The quality of headphones are not good and since it was in waranty, i asked them to replace. But they rejected saying defective product cannot be claimed in waranty. But the defective was not happened with any fall, it's automatically broken from one side. They already have so many similar issue raised. But instead of exchange and improving product quality they rejecting. Is your company is a fraud....

neckband is totally switched off in between warranty period.
On 30 th aug 2022 submitted the invoice and neckband in service center but company constantly said invoice is invalidated. Why?

Purchased Boat wave lite smart watch by Amazon on 1 Jul 2022 in Rs. 1799.00
After few days watch display start malfunctioning, Reported to Boat Service Center in Santacruz West- Mumbai,
They took the watch for repair on 17 August 2022 and till date no update about repair and When we called for updates they simply said that collect the watch and complaint through online link after keeping almost for one month. Watch still available...

I am writing this email for the third time to convey my worst experience with boat.

I have purchased the boAt Airdopes 141 - Cider Cyan (Beast ENX Mode) on 05/05/2022.


My airdopes stopped working so i raised the warranty claim(Ticket no:[protected] to replace the product.

And I gave my boAt Airdopes 141 - Cider Cyan (Beast ENX Mode) to the pickup boy for warranty...

On 3rd September 2022 around 7:11 PM, I purchased boAt Rockerz 425 Headphones (Black) from the boAt official website. The amount of Rs. 1499.00 has been deducted from my Citibank account but the order is not showing anywhere, and neither have I received any order confirmation from boAt. I have attached the screenshots of the payment with this....

The speakers are not as per the mentioned volume levels. I cannot hear any sound....

I have handover my replaced product with all set of box include warranty card manual ear buds wear charger etc to delivery boy.But can't get my manual ear buds wear, warranty card.I have got only earbuds and charger 😟...

I placed an order of Rs 899 via the boat-lifestyle website and paid for it via UPI ([protected]@ibl) through Phone Pay at 12:05AM, on 28th August 2022. The amount has been deducted but the order is showing nowhere, and neither have I received any order confirmation from boAt. I have attached the screenshots of the payment with this.

One side of my earphone wasn't working properly. So I went for a warranty claim. My earphones were picked after a successful verification of invoice details on 7th September 2022. Delivery boy picked my earphone and a varification msg also recieved .
But after that they send another delivery person saying that pickup has not done
After that i called coustomer care they asked me to mail the verification msg to there email address...

I claim my warranty request on 8 sep 2022 to replace the product.After 2days their courier partner received my product and also checked physicaly it while receiving .And now they claim that my product is damaged while verification
How it's possible that my product is damaged, 😡
When your courier partner received my product, it wasn't physical damage from any side, he also checked it while receiving.
It's not my fault...

I m complaining about my true wireless earbuds one earbud is not working...
