I have registered a complaint on boat on 27 June 2020. Complaint no is 1336854

On 8 August 2020 Service center received my product for servicing or replacement.On 10 August i got the status that 'replacement product is issued.but till now i.e 20 August I didn't got any update.I mailed to the customer service for 2 times but still they were not responding
I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

      Boat, since it last 60 days i didnt recieve my headphones...when can recieve it and where is my replacement product ? it shows like this for around 50 days... it never expect from this boat ...My clg online class are going and without headphone i faced so many problems when did i recieve my product... i dont know
      Days are going like anything... Please take any action as possible.Sorry for the inconvenience but this the fact now days work from home online class everything based on this laptop and their equipments jzt plz understand and help me soon...Ticket No :1213322

        I have received the boat earphones on may 25th. It is having 1yr warranty. Boat one earphone and mic is not working. So, please replace the product as soon as possible.

          I generated a complaint on 5th August and my earphones were picked on 7th August.. after that they reached there on 12 th August then i was not given any information about my earphones and yesterday i.e. 19th august last update was oh WHHandover and it says that my product has been delivered to origin but i have not recieved it yet. I want my product back at any cost.

          I have sent Complaint mails regarding this to imagine marketing but they have also stopped responding.
          Please solve my problem and bring me my earphones back.

            The company has no regard for its customers this is my third complaint here and its been over a month still haven't received my replaced product, its still showing replacement product dispatching soon, the number they have provided is always busy and they don't reply on mails, dont reply on social media, hope they reply to this

              I'm ordered Boat Aavante 1800 on 15th August 2020 that AWB No:[protected]..And 19th August 2020 message is came from shiprocket.in your product was delivered, but I'm not receive Boat Aavante 1800..So immediately I'm contact to shiprocket customer care, but there is no response.. Kindly enquiry that fake delivery and as soon as to delivery my product or otherwise refund my amount..

                Have put in a complaint number 13023759 on July 24, was told that would recieve the damaged product back in 12-15 days .it's been a month now and they have received and acknowledged the issue also but still replacement product not delivered.customer care number never works

I am really to much upset of boat company they always doing upset to the customer

                      I made a replacement request of boat-rockers 255 Bluetooth earphones on 21/09/19 and reached at the service center on 4/08/20. And the last status is shown on ticket number - 1366756 that "replacement product issued" on 11/08/20, after that no status updated on the ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on the customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after a long long waiting time. It is almost 16 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever I call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me with my ticket no 1366756. I am facing lots of problems regarding this. All my classes are disturbed due to this.

                        I purchased the product
                        boAt BassHeads 162 with HD Sound, in-line mic, Dual Tone Secure Braided Cable & 3.5mm Angled Jack Wired Earphones (Blue) on 27 May 2020.
                        I went to ofc to claim the warranty but they denied the same.
                        Please help ASAP else I will register the compalint against u in consumer court...
                        Also I will escalate the same issue on social media.
                        Plz call on -[protected] for more clarification...

                          I give my earphone to the xpressbees for boat repair services. I give n august 6 2020. Then 12th aug it will changed the status of wh handover delivered. But i not received earphones yet.

                                Hey I am Priyank. I bought the Boat Airdopes 381 and they stopped working on first day itself. I registered the complaint twice. The first time there was no response. I registered the second complaint on 24th of July. TICKET NO. 1325495. The product was picked on 28th July and The replacement product was issued on 5th August. After that day i have not received any kind o[censored]pdate or any kind if mail. Its been nearly a month now. I hope to receive the product soon.

                                    I bought boat nirvana 715anc noise cancelation Bluetooth headphones from. Amazon on 10 Jun 2020.

                                    In just 20 days i start facing issues. So as product is in warranty period. I Register a complaint for replacement.

                                    On 3 July they picked up my product and on 10 July they issued replacement product. It's been around 50 days but i didn't get my product back.

                                    I tried customer care more than 100 times, but they didn't even pick the call. Nor replying to emails. Nor solve ticket that's generated on website.

                                    When will i get my product? I'm working from home facing lot of issue because of this bad customer service.

                                    I need my product as soon as possible.

                                    Yesterday even i complaint the same. It showed resolved without been resolved.

                                      My ticket no 1357915 for boat earphones is not yet delivered to mi. It showing wh handover from 10 aug 2020.
                                      There is no response from customer care on call.

                                      But still no response.

                                      Low level of service they are providing to their customers.
                                      Which may leads to loose customers.
