I sent my airdopes for the warranty claim check and they sent me a mail today regarding how my claim was rejected and one of the earbud was missing. The delivery executive wouldn't have even accepted it if the product was missing so yeah it is a fraud from BoAt

A month before I was purchased Boat Rockerz 385v2 black wireless neckband from boat official website. After a month left side speaker was not work and I raised warranty against faulty product. They were picked and sent to service hub. The service hub replied no issues in product so we will send back to u and sent it back. I received the same and checed the product then came to know that issue was persist. Again I raise warranty complient and send to service hub and this time they accepted the claim and replied as boat send relavant one product to u but not original product. I dint need any relavant or degraded product against my products but I need new product against faulty. So they don't response regarding my query.

They damaged my product which I asked for placement and now blaming me for it m it is clearly a scam I want my replacement back

My boat rockers 550 red in color has been broken due to bad manufacturing quality of the product, i have been using it from past 4-5 months and have cared for it a lot it has been broken without any external pressure applied on it or due to mishandling or misuse ; it has broken completely due to bad manufacturing quality of the product and i want the replacement of the product as soon as possible

I have ordered boat rockerz 335 red smart buds on Boat website but I received defective product at that time I replace it and received replacement product but still same problem face in replacement product then costmer agent told me to claim warranty but I was not used product even ones time but I claim warranty because I have not other option then agent say product are out of stock and give me upgraded product but I am not agree with upgraded product and I say to give my money back still 2 months agent say refund is not in our policy then give me slab of policy and give me 80%refund but I have not used product why can I accept 80%refund

Ear buds defect.
Left side ear buds not working & charging issue.with charging issue.

I have baught Boat Airdopes 141 in Sep 2022 which is having a warranty of 1 year. I claim a warranty through Boat Website, they collected my product and after 3-4 days sent it back saying that It is repaired properly. But defect is still remain same and product ia still not working properly.

Oder a product worst 488 ₹ on on line shopping insta page and didn't received any update on order conformation I only have order ID 1038 and no other way to contact dealer

I bought sound bar from Flipkart.
I know that my warranty period was over.
But I need paid service from company but there are not entertaining any complain of mine.
Boat company after sales services are very pathetic.
Our prime minister told us to buy make India products we are also ready to buy that but what about the company like boat who don't care about that customers problem they are just busy in selling new products no interest after sales services.

Now I thought it's good if I bought Sony or LG company soundbar atleast I got service and resolution on time.

But now I m helpless thank you so much

Three time complain but without reading mine description that I need paid service they close my ticket and mark remarks that my warranty period was over.but I know that I need paid service atleast read properly customer description first then close ticket.

I had proof thats why solved but if no proof they grab my money 4, 000/-.so many mails, calls after they showed lost .but till i am losted 2000/- for airdopes not sended.[protected].service ticket number 27152746.their is no policy for reattempt oncel cancel in warranty.

Snapdeal order id [protected].service ticket number 27152746.dec 12 raised claim for warranty DTDC courier person took that after 1 week boat sended 402 black at the time i am busy product sended back after 1 day i got message for reattempt or cancel i chooses cancel from that day i sended so many mails either send product nor refund.they are saying no policy for reattempt once cancel.i losted 2000/-.6 months completed no resolution taken.take legal action

Dear Team,

I was bought the boat wireless earphone Rockerz 258 pro plus navy blue from Croma Vadodara store on 03/112021...

At that time earphone is completely working with no issues but suddenly before this week left side earphone sound off...

I claimed it in warranty but they said it's ear net damaged...ear net is in under airpod and may be it's already been damaged... I'm also not aware about it...

Now suddenly left ear not working then its come in picture...

I want to refund or replacement for same..

My boat rockerz 255 pro+ stopped functioning and I raised a ticket for warranty claim. The process went smoothly. The problem is that the product that I received is not the original boat rockerz 255 pro + but a downgrade version of it boat rockerz 255 pro. Which may not sound same but has huge features different. Please help me.
