I have bought boat airdops 411ANC on 28.3.2022 through flipkart and was using before 5 days the airdops case was not charging so I registered online warranty claim and with all terms and conditions like the product must not be damaged so only it will be taken back by courier person like that and all mentioned and courier person from bluedart after examining the product for breakage, after confirmation there is no breakage they packed the product infront of me on 21.11.2022 at 4.20pm and sent it to consignee information is ESSKAY COMPUTERSERVICE PVT LTD, 10/1, 2ND FLOOR, DOUBLE ROAD HOODI, MAHADEVAPURA. PIN 560048, TEL[protected], and shipper information is IMAGINE MARKETING LIMITED, KRISHNA RETURN CENTER, WH12, KSQUARE INDL PARK, OPP URBANTADKA, MUM-NSK HIGHWAY BHIWANDI PIN :421101, TEL : [protected], THE product received to service centre on 22.11.2022 at 2.25pm but from service centre they broken the left ear buds net and informed me through mail and WhatsApp that warranty claim rejected due to product ear net damaged, how a product which I was using just before packing sent by keeping inside the products strong case will be broken.there is no chance for breakage, the service personnel from boat purposefully broken and sent image to me and denined my warranty in cheating intention, pls go through the cctv on service centre from opening box to closing the complaint as warranty claim rejected - warranty claim rejection time is 5.18 pm 22.11.2022, kindly provide me the new airdops 411ANC in working condition, pls don't cheat consumer like service person breaking the product and sending image to customers,

    This is Nitin Anand from Ambala City. My product of boat is picked up by your executive in April, 2022 but not yet submitted in the company with the boat complaint ticket number 20155218. We received the email that we have not received any response on reinitiating the reverse pickup of your product from your end, hence we are closing the service ticket 20155218 on 13 April, 2022 but it was picked on 14 April, 2022. As per you executive server is down i tried many times not able to generate acknowledgement, so it will be sent at your registered phone number. But from that day to till today not yet received the acknowledgement number and product was also not submitted in the company for replacement.

      I have been using both Matrix smartwatch it got broken by me some days before then I contact it would customer care than one employees said that you send the mail to the boat boat company about what is the issue with the watch. But when I reach to the complete it got approved but I after t the watch reach there full memory centre the cancel the complain . Again I called then they said you can go to some local shop and ask for repair.

        I order the boat product and the order date is coming 22 Nov but suddenly the message came that the order is deliver on 21 Nov and when I open the order noting is there I shock on this accident that how is this possible but in real I am afraid from this because that money matter for me

          I have purchased oat rocerz 235 ear phone on 02/07/2022 from avinash mobile amreavati (mh). It gone faulty with in three months.One of its not sound and another one is very very low voice. No physical damage. Amravati centre for boat complaint redressal centre (csc) has stopped to give services.

                Recently i purchased boat rockerz370 wireless headphone which cost me over 800, its not been a month i started facing some problem in the slider or we can say the extender.
                it was jamed or feels something got stucked inside there. Yesterday i usually extend it and as always it was jamed then i tried and finaly it broked, even i wasn't putting that much forcce on it..
                then i noticed the improper wire connectivity caused all the problem, which goes under the technical issues.
                plzz help me, repalce it as much as possible.

                  I was received the damaged product by boat in door to door service by boat ticket no 26151865 I received product on 2 Nov 2022 in night 8 pm approx and I complaint against the product next day morning and costumer care executive said to click some pictures of the product and send our mail id I mail the pictures on 9.29 am 3 Nov 2022 he /she said wait 48 hours our backend team will contact you but no one resolve this issue till today after 14 days they said wait another 48 to 72 hrs wait our benkend time provide the solution but no one resolve this issue every time I call they please wait on 10 Nov some one executive said sir u have to create a new ticket for this replacement he provide the link and I generate a new ticket product pick up and checking process completed boat mail me to dameged housing of the product and they returned the product in same condition they will not provide the solution of my problem my warrnty voids also I don't know what can I do

                          I have raised a complaint with their online portal for the defective product after I had visited their service center in HSR layout Bangalore. They did not have the same product so asked me to complain n claim online. I did the same and found that in the product drop down they do not have my particular model. So I called them on 11th November 2022 and raised the issue. They shares a link and asked me to select the Raging Red model and in next page to describe the same. Which I did and ever since they have just bombarded me with mindless automated reply instead o[censored]nderstanding this simple issue and rejecting my claim stating invoice doesn't match. Which is oxymoronic! It's their portal issue that special editions are not there to select.

                            On 13th November 2022 around 8:30AM, i have purchased boAt 751 ANC overhead headphones from the boAt official website but haven't recieved any order ID or order confirmation message etc. My UPI refrence number is[protected] and my transaction amount was Rs 3984 done through GPay app. The screenshot showing the payment reciept is herewith attached to this complaint.

                              My ticket number raised on boAt website is 26278846. It is not at all tried to resolve. I didn't expected this from boAt.

                              Being a brand there should be some norms where a user should purchase the product with wholeheartedly, with out any tension that in future any issue occurs to the product I am purchasing will get sort of service and again it can be put in to useful., But very sorry to say that they just putting the "replacement" tag on ur services line and simply rejecting the ticket is not at all commendable.

                              As to my ticket, the service team simply said "the watch screen is broken", where it is having minure scratches.

                              My product BoAt Matrix Smartwatch got hanged.! It is not at all functioning. After asking for a service also it is purely rejected by saying there is "no service only replacement" policy then what is the use of one year warranty and all.. I feel their terms are totally worthless.

                              Please help me in this regard., I don't want any replacement, I expect a service done to it and made it working.

                                I am sure that it was not damaged...it only had charging and connectivity issues ...
                                If it was damaged...then it would be the fault of shipping services ...

                                  I have purchased boat headphone from amazon about 1 months ago. However I was not getting voice properly sometimes when I used to use it more than hour and also some times other person was unable to hear my voice properly sometimes. So I request for replacement or refund.However I don't know I am getting message from your team, it is physically damage. It was not physically damage, there was only voice issue. Physical damage might have got by thier couriers or service centre guys. They are not responding on emails and saying only sorry by when i call thier representatives .Request you to help me refund my money . It is fraud company.

                                      Dear sir, I bought a Boat Bluetooth airdopes 121 pro on 24 September 2022. and i got warranty for 1 years.
                                      After using 2 month it is not working Bluetooth is not working in airdopes.
