I had purchased the above product . The first one was defective . So I asked for replacement. The condition of the product u delivered is again defective .
While making a call the first call gets connected bit the moment I go for another call the product does not work . Can u justify please if all the products of Bluetooth headphones have this problem, why on earth u are sending the defective product . How many times I have to get it replaced

Boat rockerz 261 had not got replaced on the given date they are said just hold on. We will give you in 15 -28 business day after those days . They had said that they had shipped but untill it jhad not delivered

Boat company scheduled my product pick up from 2 courier companies. Delhivery and Xpress bees from which delhivery couriers picked up my courier and returned it to the boat centre. AWB[protected] delhivery pick up id.
But the company didn't noted that it got picked up and it got reached.
And since then it's been 2 months. I have been continuously calling there customer service telling them to solve my problem but they aren't taking any step on it. There executives always ask me to provide them acknowledgement slip from delhivery ehivh isn't possible as the delhivery couriers TAT is over for my shipment. They sent me a mail in which it is clearly mentioned that my product returned to there centre but then also there isn't any step taken up by them till now.

I have purchased a Rocker 335 bluetooth it was running good but i have used it only 10 days and suddenly it was not getting charged or stop working. I have registered a complaint also but not getting any genuine response from your end or from Amazon. Now what should i do ? I need it in so urgent. Team if you cant resolved my concern & can't replace my product then do let me know at least i swear i will purchase a new one but never purchased any products of boat forever in my life.

Mike of this product is damaged after four five use and it not allow me to talk using earphones.

Please look into the matter.

Iam very much disappointed as reason is that i purchased my product which was boAt airdopes 201 (green) from Rs.1, 999 on 29 September 2020. And i had was facing many no. Of different problems in this product and i registered this product's 4th complaint regarding its sound issue on 22/08/2021 and i got this product after replacement on 3/09/2021
After two couple of hours I charged this product but this product is defective and the product unit has many scratches and multiple sound issues regarding this product.
Iam very much disappointed as i got this product as 4th replacement unit which is also defective.
So i request you to please kindly see this problem and solve my issue by replacing this product! Please!!

I registered warranty claim on 19th August itself and my product also picked my it's wirless headset Boat 335 ... Till now I didn't get any information about the status and anything

I tried to call customer care they least bothered about my issue and simply saying it will reflect after 72 hours and mail to us else they just cut the call..

I didn't expect this much service from boat
