Dear respective, greetings!

I have bought boat micro usb 500 black 1.5m cable via flipkart on 2nd jun 2020.

Here attached invoice for your reference, but not having an mfg box.

It's charging slowly, not working properly.

Tried using the cable via 1a, 1.2a, 2a branded charger adapters in proper power sockets. Facing negative results.

Kindly resolve the problem asap.br...

I had boat bluetooth speakers which stopped working properly after 2-3 months. Raised a complaint and they picked the speakers for service. Later i got a mail that speaker will be replaced. Later, no replacement nothing for last 6 months. I keep getting mails that the ticket will be closed. Whenever i respond no reply to my mails. They told its been shipped and provided some tracking number. I cannot find any details for that tracking number....

Refund Issue

I ordered boat wired headsets on july 6, 2020 and i received the parcel almost after ten days and the same day i have raised the return request and it returned to the delivery person (From xpressbees) on 29th july 2020, now it's been almost two months still i didn't get any response regarding my refund and i have called to customer care support and i have raised many mails regarding it, but none of them was responded. I would like to know...

I had raised the complaint for my boat rockerz, due to charging issue. Same has been locked by the boat and also received the confirmation that they have received on 11th, july however no response on their side after that and no customer care number working and no reply by email. I bought it online through amazon....

Earphones not working properly

I ordered boat basshead152 earphones on 16th june form amaazon and its currently 14th september and its not working properly from one side... I want to exchange it as soon as possible....

I have raised the complaint for replacement of boat earphones on 7 aug. On 10 august it was accepted. On 20th august replacement got issued but even after 20-25 days for product been issued the product is yet not received and there is no contact or tracking details. Even no reply on my mail and phone call of customer care is not receivable.
My complaint id is 1380427...

boat rockerz 255f - ticket# 1485264

I had raised the complaint for my boat rockerz 255f due to charging issue... Same has been locked by the boat and also received the confirmation that they have received on 9th se however now no response and unable to by their customer service by phone or by mail etc...

So i have no clue by when i will review this product...

I claimed the warranty on june and have picked my parcel for replacement. It's been more than 4 months now not yet delivered my parcel. Haven't got any updates not receiving of calls. Bad experience...

I have claimed the warranty of my earphone as one of the earphone was not working. They picked up my parcel n haven't yet returned it or replaced it as it's been more than 4 months now. Worst experience....

Boat lifestyle has some serious customer care issues. Even after a month of placing order, i have not received the product.
I have trying to reach customer care over phone and email, but both are not responding.

Boat earphone related issue

Product not received back

I issued a complaint for replacement of my earphones boat basshead 225 on 25th of August 2020 and on 26th of August 2020 the delibery boy from xpressbees came and took my earphones. After they provided me with a ticket no. And an AWB no., i kept a track of the product. On 2nd of September it was last updated as it reached Mumbai and was given to WHHANDOVER. Its been 18 days and i have not recieved my product back. My ticket no. Is 1447290...

I had applied for a replacement of my boat rugby speakers on 13 march 2020 before lockdown and it was well approved by boat too. But after that i have got no information as to when will they ship my replacement product as i have already gave them my defected piece. Earlier atleast their customer service used topick up the call and give me false promises but not not even their customer service picks up the phone. I feel very much cheated as...

Not receiving product

Raised a complaint on 16th july 2020 product pickup was scheduled on 21st july. My replacement product was issued on 4th august. It took a month for boat to dispatch my product through expressbees. Tried to track my order through expressbees but they told me the product is still with boat and the yracking number is bogus. Tried to contact boat several times but their customer care number dosent work. Sent boat many mails regarding the same...
