Sir i ordered boat wave lite wath i received it the day after i received it it didn't work so i claimed my warranty through return policy boat agent came and took the watch and left after that i got tracking ticket number :25968800 in the mail it will be 7 days after taking my watch I have not received any information or any mail from it

    Hello Team,

    I have replaced my product once due to some issue but right now my product is not getting switched on from last week. I have tried a lot to connect with the BOAT customer care team. Unfortunately not able to connect. Atlast I have to drop out a mail regarding this issue. My product is still in warranty and I want to resolve this issue and if possible please replace this product.

    Requesting you to look into this at the earliest and connect me so that my issue can be resolved asap.

        My order id is #3180609.

        I have ordered 2 smart watch on 23rd october 2022. I have received 1 watch on 29th october 2022. I have called customer care twice. On 28th they told they will courier it another 48 hours. But when i again called them on 31st october they are saying they have cancelled the order on 28th october 2022 due to issue in warehouse. Without our knowledge they have cancelled the order and after calling customer care only they are saying the information.

        But in the site status still shown as order will be dispatched in 5 to 7 working day.

          I will order a boat wave connect smartwatch on 07/10/2022 and it's delivered on 14/10/2022
          When I open the delivery package it's has been wave lite on the box
          The outer package of smartwatch is of wave connect but the inner side is wave lite and i will place a replacement request to your company website and request has been accepted and a new replacement order has been placed on 14/10/2022 and the order I'd is :- 3006228EX1 has it has been delivered on 19/10/2022 and the wave connect is missing on the wave connect box and it has been a charger on the box

          and it is a returned product of a another person of order date 11/08/2022 and her order I'd is :- 2585037 her bill has been found on the box

          I will request you to please create a returned request and refund my money i am not able to again and again recieve delivery and replace delivery

          I will contact my times to customer care and they doesn't solve this problem and say wait for 24-48 hrs per day when I will call today he/she says wait for 48 hrs and say the response will come to wednesday 26th October because today tomorrow to Tuesday is holiday so I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible
          And
          I will inform you to i will hand overed the product to courier partner, he says the reverse pickup is generated for Missing items and customer care says for warranty claim and say you have claimed a warranty claim on 22/10/2022 then I say to customer care representative i have no items for warranty claim then customer care check the details and then says you can claim for missing items but you mistake and claim for warranty and your watch is Missing from the box but when the reverse pickup is arrived to the company warehouse then our team check and provide you the watch, and it is our responsibility to provide your watch orginal and genuine

                  I bought this product from amazon shopping site on 2022 September 19 and delivered on 2022 September 22.After using it for one more than three weeks, its left speaker stops working and also its suddenly when reaches 20 percent charge.my warranty period is 1 year.So please take necessary steps ASAP.Realy disappointed with the product.

                            I have ordered a product from Boatlifestyle on 14th October 2022. First the estimated date was 19th October 2022, then it got changed to 20th October 2022 on the next day. But today is 21st Oct 2022 and still the product not delivered and exact status of the transit also not updated yet.
                            Not even a communication from xpressbee. The product came to Chennai Xpressbees hub on 19th Oct. and still not delivered to me.
                            When I track my order it says Estimated Delivery Date 20 Oct 2022 (on time).
                            In email, it showing arriving on 22 october 2022. I have also attached few photos. My products AWB No. [protected]. Also raised a complaint thru call to Boat customer care, they say we will get back to you in 48 hrs.
                            I am really not satisfied with XpressBees logistics. no response from XpressBees customer care no. not even getting connected to executive. It says your call will connect to our executive and disconnecting in 5 seconds every time. pathetic.
                            boAt has to take responsibility to this issue and resolve it immediately, I am a customer of boAt for the past 5 years. this is first issue i face with your service. Even sent an email yesterday to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, but no reply yet.

                            My product was ordered on 14th October 2022 from boat lifestyle. Its been 8 days now and still not delivered. Its been in xpressbees Chennai hub for almost 4 days and yesterday it was came to the xpressbees destination hub and still not delivered to me.

                              I placed an order (Order ID : #2888653 ) for smart watch on boat website and it got shipped on September 26 with AWB (AWB No. :[protected] . I received an update on my email after few days that Customer is uncontactable/unreachable. The email mentioned in the boat email - [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com is also not reachable. After contacting their customer care number I again sent 5-6 emails. They keep saying that they have escalated the issue to Shiprocket and asked me to wait. It is almost a month now and neither their call center nor their backend support team is willing to help here. I have written an email to cancel my order at least which again has no response from their back-end team. I lost patience completely and I did not expect this from a brand like boat lifestyle. No company has such a poor after sales support team in India like Boat.

                              I will definitely suggest you to think twice before you buy boat products from their website.

                              It would be very helpful if you can sort this issue for me or at least keep me posted on what is happening on the boat side?

                                  I purchased three watch from boat website and at the same day my order got cancelled on its own and i got a message that refund has been processed and check my account.
                                  When i checked there wasn't any refund money yet. And i have been trying to reach them but didn't get any reply. I also tried calling them but only customer call was there which wasn't helpful.

                                  I didn't expect such a behaviour from boat, i sent them too many email but there wasn't any reply yet.

                                  I ordered my watches 3 days ago.

Register online complain it took 1 1.5 month to resolve. Post that again same problem. Now I want REPLACEMENT of my product. For which company is not supportive at all....
