      I ordered for a headset, i dint receive for a long time for more than a month. I paid for the product online. I cancelled the order as it took long time, i cancelled before they processed the order. But i received the order after 66 days. I informed them i have cancelled the order they asked to return the order through their portal. I tried but still their portal is responding "not delivered". I complained to the company with mail several times but now they are not even responding to the mail. I have all the mail proof regarding this. Please help me.

        Ticket no : 1428888, awb :- [protected]. I have not received any information from 1 month of my headphone. I am also trying boat customer care no. And email address every day but no response from their side. Kindly response as soon as possible.

        my headphone is not working properly so it is under warranty period I claimed it for replacement, Ticket no : 1428888, AWB :- [protected] . My headphone has reached service centre on 3 sep, since I have not received any information from 1 month of my headphone . I am also trying their customer care no . And email address every day but no response from their side . Kindly response as soon as possible,

          I ordered boat airdopes 131 on 27august it delivered to me on 31august, but after 2 days on 2nd sep i exchanged my product, courier boy picked my product on 2sep from that day till today 19sep there is no response from boat team,
          I called them several times but no response i attached picked up slip

            I have given my product under warranty and replacement on 31st august and it was approved for a replacement.
            The message for dispatch meant came on 11th september. Now it more than a weeks time and i have not yet received any update about my product.
            I have mailed them but they don’t reply and their service centres do not pickup phones.
            I am annoyed with their quality of service and worried about my product.
            The ticket no is - 1476439

            It’s more than a week but boat company has not given any update or response about my product.
            They don’t pickup phones and don’t reply the emails.
            I am very annoyed with this type of customer care service and will soon file a complaint if the product shows any further delay
            Boat please try to dispatch and deliver my headphones as soon as possible

              Product boat rockerz 255 is received from me 2 month ago as its one side speaker is not working. But till now i didn't receive any response or product back.

                Hello,

                I have registered a complaint on boat on 29-august-2020. Complaint no is : 1463945

                On 29august, 2020 service center received my product for servicing and i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.

                  I have been ordered a boat 255F but due to some sound pbm i repaced it in warranty period and now it took near abt 20 days for the completed procedure and now product is not available to my door so pls take my problem seriously and i am trying to call your customer service from past 3-4 days. However ur line always busy so we dont able to communicate you.

                      My product boat airdopes 411v2 earbuds with voice assistant bluetooth headset with mic along with warranty card was kept for warranty which was collected from my home address (Tirupati) on
                      6th may 2020 from xpressbees delivery person with shipping awb no as[protected]. When iam tracking the id it is showing it is out for delivery from mumbai. When i visited in tirupati office they told it is with some other delivery person in maharashtra.

                      I need my product back. When will i receive my product.

                      Attached is the image of the product shipment.

                      I tried to contact many times they are not responding. I have already send a mail to imagine marketing and they created a ticket - 48002 and a is no response from your side.

                      Please help me to get my product.

                          main main complaint ki hu 16 march, complaint verify hogai thi replacement legai but still back nhi hu. again and again I complaint boat support care but don't give any response

                              My ticket no is 1437335 i have my usb for replacement to boat on 21 august and the replacement product was issued on 8 september and they have said that my product will dispatch in 5 days its the 9th day but my product has not yet dispatched and not just that they are not replying to my tweets, emails and calls please help its almost a month and i am not getting my product back

                              It is the 15th day and still company is saying lie that they have dispatched my product
                              Not dispatching my products. Tried to connect service helpline number but it seems busy all the time. Not getting any feedback regarding this I'm not sure when they are planning to return my product.

                                Your executive abhinav sharma ([protected]) picked my faulty boat airdopes product (Awb[protected] on 24 august 2020.
                                Neither he did share a slip, nor can i track the product on company website.

                                Trying to reach but the number is switched off.
                                More than a month i have not received any replacement.

                                These were brand new purchased in july 2020.

                                Kindly check or i will raise a consumer complaint against the brand and the company.

                                  Still boat service are not given response properly. After complaint they gives emediate response to complaint but still they doing same as previous (slow response or not).

                                    I have purchased boat airdopes 411 from amazon and received the product on 8th of august the product which i received had a problem and i worte to imagine marketing regarding this issue.Â

                                    I then filed for a replacement for the product on the boat website with the ticket number : 1425365.

                                    The product was picked up and was sent to mumbai boat headquarters for service/replacement i tracked the product till today the day it was delivered.Â

                                    *when i opened the product i got a old model used earpods. And also the bill stating the price of airdopes to ₹1338 it's clearly a fraud.Â

                                    This is simply a fraud which the company is trying to play with it's customers after waiting for 30 day's

                                        I placed an order with boat for Bluetooth headphone, rockerz 550 black and I applied for exchange. After they picked up my product, they never delivered the exchange product. I have paid full amount.

                                        had ordered a boat rockerz 550 black wireless headphones from your website (order #33304) and after I realized that the mic was not working, I raised an exchange request (ticket# 31632), your team successfully picked up the product but there is no response for the exchange of the product?

                                        I want to know, where is my product? Why there is a huge delay of 1 month? I tried calling your landline number[protected] but there is no response at all. I raised the same issue o twitter but they are not responding at all.

                                        What is the best way to reach your team? Is this all fraud at all?
