I have placed my order with boat a month ago and hasn't received the order yet and despite complaining several time the issues hasn't been resolved yet neither i am receiving my product not getting any update regarding the issue resolution, i just want to get my order delivered

    I placed a order around 21 feb and still my order hast been delivered and when contacting their coustomer care the issue are only raised and not resolved neither they are allowing to cancel the order despite the issue on their part

        I purchased a Boat rockerz 103 Pro mint Pink from Myntra in month of January, 2023. recently, i observed that the product was not up to the mark as assured by the company. it shows 30% charge remaining, but signals for low battery and even i observed that sometimes I am not able to receive calls through earphone. when raised a request they are ready to collect the product from me but it will replaced only after 10 - 14 days, what the response received from them. the product i purchased was for my basic necessity to be fulfilled, but they keep on insist that the warrant policy is to wait for 10-14 days fro replacement. whereby in checking the warranty policy it says within 0-5 days the product will be replaced.

            I had ordered boat airdrops 183 lunar white order no.4305570 which was displayed on boat site colour sky blue inside and white from outside, i got the product it was completely white it was not that colour which was displayed, i decided to replace it was replaced. In a replacement i got same product which was completely white. Now they are saying they will not do anything about it . Was that my mistake i had ordered product? I want my product which was displayed on it which i had ordered.

                  i bought a rockerz 333 anc bluetooth neckband directly from website, after 4 days of delivery i found some issue like mic and battery backup issue then i register replacement on website, after 2 days bluedart agent came to my home and after proper inspection of product, cable and all things attched in boat parcel box, he recieved that product, after 1 week i got whatsapp msg that my replacement was rejected due to wrong item and they share me any airpod images, after that i called that agent of bluedart and asked about the item change, he said they packed same product which i have given him, after lots of call custmore call and complaint bluedart share me the image which they packed and sent to boat ware house.
                  after many complaint and call to boat customer care they still saying we cant do any thing u just talk to bluedart, why i talk to bluedart, its boats problem, bluedart given the evidance, boat employes are fraud, they changed my product..
                  im totally frustrated with boat and their response..

                    I gave my watch for replacement because there was a issue in "Weather" option in my watch. But some one changed my watch and given another watch in boAt company service center. We have filed many complaints about it in July 12, 2022 but till now it is not resolved. My parents gifted it to me on my birthday. The order id was [protected][protected] and ticket no. was 21991301.

                    Please help me.

                        I have Ordered Boat Airdopes 141 for Rupees '999' on 14th December 2022 and Paid for it through Paytm but due to some negative reviews I cancelled it immediately but Not Got My Refund Till Now. I contacted More Than 20 times to boat help centre but they do not resolve my issue and always give new new dates. I haven't thought that such a reputed company Boat will do such scam with me, I trusted Boat but they Betrayed me. Lost The Hope From Boat, Sorry Aman Gupta, Your Boat Company Has Fraudsters.

                                      I had charging issues in the airdope 131 i bought from boAt. I proceeded to claim warranty and gave the product to delivery partner and now after some days I tracked my waranty ticket and got my claim has been rejected due to product damaged. I am sure the product wasn't damaged when I gave to the delivery patner for warranty process shipment. I need a replacement for the product. I don't want the damaged product as return ( which may be damaged during the process of shipment or service fulfilment centre ) .
