        I have ordered boat airdopes 402 on dated 8 September on 1:46 AM (see attached file for the same) but till now I didn't get any details regarding shipment of my order and nor I can cancel my order.

        I try to contact them via email but there is no response than tried to contact them via their customers support toll free number but everytime time they put my call on hold.

        This is worst experience I have ever experienced for online shopping.

        It's been 4 days since my order on your platform and till date there is no any update regarding status of my shipment.

        I waited 12-14 minutes in queue to have conversation with customer support executive on this number [protected] but when my queue eneded, I got auto response that all our executives are busy we will contact you later and there is no response as well ...

        Now tell me what to do...?? boAt???

        Kindly share details regarding my ordered shipment or give me a full refund. As there where other websites where I got same product within 2 days of span...

                        I have ordered boat Rockerz black headphone on 4 March 2021. After few months it stops working . I did complaint on 4 August 2021.. and give my original product to pickup boy. On 16 August 2021 I received parcel which having 2 toothbrush In place of headphone. Since now daily I mailed on Boat email even daily I called up to customer care .till now it's September nothing happens.. they didn't resolve my problem. They schedule my pickup but the pickup boy always refuse to take that 2 toothbrushes and says that we can't take it. What should I do ?? Frauds company. never expected this

                          I had bought a type c to type c cable on 16 june from boat website. I used it for 1 week, encountered problem and availed the warranty service. Since then it has been more than 2 months. I am repeatedly being sent type a to type c cable as replacement unit. The customer care keep on telling me to lodge a complaint and send the product to them. Again they send me the same wrong product again and again.

                            I ordered a boat bassheads 172 wired headset with headphones FSN : ACCFDJ5YVAVDTQP8 HSN/SAC : 85183000 on date 23/09/2021. My headset has stopped working but there is no physical damage. Please replace or repair my headset as soon as possible as my headset is under warranty period. Kindly revert as soon as possible

                                  I have bought boat Rockerz 255 Pro blue colour by Flipkart order ID: OD[protected] on 17 Oct 20(Invoice date). On 20 Aug 21 its automatically switched off and after charging battery automatically swallowing.
                                  I am trying thousands times to raise complaints but because of your poor service and portal not able to do this. I have contacted to customer care Lucknow having no. [protected] but this no is busy in full day and night since last 15 days. I am a defence personal not able to go at customer care due to service exigencies. So please pick up this and change or repair this because it's under warranty

                                  Sir on your suggestion today 09 Sep 21 I reached the customer care mentioned by you. Their behavior very bad and rudely.They told that item that I want to change not available and they don't know when it's come.So please do the needful. Your customer care also not picking up call. I have all recorded proof. Now I am totally fed up. Now I go to consumer court for for 3rd class service and customer care
