On 29 aug they said will dispatch in 5 working days it has been more than 18 days from pick up. Still no response. My product is still with them. There customer service is not working

    I have bought boat 235 V2 Bluetooth earphone from amazone and after 14 days the buttons were stopped functioning so as per rule i registered my complaints on boat site and i told them condition after that they took my product for servicing and replacement on 30 july 2020 and today is 10 september 2020 and yet no response came from the company. So i request if anyone who is capable to solve my problem please help me i will be thankfull

      Hi team,

      I bought boat rockerz 255 wireless headphones from amazon on 16th of july. And in only one and half month after it's right side of earpiece is not working at all.

      Did not expected such a performance from boat, very disappointed.

      So, i request you to replace my headphones as soon as possible.

        Hello, my boat bassheads 152 wired earphone is not working. The right side earbud of earphone is not working. And this happen sudden when I am using using earphone.so, kindly please replace my earphone.

            I raised the ticket # 1075350 on 24th april

            Considering it was lock down in mumbai and pune, i wasnt really sure if they would respond. But they did! And pickup was arranged immediately.

            It was picked up on 5th may and tracking services showed it reached mumbai on 20th may.

            Being understanding customer and citizen, i gave them enough time to respond. Its around 5 months and there is no response whatsoever!

            I tried reaching out to the numbers given below, which i found in the email communication as well as through my research over internet and websites.

            1. +[protected]Received in email, only voice message as response which says item picked up)
            2. [protected] (Xpressbees - tracking for pickup and delivery)

            The lease expectation was to keep us posted through email or phone call about the status! Which even small scale business in pune are doing by providing cell phone to their executives!

            I need my earphones replaced since they are in warranty asap!

              I purchased my headphones via flipkart and had problem with aux cable so registered a complaint at https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/, my ticket no. Is 1387578.
              Its been over 20 days i have no sort of details about my headphone. I called the customer care but got no response, i mailed them but still no reply.
              boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              its been more than 20 days now still my issue is not resolved by Boat India. Very disappointing service. also they don't reply to my mail aswell.

                        I have bought boat headphones from Amazon. Product having issue on noise cancellation.i made a complaint and it was taken by imagine Pvt Ltd. I submitted boat headphone with charger, audio cable.After When I got replacement unit I saw charger and data cable was missing and unit was not working. I return it. But when I got it after replacement, I saw products was missing in my box. I want head phone charger, aux cable with original box

                              Bought boat rockers 255 on amazon, orederd on 29 september and received on 3 rd oct 2019, one side earphone not working from 2 months and now battery life is dead not able to charge also.
                              My earphones are in one year warranty please claim my warranty and send new set of earphone.

                                  I bought airdopes 611 tws from amazon sold by appario retail pvt. Ltd on 7 august, 2020 and the product was delivered at my address on 15 august, 2020 and now the right side airdope is not functioning. There is no light in them when the case opens or even when both the earbuds are taken out of the case they are not getting paired. I have tried putting them back in the case and opening again i have performed factory reset but the right earbud is not starting.
                                  I would like initiate a refund.

                                      I made a replacement boat speaker which modal name is boat stone 1000 on 30/07/20 and last status shown on ticket number - 1350330 that "replacement product issued" on 07/08/20, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. Please help me my ticket no 1350330. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

                                        My boat rockerz 255 sports wireless headset went for replacement for 6 months. But the customer care is not responding it.
                                        I want my product. Please solve it. My earlier ticket number was 1029863 and then they changed my ticket number as 1055492
                                        I have complaint in boat stating that product is not working product on 10th march. Logistics arranged by boat. 16th march went out for delivery (Delay due to covid 19 i understand it) but company taking the product from logistics. I waiting more than 6 months. Either boat company not responding any of my call. Problem is 1 side of earphone was not working.

                                        Please do the needful.
