Boat 131 Airdopes are not working even after claiming a warranty and getting a new product.
I have ordered Boat 131 Airdopes and need to replace the product since it was not working on one side. Then I received a new product from Bost after claiming my warranty, but after some days the product started creating problems and finally not working on any sides.
I need a proper product.

    I made an order on 25th of August 2022 of earpoads from boat online. The order prepaid and I was constantly tracking my order.
    But on the day of delivery I didn't receive the product but it was showing to be delivered.
    Then I informed the courier company and boat as well regarding the same.
    There was no response from them.
    I tried multiple times to contact them but they didn't revert back.
    I need some actions to be taken regarding the same.

      Boat Product bought not delivered

      I have ordered boat rockerz 333 from its official store on Aug 25 2022. Order no 2663563.
      I've paid the total amount and the time of placing order. It was supposed to be delivered with in a week from the date of placing order. Its more than a 18 days now the order hasn't even been dispatched yet. There is no response to mails and contacts.

      As u inform me that product unit send to you is in physical damaged condition, when product was collected by your courier partner the product was not in physical damaged condition, your delivery partner agent inspect the product and said " ok sir product is not in physical damage condition "

      Also I have seen the product very carefully and there is no and physical damaged
      This is totally wrong u should check for physical damaged before collection,

      Product in not in physical damaged condition and on side ear pod is not working I don't whatever the issue is..

      Pls I request you that pls replace this product aur kindly repair it, it has been only less than 4 month for using this product, I am totally disappointed with this product, and if the product is not get replaced I will give negative review on your service and product also never suggest anyone to buy Boat product...

      I have pay Rs 845 for this product and only use it for less than 4 month .

          I am totally disappointed with the product i.e. Boat Storm Pro Call smartwatch. There are number of concerns i.e.

          1. Incoming call always goes to smartwatch, even if I pick the same from Mobile. Logically if I take the call from mobile it should shift to mobile and same goes with smartwatch too, if I take call from smartwatch than it should be answered in smartwatch only. THIS IS THE STANDARD WHAT OTHER SMARTWATCH WORKS.

          2. Sleep monitor is totally incorrect. Find below the last to last night reading whereas I had proper sleep. Same concern with last night too, it shows total 3.5 hours sleep, where i slept for more than 8 hours. screen shot attached...

          3. There is very limited watch faces and that too repeated with only color changes. Also watch faces are very basic and are of no use. Other smart watches like fire bollt hae much better.

          4. Number of steps is not in sync and showing something different visa-viz actual.

          Having such unreliable product, no one would like to go for BOAT Products.

          Please return it back and refund my amount. I am not interested at all.

            I have purchased a boAt airdopes 121 v2, at the time of purchase the expected date of delivery was with in a week from the date of order placed.
            order id: 2710262
            it's more than a week now my order hasn't even been dispatched yet.
            When I complained to the customer care, all I get is an automated reply that order will be delivered as soon as possible.
            The order was supposed to be a gift for someone, what is the use of getting a delayed order when the occasion for which it was purchased is gone.
            There should be a proper response from the company when the customer doesn't get the desired service. Even after complaining thrice all I get is an automated replies.
            Due to this delay and non compliance from the company its causing me mental trauma. I have trusted the parent company and purchased the product from its website rather than going to amazon or flipkart or other online services.
            But what I get in return from the company is delay and loss of trust. I want my order to be delivered in the shortest time possible and compensation for causing me mental trauma.

                Boat's Courier partner Bluedart courier agent picked up my product (Boat Rockerz 255 pro) on 05/09/2022. According to the rules of the boat official, the agent also did a physical verification of my product thoroughly and only after everything was found correct, did my product accept kiya and picked up. Now boat service center people say that they got damaged product so can't give me new earphone.
                Now who is at fault in this whole process? Boat's service fault or Bluedart Courier fault? It's not my fault at all, so why should I suffer? I want my product in good and working condition

                        I placed an order for Boat Airdopes 131 on 3rd September 2022, 5:55pm and paid through Google pay at the same time for ₹ 1, 399/-.
                        The payment showed 'processing' for 2-3 days and was successfully transferred to Imagin Marketing India Pvt Ltd.
                        However, when i logged in to my boat account, there was no item in the cart, no order to track. No sign of the order being placed even on my email or messages.
                        I would like a refund or my earphones and an update regarding what actually happened, please!

                            I've ordered my boat earbuds on Aug 25 2022

                            They haven't delivered the product for a long time and after complaining about it they cancelled the order on 3rd september. stating that I'll get back my amount refunded into my bank account in 3-5 days of INR 1299. To this date I haven't got the refund. I'm starting to consider this company as a fraud, they don't deliver the product and they don't refund the amount after cancelling the order.

                                My Ticket number is 23853984 and replacement product is dispatch and and the product is in hold in 7 days and the product is not delivered and I can contact customer support the executive is said go to the hub and collect all the executive are providing wrong information very bad customer service and I can go the delhivery hub and collect the product but the delhivery executive is do not handover to Me the product Reason is boat can be canceled the product is return very bad experience from boat is cheating company and immediately get the update and get my product do not purchase and chose boat products is request very bad service The courier is delhivery

                                  This is very poor response from boat after cliam the warranty and replacement product can be dispatch and from through delhivery courier and 7 days is on hold my order I will contact customer care I tell my issue the executive is said go to the hub and collect the product and I am going to hub but the delhivery executive is said this order can be canceled by boat this product is boat airdopes do not purchase boat products warranty services is very bad choose another company

                                    I bought boat rockerz 235v2 from a shop. I claimed the warranty against the product. Courier partner picked the correct product which was not physically damaged. But boat rejected my complaint by showing received damaged product. When I called to.its consumer care they said no solution. Such a fraud company it is.
