Hey my ticket number is 1305287 and u guys have taken my product 1 month ago and still not sent a replacement for that it's like u guys don't even respond to my mails and the your customer service number is trash it's like u Don't even pick up the calls .i[censored] don't want to give warranty to your products say so don't give fake accusations that u will give 1 year warranty for all your products.this is the worst customer treatment I have received.you guys took the product 1 month ago and after that I haven't even got a single update on my product.like it's been 1 month and your customer service is trash

    Hello,

    It's been a month now i don't have my product. I paid 3k for the product and i'm unable to use it because you are not providing your service properly. By now i should have got my product from you. There's no proper reply from you my product is in dispatiching stage and i cant wait anymore. This is the last warning mail for you, if there's no proper update of my product from you i will be filing a complaint in consumer court against you by tomorrow. My ticket number is 1314496. Last call from my side!!

      I have purches some before days boat rockerz 255 f black but after fews days one hair plug is not working i submit complent to boat customer care currier pickup my head phone from my home at 22july2020 but after one month my boat rockerz 255f is not replaced my tiket no is 1313331
      I am very unhappy due to this service please replace my boat rockers 255 f black bery fast

        Purchased boat rockerz 380 from boat and requested for replacement because of performance issue.

        The item was received at the service centre on[protected] and replacement order was issued on[protected]. After that there is no further proceedings of the ticket. I contacted few times through email. They have given customer care number but it is not working or not able to contact.
        I have not received any kind of reply since[protected] till date.
        The item worths 1499 INR.
        Please refer the last two communications from my end.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        This is to bring your attention to my ticket number 1320223. I have returned the item for replacement and have been waiting so long. But it is either not processed till to the final stage or lack of proper attention to this case. Request you to look into the matter and reply at the earliest.
        I am not able to get in touch with customer care also. I tried few times and failed to connect with them.
        This issue is been under process and no further follow up from your end. I would like to know what is the reason for the negligence on this particular case.

        I had received a call from [protected] saying that he is calling for boat. He told that he is going to refund the money back as boat 380 rockers is not available/obsolete.
        By the mean time he asked me about my payment details and as he asked me to provide the details about my debit card.
        Being suspicious about the act, I did not provide the details. Then he told that he is not going to refund the money and I can proceed legally. Please update this about boat customer care.
        I strongly believe that this call was made by some fraud person who has access to this site to steal money from innocent people, as a company like boat will not take such judicious decision.

          This is regarding the replacement product which was unexpectedly returned by seller.It is completely bad service as I myself had gone to take the product at Delhivery center (because he never came to my home).

            I applied for a replacement/repair for my earphones 'boat bassheads 103' on july 24. My ticket no. Is 1327208. The last communication from their side was on 4th august claiming that a replacement product has been issued, however, i haven't received any product and the company's consumer service is unreachable through texts/emails/ and phone number. The texts and emails have no responses and their phone number isn't connecting. Its been over a month, i expect some communication on where my product is and when can i get back my repaired/replaced earphone.

              I bought an earphone of boat company and there was some bluetooth connectivity problem in that, so i replaced it.
              Then i claimed for warranty and boat company has issued complain and picked up the earphone but they have not sent me the replacement unit till now and no updates regarding it.

                Good morning Sir/Madam
                I had registered complaint on 5 august 2020 with a ticket number 1369367. The product was collected from me on 9 august 2020 and the service center received on 18 august 2020, when i check in boat website with my ticket.It is showing that replacement product is issued, and replacing product is dispatching soon on 20 august 2020.But after 5 days also it is showing same content.I have call service center so many of times but they didn't answer my call.And i also put an email, and i didn't get any updates.
                So please resolve my problem as fast as possible.

                    I had registered compaint with boat regarding my boat airdopes 171 they were sent for replacement to Mumbai head office . The product was found to be detective but till now I haven't received my replacement . This has wasted my time and caused a lot of inconvenience. This is for the first time i've had such a bad customer service experience . They are worst not only that you have keep reminding them about your product . Such a waste of money and time . I will never buy any product again of this company . I just need my shipment as as early as possible .

                      I've previously submitted request for repair of my boat earphones within the warranty period. The warranty expires on 31 August and I've yet not received any mail or action regarding the complain. I expect early actions on my complaint.

                            My original boat stone granade's power button failed, i registered a complaint, submitted my product. After a long lag I got a replacement delivered today but that too was a defective piece. It did not turn ON, charged it for an hour, No help. After one more trial it's power button failed. Nobody is giving satisfactory response from the company's end.On the consumer helpline (which remains busy most of the times) are only bots, no human to discuss the problem with. No response of emails or social media messages.If nothing happens in 2 days, I will register a case in my district's consumer court.

                                I have long story about thus boat company, I have raised request for the warranty for replacement of my product on 10 of July ticket number 1270215, but pickup also done by very late around 19th of July, it reached Mumbai on 27th, they made me at 28th that they will check the product and notify me within 48 hours as promised but after after 28th none😡😬 of mails have recieved about dispatch of my new earphone and Status also not showing and no mail replied by them yet 😡. I had made around dozens of mails, no reply get from liars🤬🤬🤬🤬 Status on website it's always show replacement issue on 4th August but still I haven't got my earphone back I called at provided number[protected] over 100 or more times😬😬😬😬 but never get connected it always said "line is busy", i called by many number to them but never get connected. I had called other services center too in mumbai to get another number and details about goregaon service center to know but no-one helps me 🤬🤬🤬. Fraud boat service still not reply me I got frustrated from all these stuff I don't know why they are doing this but I will not leave them I will complain in customer court and forum about parent company service.
                                This Mayhem is running over months. What the hell is going on. I have all evidence to complain.😡😡😡😬😬

                                Please resolve and take strict action. And reply me someone.

                                      I requested for replacement on 27th July 2020. It is picked up on 28th July 2020. It is marked as Replacement Product Issued on 14th August 2020 on boat tracking site and it is marked as WHHandover on the delivery tracking site. But I haven't received my product yet.

                                        I registered a complain on 19 june for my boat bassheads 242 earphone as it was not working properly. Product picked within 2 days only. Picked up company showing delivered after 15 days to them. But now almost 2 months have past they are just not replacing my unit, I mailed them several times, but no response even their customer care didn't pick up my calls so no communication at all from their side. And on the top of that on 28 july in my ticket status they mention your product left the service center and picked by the courier partner delhivery, so i asked delhivery where is my product, they said we have not received your product yet from the service center.
                                        Its really frustrating that a company like boat could do this to its customer, So please help me to get my product back
