My boat 335 headphone are not working

I raised complainant because my Bluetooth headset was not working so I received
1st replacement product from boAt which is defective product it had power on issue so i raised new complainant then 2nd time received same defective replacement product which had power on issue.

I don't know whether they will check replacement product before dispatching to customer or they simply send same defective replacement product to customer but they will say we check product which they received from customer which had issues for sure i think so.

Worst customer service experience.

I'm suggesting to you guys whoever read my consumer complainant please don't buy this boAt products they will not provide support or solutions for customers who are facing issues with their boAt products who bought from online
platform or offline stores. Simply they check patience of customers by providing defective replacement products.

Again I created complainant for 3rd time I'm really not sure I'll be getting genuine and working replacement product.

You boAt brand lost your customers trust on boAt products.

I thought boAt brand is a genuine brand they provide best sales and services for their customers but they won't.

My product is not returned

Hi Team,

I have purchased one Boat airdopes 131 bluetooth approx 9 months back. Now it is now working properly like not able to hear and also not able to charge since last 2 months.
As it is under warranty so I need replacement of it asap.
Invoice is also attached herewith.

And no complaint is registered by your service center is said that no stock for this earphone you can make a contact with online complaint within two month is fully died and no replacement is take out for your side .please as fast as possible replace my earphone .

Hey there…i had ordered this product from Flipkart and I want to complain that one of my ear bud is not working and my product is still under warranty…
Solve the problem of mine as soon as possible…

Iam using this product only 1 month .But in 2 days the sound of the product is ttoo low and voice is breaking

I collect boAt parcel and after opening it there were two wires in it and my boAt 121v2 earbuds are not their, it was very cheap type of work.

Not working properly connecting issue and others many problems please replace it plz help

Not Charching

I bought a Boat Rockerz 335 yellow blutooth headset from flipkart on 17.07.2021. From last 3days it was not working even not turning on. I Am trying to connect with your chandni chowk service center (Kolkata) bt they also did not answer properly. so It was my fault to had faith on boat? If possible please resolve my issue.

I ordered headphones from boat website on 4th september 2021, and received the order on 10th september 2021. When i opened the box it was empty, they refused to register any complaint and asked to send email. There was no response .

I ordered boat airpods 1489 rupees, in boat lifestyle website . its been 4days no update on delivery now i would like to cancel the order, i mailed the same to their mail id [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, but no reply till now .

I ordered headphone from boat-lifestyle.com with order ID 805072 on 12 sep 2021. Paid with Payu

After 30 minute I changed my mind and cancelled the order. But still I didn't received the refund. I tried to contact them through [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, send 3 emails but they didn't reply.

My order ID is 805072 and Transaction ID: [protected]
Amount: 799.20

Actually My Boat headphone was having some technical issues so I wanted to replace it under warranty and it was picked up by the courier on 28 August but no status of my product and even the ticket number given by the company shows invalid.
This is frustrating.
