Complaint id - 1157731
I registered the complaint on https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/ on 6th june 2020. I was told that i will receive the replacement after 15-20 days due to lockdown.
But, it is almost 50 days, but still i have not received the product.
It is so difficult to reach out to customer care, because the network is always congested.
Moreover, when they pick they say that product will be delivered in next 7 days.
This is going for a month or so, but i have not received the product.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
