One sided boat earphones is not working I companied and pick is done on 17 July 2020 after after 8 days show on 24 July 2020 WH Handover

    It’s been more than 35 days, i haven’t received the replacement of my bluetooth headphones and was unable to contact through call and too i was unable to track the order. Plz resolve the issue as fast as you can. Ticket no~1078804

      I have complaint about this issue before also. But I haven't got any response yet neither from boat customer service center nor from this website. They are saying we are dispatching and delaying as usual. My ticket number is 1184083. If they can't return my replacement product then I firmly believe that they should refund my money so that I could buy any other product. Its almost 1.5 months now. I want quick resolution.

          Hi

          My order which is placed on july 6, 2020 was delivered to me on july 16, 2020(after so many mails and calls) and on the same day i raised the return request and it's been almost 10days, still i did not get any update from them regarding the return request and it is showing as "approval pending" in the status. I don't know how much time those guys will gonna take to approve the request. Please look into the issue and solve it asap.

            I have registered multiple complaints for a replacement against my damaged earphone(Ticket no: 1269902, 1312626).
            As I bought from the Boat's official website, I could not attach any concrete invoice like Flipkart or Amazon does, because I could not find any provision to generate the same from the Boat's official website.
            So I attached the order details from the website, which contains everything that a valid invoice should have. But each time it is getting canceled saying not a valid invoice attached.
            I tried to call them, but all the time I am getting all the routes are busy at this time.

                    I have purchased boat bassheads 220 from Flipkart in the month of march but I am sorry to say that it couldn't run smoothly even for two months. It started developing problem in the month of June so I complaint about it in the boat customer care on 15th July 2020 and they picked up my damaged product the next day. They provided me ticket number 1184083 and picked up my product the next day and it's about 1.5 months, till now I have not got my replacement product and they are saying that we are dispatching tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.

                    I complaint about it in the boat customer care on 15th June 2020 not in July. I am facing lots of problem in my online classes.Kindly look into this matter and provide quick resolution.

                          I registered the complaint on https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/ on 6th june 2020. I was told that i will receive the replacement after 15-20 days due to lockdown.

                          But, it is almost 50 days, but still i have not received the product.

                          It is so difficult to reach out to customer care, because the network is always congested.

                          Moreover, when they pick they say that product will be delivered in next 7 days.

                          This is going for a month or so, but i have not received the product.

                                I have filed a complaint on 29 june regarding issue with speakers of the earphone and the complaint got processed with ticket id 1231899. The earphone reached to the repair center on 9th july and on 11 july the status changed to 'replacement product dispatching soon'. Since then i haven't heard from the company. The customer care no. Never gets answered. Writing email is futile exercise as still waiting for response from there side.

                                        Hello. I have claimed warranty for my boat rockers 255 wireless bluetooth headset which was not working. My ticket number is 1258967. I have sent them my headset for repair and they checked and issued replacement product. Now the problem is the replacement product was not displaced from the company customer service center.
