clerk came to check it, who couldn't understand the issue itself, later a couple of men came, and we are not aware of their qualification, but they just wasted our time...

I purchased Blue Star Split AC from Chroma Pune on 1st April and they told me that AC will be delivered by 10th Apr. Recently i had purchased a Blue Star AC with appropriate bill and installed in my Room. The person who came for installation from Blue Star (as installations charges are free for Blue Star customer) installed in my room.
Due to extra requirement of pipes and cable etc., he charges me extra amount and i had given to him.Then i demanded for the BILL as its our right to take BILL, and he told me that he will give me next day.

1 The advisor told that there is a fault in inner unit pipe due to which there is a leak in gas
2 If the fault is in inner unit Y the out unit was replaced as a solution
3 why the problem is not taken...

Purchased 2 TON BLUE Star aplit ac in april 2016.which was faulty, from the day of installation it was making KHAT KHAT noise in fan blower.later after two months the KIT was changed.But only the noise was minimised.
