Madam/Sir,

The replaced product (boAt Storm Pro Call Charcoal Black Strap) is not the same as the product (boAt Storm Pro Call Metal Black Strap) ordered by me. Kindly replace the product again and send me the product same as the original order.

Further details for your reference.

1. I ordered the product boAt Storm Pro Call Metal Black Strap from Flipcart on[protected] .
2. The speaker of the watch was not working at all and I registered a complaint through boAt register Complaint Interface on[protected].
3. There was no option for selecting the product as boAt Storm Pro Call Metal Black Strap so I selected the option boAt Storm Pro Call Charcoal Black.
4. The product I received today is with the plastic Strap instead of the metal strap.
5. I attach herewith the original order proof from flipkart, the invoice, screen shot of the boAt register Complaint Interface and the replaced product.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

    I am buying one product from flipkart boat rockerz 355 at 1999 rupees.
    After one week it is not working due to battery down.
    So i contact to boat coustomer care for warranty claim. Ticket no 22266939.
    In 25 july they are taking the boat rockerz 355 but giving one old boat rockerz 375.(which is not the same also not any similar) and very bad quality
    So i return that boat rockerz 375.and says gave my old defective product (i will fixed on a local shop at 100 rupees) OR repire that and gave. OR gave another model except rockerz 375.(ticket 22886944.

    But not getting any response by calling and calling ...they says we have only one product available rockerz 375...7 month left but still...same...

      Ordered a product boat wave smartwatch and i used it for months then it has some technical issues then i raised a warranty complaint on boat help center then i get the date of pickup the product then the delivery guy didn't showed up so i get the original product my self to the delivery office then the product goes to the service centre and the declined it as a fake product then they return my product and i get the product from delivery guy then i open the pack and i see the product was not as i have to them so please help me and solve this

            I ordered boat airdopes 131 pro royal blue on 22 December and I received order on 27 December but looks like product is defective
            So I'll replacement the product on 29 December but no one come to pickup product 2 time attempt failed 3rd time product pickup on 31 December in morning and 1st January I'll receive massage from expressbees your product pickup on today so I'll complain about the pickup to the boat my product already picked up by delhivery executive why I'm receiving massage from expressbees about pickup
            So boat ask me for acknowledgment slip I'll provide acknowledgment slip on 6 January and boat tell me your issue solving on next 24 to 48 hours after 2 days I'll call boat but still says wait for 24 to 48 hours boat do this every time when i call boat boat took 6 days but still tell me wait for some time 24 to 48 hours i don't want to wait anymore I'll complain consumer forum and case against boAt it's my final decision I'll do
            Everything for my right literally boat assistant are make me mad doing fraud with customer giving false information

                  Shopping of boat ear buds done on site available in news feed of Google. The site is Boatkart99. Product ordered payment for the same was done of Rs 570 through Paytm wallet. Confirmation mail received. Order confirmation on the mail also received. But while tracking the order status, it shows something went wrong. The store is unavailable.

                  Same thing happened for me yesterday I was ordered the boat earphones which was see in Instagram advertising after I ordered and payment done the tracking details are showing the store is unavailable I was done online payment in payu for ₹498/- please refund the amount I had paid or please tell me the process to complaint

                    I have bought this product in October, 22 .After using it for 2 months the headphone case(where it is charged) loosened. So I claimed a warranty regarding this issue writing the same in the remarks. My warranty ticket reference is 28395881. My headphones were working properly. Otherwise I would've claimed the warranty for damaged headphone. A delivery partner picked my product and a report has been sent to me that my headphones are broken into two pieces in the same way(which is impossible if not done on purpose). So in the end they have broken my headphones which was in perfect condition just to not take the warranty claim as they doesn't take any claim for physically damaged headphones.

                        The intensity of the sound was different on both sides of my neckband, so I sent it for warranty claim. I bought it on 21st November from myntra which is just a month.

                        I bought a rockerz 235V2 3 months ago from Flipkart. It was working fine for first month but after that it started to connect and disconnect automatically. I didn't pay much attention because it wasa minor problem that happened occasionally. But at 30 December it started to vibrate without an incoming call and doesn't stop. after 2-3 hours when I restarted my phone it stopped. I requested for a warranty claim and on 31 December's morning it said that my invoice is wrong so I reposted it. At evening my product was picked up and after that I didn't get any update so i tried to send messages on whatsapp but it only gave me a recorded answer that my warranty confirmation will take 3 to 4 days more. I sent emails but i didn't get any response. It's almost a week now and I have no updates. I am attaching ticket updates of my warranty claim below.

                            My Boat headphones stopped working a couple of months ago. I have sent it to Boat for warranty twice. Twice they have claimed "it is working fine" and sent it back to me. Ticket numbers 27551179 and 27991835.

                            However, it is not working. It does not charge. It does not power on. The indicator light does not light up. I have tried with many different chargers, cables, plugpoints.

                            I have also contacted all three service centers in my city listed in Boat support website. All three have told me they no longer provide service for Boat products due to "technical issues". This is highly suspicious. It looks like their warranty service is a scam.

                                Hi,

                                I have booked an airdope in boat website on 24th December 2022 and it's an prepaid order. The order number is 3738173.

                                And later they have give it for their delivery partner load share networks and SR number is SR[protected].

                                But till now I haven't received my order and also customer care is not responding properly. They are changing the delivery date daily from 5 days.

                                Please take action against these companies.

                                  Dear Boat,

                                  I ordered Boat Xtend Pro with Bluetooth calling feature on 25th November 2022 from boat website Order #3399819. My product (Smart Watch) got delivered on 30th November 2022. But due to some hardware issue (Speaker not working) in the watch received, i ordered the replacement on 1st December 2022 and received the replaced product on 5th December 2022. When I tried to connect the smartwatch I had received via Boat Crest Application, it didn't respond, i talked to the customer care executive of the boat and explained to them regarding the problem. They told me to reset the watch and then try again. I did it again by resetting the watch on different mobile devices but the problem remained the same. After that, I finally called the customer care again and told them that I have followed all the procedures correctly and now the watch is not connecting.
                                  They told me that they will create a ticket regarding this and I have to mail the problem regarding this. After that during the evening time on 06/07/2022, when I was taking the snapshot of the smartwatch I saw that the product I had received was Boat Storm Pro, which was different from the product I had received. After that I talked to the customer care and they told me that this will be covered in the warranty, I have sent the watch to the boat for replacement and where they told me that the watch is duplicate i have made the videos of both the products i have received from boat and now the boat is telling me that they will not change the product as the product that i have received is fake

                                      The left side of the bluetooth headphone is not working It as been only 4 months I used after buying it but it as already not working so I need a replacement of it with a new one and with the same colour.
