I bought a Boat Rockerz 335 yellow blutooth headset from flipkart on 17.07.2021. From last 3days it was not working even not turning on. I Am trying to connect with your chandni chowk service center (Kolkata) bt they also did not answer properly. so It was my fault to had faith on boat? If possible please resolve my issue.

I ordered headphones from boat website on 4th september 2021, and received the order on 10th september 2021. When i opened the box it was empty, they refused to register any complaint and asked to send email. There was no response .

I ordered headphone from boat-lifestyle.com with order ID 805072 on 12 sep 2021. Paid with Payu

After 30 minute I changed my mind and cancelled the order. But still I didn't received the refund. I tried to contact them through [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, send 3 emails but they didn't reply.

Actually My Boat headphone was having some technical issues so I wanted to replace it under warranty and it was picked up by the courier on 28 August but no status of my product and even the ticket number given by the company shows invalid.
This is frustrating.

I am facing Issues with Boat product [Boat Rockerz 385V2 Bluetooth Headset] which I purchased on 21.07.21. I used this product only for one month and since 31st Aug 21 I am not able to connect with this device. On the same day based on the search on Internet I have raised token from Boat headset [Token ID :- 3275964] and got notification like will be cleared with in 2 business days.

After that I got from Flipkart and as per their instruction I have raised one more token on 06.08.21 [Token ID :- 3335100].

Day by Day I am getting mail stating that "Courier partner Delhivery had cancelled your pickup request".

I want a permanent resolution and if not I am planning to register complaint in Consumer Court as well as to post my situation in all the social medias. I am expecting a positive reply and solution with in next 3 days of time.

I have purchased boat sound bar on 24.10.2020 from Amazon. From June 2021 the sound bar is not working & I have made several complain online. Service provider is telling that PCB might get damaged & they will bring this parts from company & then repair can be done.
Its already 2 & half months over since I have made complain but boat service provider is delaying to resolve the issue.
Boat should repair the sound bar as soon as possible or replace the product. Also extend my warranty since boat is delaying.

Updated by avirup2015 Boat service is pathetic & fraud. Once I made complain they provided complain no. But when I am tracking the same complain no, they are saying it invalid no. I have made several complain but none of the complain ticket I'd boat provided vide mail is not valid in boat site.
Also more interesting is that I have registered my product on boat site but when I am trying to contact boat customer, my no is not registered.

I have made a complaint regarding the imbalanced sound and mic problem in my boat basshead 100 and ticket no 2878413 and is generated on 21 July 2021 after that on 23 July I got the mail that my earphone will get picked up but didn't. On 29 July the Earphone is picked by the courier man having waybill number [protected].
After calling your customer care on 16 Aug and 09 Aug, give me a new ticket number 3056477.
I have mailed them multiple times but they didn't reply even once.
I have also called their customer care, they are saying to wait but didn't provide any solution.
