    I was purchased boat wave call mart watch, after i purchased with one week it had not working fine...then I reach out boat servicing centre...i submitted my product and rise a Ticket from their end ticket no:[protected]

    Since 30 days gone still I am not receive my product, it is showing like 3-5 days daily in WhatsApp chat.

    If i discuss with customer care about this issue..they told like today end of the day u should received your product.

    I have not seen like this type of worst delivery service .

      I compaint about my recent order have a order id is 2864217 but after next day I cancel my order due to late delivery and this is prepaid order I also mailed many times but boat don't reply me or listen me, I alos say from boat please don't reship my order again because I already but from anywhere but boat still don't listen and also I can't receive my refund, I am waiting from 1 week very bad services I can't use again boat website

            I brought boat airdopes 402 on[protected]. and within 2 months it started over heating, and i claimed for warranty and got replaced with a new product. after 4 months the replaced product stopped working and i claimed for the warranty again and got replaced with a new product. now this product is not charging . it got damaged again. now my claim for warranty is expired and now they wont solve the problem . this is my 3rd airdope wich is getting major troubles due to manufacturing defect. kindly please provide me a solution

                  I had Sound issues in the Boat Rockerz 245 V2 i brought from Amazon . I proceeded to claim warranty and gave the product to delivery partner on 27 September 2022 and now after 3 days they mailed me that my claim has been rejected due to product damaged. I am sure the product wasn't damaged when I gave to the delivery patner for warranty process shipment and he also check the product before taking from me. I need a replacement for the product. I don't want the damaged product as return ( which may be damaged during the process of shipment or service fulfilment centre ) .

                      HI,

                      I have ordered Boat NIrvana 751 AMC Sterling Silver headphone on 14th sept. 2022 and paid amt. 3, 499/- via ICICI Bank debit card online on boatlifestyle.com. My order number is 2787178.

                      complaint is for after ordering product still I am waiting for my product as it is not delivered yet. I have called 6th time to their customer care. But whenever I have called customer care new executive comes on line and said it is in process and will be deliver in 5 to 7 days. They had not helped me to know what is the situation, where the product is stuck, they never told me the situation and status of product.

                      It's been 15 days now, Today I have called again to customer care and the executive said that product order has been cancelled and refund will be credited in 5 to 7 working days. But I don't believe them . Because of not delivering headphone, my work is suffered a lot, It was very frustrating for me.

                      So please sir or Madam, help me on this. Please force them to refund me my money within 7 working days at least. I am very feeling sad, they are bothering me. every time I called them they always tried to give different different reasons. Still I don't know the actual status of my product. The executive told me today that order is already cancelled, therefore I knew that today. Until today I never got any proper information about my product.

                      This experience was weird, First time I feel very bad for Boat products. Now I have decided that I never buy any boat products from shop or online. This is feeling very ridiculous.

                      Please help me on this.

                      I got message that refund will credit in 5 to 7 working days. I got refund amount 3, 499/- on 6th Oct. 2022. Thank you very much. I am suggesting you that you should improve your service, if you do not deliver product to customer on said date at least you have to inform customer via mail and message on mobile. It's professional thing, you should know how to tackle the situation professionally. It is your duty to manage everything as it is not customers fault. You have to take care of customer's belief whatever reasons are there. All the best.

                        Hi,
                        I purchased Boat Rockerz 235 v2 black and it is still under warrenty. But due to regular use, its wire coating becomes broken..
                        My friends boat headset have same issue..
                        Some days ago my headset's mike not working properly and i sent my product to warrenty purpose. My ticket number is 24561716. But they said that under physical verification check my claim had been rejected..

                        My doubt is.. Due to regular use my headset's wire coating (connecting to ear bud) is broken.. Not the wire.only it's black coating. i can hear clear voice.. There is no issue in voice..
                        . My headset issue is mike problem..when i call anyone. They can't hear my voice properly. This is my headset's problem..

                        My headset js under warrenty period.. But boat is not claim my warrenty..
                        I want justice. Iwant reply for my complaint

                          I have ordered a smart watch Storm Pro Active, airdropes 115 & rockers 450 pro together on 14th August 2022 from "www.boat-lifestyle.com". It was delivered on 18th August 2022. When I unboxed the delivered box. Both airdopes and rockers 450 pro are there but in the smart watch box the item is missing. There is nothing inside the box, no watch, no charging cable.
                          i have raised a request to boat to get back the product, untill now no action was done from the manufacturers side. i need a refund of the product Attaching the images and videos o[censored]nboxing

                              I was trying to order boat earphones of 1999 through the boat company site on 4th september 2022, during the payment using my mobikwik upi, the transaction got failed, but the money was debited from my account. It has been 23 days but the refund has not been received yet. Kindly initiate the refund as soon as possible.

                                I have retured the product to boat and it has reached their warehouse bilaspur-hr.

                                Due to some error on their end ivr giving me msg that product pickup was cancelled. I emailed all the screenshots on [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com but they are not responding. It more than 7 days.

                                  I made payment of 1299 for boat airdopes 131 on july 19, 2022 but i dont get any order details now more than three months to that payment i didnt get any refund also i have put many complaints to their support page but didnt get response please i want refund and immediate action to this complaint

                                        The quality of headphones are not good and since it was in waranty, i asked them to replace. But they rejected saying defective product cannot be claimed in waranty. But the defective was not happened with any fall, it's automatically broken from one side. They already have so many similar issue raised. But instead of exchange and improving product quality they rejecting. Is your company is a fraud.
