As u inform me that product unit send to you is in physical damaged condition, when product was collected by your courier partner the product was not in physical damaged condition, your delivery partner agent inspect the product and said " ok sir product is not in physical damage condition "
Also I have seen the product very carefully and there is no and physical damaged
This is totally wrong u should check for physical damaged before collection,
Product in not in physical damaged condition and on side ear pod is not working I don't whatever the issue is..
Pls I request you that pls replace this product aur kindly repair it, it has been only less than 4 month for using this product, I am totally disappointed with this product, and if the product is not get replaced I will give negative review on your service and product also never suggest anyone to buy Boat product...
I have pay Rs 845 for this product and only use it for less than 4 month .
