My ticket number raised on boAt website is 26278846. It is not at all tried to resolve. I didn't expected this from boAt.

Being a brand there should be some norms where a user should purchase the product with wholeheartedly, with out any tension that in future any issue occurs to the product I am purchasing will get sort of service and again it can be put in to useful., But very sorry to say that they just putting the "replacement" tag on ur services line and simply rejecting the ticket is not at all commendable.

As to my ticket, the service team simply said "the watch screen is broken", where it is having minure scratches.

My product BoAt Matrix Smartwatch got hanged.! It is not at all functioning. After asking for a service also it is purely rejected by saying there is "no service only replacement" policy then what is the use of one year warranty and all.. I feel their terms are totally worthless.

Please help me in this regard., I don't want any replacement, I expect a service done to it and made it working.

    Need a Invoice Copy

    First of all I dont have the email for Boat Account. I need a invoice copy to request a warranty as my boat 191G isnt working one side. I have tried contacting customer care they have told me to contact infomarketingboat email. i have emailed them too but they are no responses till now its been a 2weeks.     They rejected my warrnty claim by saying that it was damaged ...
    I am sure that it was not damaged...it only had charging and connectivity issues ...
    If it was damaged...then it would be the fault of shipping services ...

      I have purchased boat headphone from amazon about 1 months ago. However I was not getting voice properly sometimes when I used to use it more than hour and also some times other person was unable to hear my voice properly sometimes. So I request for replacement or refund.However I don't know I am getting message from your team, it is physically damage. It was not physically damage, there was only voice issue. Physical damage might have got by thier couriers or service centre guys. They are not responding on emails and saying only sorry by when i call thier representatives .Request you to help me refund my money . It is fraud company.

          Dear sir, I bought a Boat Bluetooth airdopes 121 pro on 24 September 2022. and i got warranty for 1 years.
          After using 2 month it is not working Bluetooth is not working in airdopes.
          I complaint on boat website but refused my warranty and said it is physical damaged .
          I bought this product at 999 from amazon.

                So it happened on 3rd of November, the airpods was working fine but lately they got washed in my clothes, It had dried it up they are in a good condition the only problem is its charging jack got screwed up and it is not charging otherwise the product is in good position
                I liked the product, and I don't want to leave it for such a silly mistake by me
                I would request you if you can please find a resolution for it, it is in warranty period I have bought it on 31st may 2022.
                Also there is also a disconnect in audio while calling this problem is much before the incident happen so please check that also

                          Sir i ordered boat wave lite wath i received it the day after i received it it didn't work so i claimed my warranty through return policy boat agent came and took the watch and left after that i got tracking ticket number :25968800 in the mail it will be 7 days after taking my watch I have not received any information or any mail from it

                            Hello Team,

                            I have replaced my product once due to some issue but right now my product is not getting switched on from last week. I have tried a lot to connect with the BOAT customer care team. Unfortunately not able to connect. Atlast I have to drop out a mail regarding this issue. My product is still in warranty and I want to resolve this issue and if possible please replace this product.

                                My order id is #3180609.

                                I have ordered 2 smart watch on 23rd october 2022. I have received 1 watch on 29th october 2022. I have called customer care twice. On 28th they told they will courier it another 48 hours. But when i again called them on 31st october they are saying they have cancelled the order on 28th october 2022 due to issue in warehouse. Without our knowledge they have cancelled the order and after calling customer care only they are saying the information.

                                But in the site status still shown as order will be dispatched in 5 to 7 working day.

                                  I will order a boat wave connect smartwatch on 07/10/2022 and it's delivered on 14/10/2022
                                  When I open the delivery package it's has been wave lite on the box
                                  The outer package of smartwatch is of wave connect but the inner side is wave lite and i will place a replacement request to your company website and request has been accepted and a new replacement order has been placed on 14/10/2022 and the order I'd is :- 3006228EX1 has it has been delivered on 19/10/2022 and the wave connect is missing on the wave connect box and it has been a charger on the box

                                  and it is a returned product of a another person of order date 11/08/2022 and her order I'd is :- 2585037 her bill has been found on the box

                                  I will request you to please create a returned request and refund my money i am not able to again and again recieve delivery and replace delivery

                                  I will inform you to i will hand overed the product to courier partner, he says the reverse pickup is generated for Missing items and customer care says for warranty claim and say you have claimed a warranty claim on 22/10/2022 then I say to customer care representative i have no items for warranty claim then customer care check the details and then says you can claim for missing items but you mistake and claim for warranty and your watch is Missing from the box but when the reverse pickup is arrived to the company warehouse then our team check and provide you the watch, and it is our responsibility to provide your watch orginal and genuine
