The merchandise stopped working abruptly. I can guarantee it's not a physical or liquid damage. However the service center said it's out of warranty so can't repair it. I placed the order on Aug 08th 2021. I have been experiencing this issue since last 2 months. I was unwell so could not report it to the service centre. Hopeless service. I will take it all over social media and will never so a business with Boat....

My smart watch was not working properly.....

I have ordered boatnirvana wireless earphones. My order and payment has been successfully placed. But I am not provided with the order ID or tracking ID, due to which I'm unable to track my order. It's been 4 days and I have no response or information regarding my product...

So i today I order boat rockers 450 black panther edition from the boat's official website but the problem is they didn't confirm my order even though I paid for it, i was not logged in to any boat account i just selected the buy now option on the website I filled all the details like addres, name, mobile number, email, etc and in the next page they showed options to select payment mode i selected phonepe and i clicked on it then the phone...

Boat AirPods 161 pebble black getting a discharge in 20 mins though 100% charged...

We had taken the head phone of the boat company and it must have been 2 or 3 months and it broke on its own and we went to your Panvel gallery then they refused to take the damaged product and asked to tell you everything by email...

I had ordered boat 650 cyan headphones and cancelled the order price 1699. It is now almost more than 2 months but they hasn't refund my money and everytime I call they said it will refund in between next 24-48 Hrs but in reality they didn't respond. I'm Very frustrated now.
Boat is a very cheater and liar company seems....

On 27th Augest 2022 around 3:05PM, i have purchased boAt 121 PRO from the boAt official website but haven't recieved any order ID or order confirmation message etc. My UPI refrence number is[protected] and my transaction amount was Rs 1399 done through PhonePe app. The screenshot showing the payment reciept is herewith attached to this complaint....

I ordered Airdopes 411 ANC from boat on 15th of august..still its saying yet to be dispatched but its been almost 12 days...

Boat stone stone 1500 40W this product delivered to 8th August 2022, this product payment is Flipkart evocher gift card, this (product is not charging) (not working this product) please replacement (or) repairing the product thank you for all your boat support team that you sir...

I got new mobile.so offline retailer give to me a airdopes 138 black free gift . it's not working properly.so how to replace this.i haven't believe boat products in future...

I purchased an original product and always a sort of first copy.
highly disappointed from you. If there is any problem you can say that you are not going to replace it. But please don't provide such things which dishonour your brand as well. The product in replacement I got today was the worst. It's not connected to the jack and I have to tie it while listening...

Plz..sir..my new product is a not charging...

The company site said that the order will arrive before 7pm, it arrived at 10 pm, I gave him the money and told him to wait to let me open it and then he opened the lift and went he didn't even wait, i opened it and the box was empty, He wrote the wrong number in the building entry book and wrong name too...

Received Airdopes 138 as corporate gift in Feb 2022. One side battery issue since I received them. Approached the service centres however of no help at all. Initiated the warranty online, complaint # 23359905. Uploaded invoice on site around 3 times and also emailed it to them. Reply received that invoice is not clear..kindly resolve....

I am trying to replace my defective product which is in warranty. My original product is type c to type c cable and car charger with type port. For the past 10 months I'm trying to replace the same each and everytime boat sending me wrong products usb to type c and usb to micro usb. With two usb port car charger. My warranty going to expire in a month still no yet received the product.

Tried email call chat each and every agent...

I have order Boat headphone from their official website, however after received product its non genuine and poor quality. I have drop email several time but no response .

I request them for refund but they insisting me for replacement, but not providing guaranty for genuine.
