Hi i am trying to cancel my order in https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/, but i am unable to cancel the order and unable to contact the boat customer care too.

I want to cancel the order for the reason i want to purchase another Blutooth speaker....

I have bought Boat storm named smart watch for my brother just half an hour back, I took a screenshot after payment of rs.2434/- was done by me which has an order number ofcourse, but when I've try checking in again n again and it says no order id found, it's really shocking if such renowned brand companies come up with something like this, kindly help me to get either the product invoice and delivery status asap for which I made payment...

It has been more than 3 months and I did not get service from boat for my aavante sound bar 1150 which was under warranty. They automatically closed my ticked 23938963 stating that service is given and parts have been delivered but they never came to give service. The technician only came once for the visit and problem inspection and assured me that he has taken necessary details and will revert back with the parts and service in a few days....

I ordered BOAT BassHead 172 Royalblue [ OrderId-#3348874 ] on 20 Nov 2022. On tracking they give expected delivery date, but at the end of day, they send me incorrect address mail.
I even tried contacting their delivey partner, they are asking for extra money to update my address....

I have been using both Matrix smartwatch it got broken by me some days before then I contact it would customer care than one employees said that you send the mail to the boat boat company about what is the issue with the watch. But when I reach to the complete it got approved but I after t the watch reach there full memory centre the cancel the complain .
