    I have received the product yesterday which I gave ordered from flipkart. The product has noisy sound and less sound quality. It also has connection and charging problems. I found no refund in the flipkart site. I was upset about the product and I need an exchange to it with airdopes 402 if possible or refund of the money. So please look into my issue and respond to me ASAP.

          I have placed order of 44, 128/- after applying FLAT20 code and I paid the amount through Phonepay (SBI Bank) and same screenshot of the transaction is attached below and amount also debited from my account but after the transaction it’s showing transaction failed . So please check with the above matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                  I didn't get my product but it showd delivered status then i complaint in "boat & delhivery service" but they gave me pod bu its not true i didn't get my product i swear, i told them in email full situation but they didn't respond.
                  This is totally fraud... because I didn't get my product & delhivery service not take any sign & this is not my sign, time is given as 7:24 when product is delivered, how is it possible ? It's very early even the office of courier service also not open & i know the time when courier service guy(any company like bluedart, delhivery etc) is reaches everyday in our village at 2-4...so it's fraud, what you say is wrong, false. i received one msg 4 digit code & i didn't gave to anyone not even delivery guy then how it is possible...where & how they gave my product to other person ? i don't know why, how delivery guy doing this.i want my product .if you not take seriously i file case against you.pls understand my problem & investigate properly .i think this is fraud and it's happen with me first time, this is very disappointing experience.your delivery service is worst everrrr...pls resolve this issue soon as possible & i want my product 🙏

                            I have ordered boat airdopes 402 on dated 8 September on 1:46 AM (see attached file for the same) but till now I didn't get any details regarding shipment of my order and nor I can cancel my order.

                            I try to contact them via email but there is no response than tried to contact them via their customers support toll free number but everytime time they put my call on hold.

                            This is worst experience I have ever experienced for online shopping.

                            It's been 4 days since my order on your platform and till date there is no any update regarding status of my shipment.

                            I waited 12-14 minutes in queue to have conversation with customer support executive on this number [protected] but when my queue eneded, I got auto response that all our executives are busy we will contact you later and there is no response as well ...

                            Now tell me what to do...?? boAt???

                            Kindly share details regarding my ordered shipment or give me a full refund. As there where other websites where I got same product within 2 days of span...

                                        The amount is deducted from bank account(paytm wallet) but order is not placed(showed this : Your payment can’t be processed for technical reasons. Try again or use a different payment method.) .please resolve my issue as soon as possible
