I have ordered Boat Wave Lite Smartwatch (Order ID 2992657) from the company's website itself on 6th October, 2022. The company has escalated the delivery procedure to Delhivery through Shiprocket.
The AWB for Delhivery order is [protected] and the initial delivery date was 9th October 2022.
Each day, since that day, the order status page on the boAt app/website shows the next day's date to be the estimated date of arrival. I emailed thrice to them explaining an issue of pincode from my end and about the delayed order on the Boat's official email ID — [protected]@imaginemarketing.com — No Reply from their end.
Tried reaching the boAt customer care no. but the replies are the same text-to speech output that I have read multiple times on the website.
Feeling completely stuck! Please resolve this issue at the earliest

Complaint marked as Resolved They said the product wasn't getting scanned for three consecutive days.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
