I have ordered Boat Wave Lite Smartwatch (Order ID 2992657) from the company's website itself on 6th October, 2022. The company has escalated the delivery procedure to Delhivery through Shiprocket.
The AWB for Delhivery order is [protected] and the initial delivery date was 9th October 2022.
Each day, since that day, the order status page on the boAt app/website shows the next day's date to be the estimated date of arrival. I emailed thrice to them explaining an issue of pincode from my end and about the delayed order on the Boat's official email ID — [protected]@imaginemarketing.com — No Reply from their end.
Tried reaching the boAt customer care no. but the replies are the same text-to speech output that I have read multiple times on the website.
Feeling completely stuck! Please resolve this issue at the earliest

      Order #2577299 . I cancelled this order in August due to address issues and i haven't received the refund yet. I have already emailed and called multiple times. Everytime they have same reply that the refund has been initiated. It's already October and i havent received my refund yet

        I cancelled this order in August due to address issues. I haven't received my refund yet . I have already emailed and called them multiple times. But i haven't received my refund yet . All of them are telling that the refund has been initiated but i javent received my refund yet .

          I have ordered a Boat Airdopes 141 bluetooth earphone from amazon which i have received on 19 Oct 2021 and now i have to claim warranty on 12 Oct 2022 but the service center people are now saying that the date on your amazon bill is 10 Oct 2021 so you cannot claim it

                  I have ordered on 25th September and still my order has not been dispatched.

                  I have been reaching out to the customer executive several times and I have been always sad your order will be dispatched and will be deliver in 5 to 7 days. It has been more than 10 days now and the order is yet not dispatched.

                  One of the executives provided me with the Airway Nos: [protected] by Delhivery courier. I got to know by your executive today, stating your order has been cancelled without any reason and there will be new order id assigned.

                  I have raised another complaint today with the Case Nos: 2499103. I think it is a mistake to order directly from your website and never expected such a poor service.

                            I was purchased boat wave call mart watch, after i purchased with one week it had not working fine...then I reach out boat servicing centre...i submitted my product and rise a Ticket from their end ticket no:[protected]

                            Since 30 days gone still I am not receive my product, it is showing like 3-5 days daily in WhatsApp chat.

                            If i discuss with customer care about this issue..they told like today end of the day u should received your product.

                            I have not seen like this type of worst delivery service .

                              I compaint about my recent order have a order id is 2864217 but after next day I cancel my order due to late delivery and this is prepaid order I also mailed many times but boat don't reply me or listen me, I alos say from boat please don't reship my order again because I already but from anywhere but boat still don't listen and also I can't receive my refund, I am waiting from 1 week very bad services I can't use again boat website

                                    I brought boat airdopes 402 on[protected]. and within 2 months it started over heating, and i claimed for warranty and got replaced with a new product. after 4 months the replaced product stopped working and i claimed for the warranty again and got replaced with a new product. now this product is not charging . it got damaged again. now my claim for warranty is expired and now they wont solve the problem . this is my 3rd airdope wich is getting major troubles due to manufacturing defect. kindly please provide me a solution
