    I have registered a complaint for the replacement of my earphone boat rockerz 255 active black. My ticket no. is 1703068. Since the product is pickup on 15June and still I didn't received my replacement product. kindly tell me me how much I have to wait for my product.

          My ticket number is 1236941
          I have claimed warranty for my product on 30th june 2020..
          The warranty approved on 1th july 2020..
          On 6th july 2020 the product received at service centre..
          On 8th july replacement product was issued and now from that day the status is showing "replacement product dispatching soon"
          It's now 16th august ...no change in the ticket status and I couldn't connect to boat customer care...
          Can you please resolve the problem as soon as possible?????

              My product bass heads 100 stopped working in one earpiece without any physical damage and soon enough both stopped working. I have placed a ticket complaint via the website 2 months ago and i have not received any follow up for the same. My toicket number is 1326462. Everytime i try calling their support number it is always busy and even if the iver plays it maes me wait for 30 minutws and then ends the call by itself and says we will call you back shortly but i have never received one. This entire 1 year warranty is a scam to lure you into buying. Never repeat the mistake i did.

                I lodged a complaint, against blutooth disconnectivity issue with my boat rockerz 261, on 30th may. It was picked up on 5th june and since 16 th june it had been showing whhandover. I tried to contact customer care but it didn't connect. Lately i was checking status using my shipping id and it was showing nothing. I tried to contact customer care, i typed my shipping id (As instructed by computer generated voice mail) and it held it invalid input (Totally frustrated). Don't know what fraud is going on with gullible customers. Even on mails they are just playing "passing the blame game" your issue is transferred to this and that firm... Nobody is trying to resolve the issue.

                It has been 7 days since I received your mail and no action has been taken from their side. I urge you to take some stringent actions against them.

                      My ticket no : 1342914

                      I got a problem in my bass head ear phone on one side. I claimed the warranty. The product was picked from me on 29 august, reached at their center 5 august.

                      Their website is showing replacement product issued on 5 august.
                      Even after 10 days so far i didn't received my product. I also contacted through email and call but no one is responding.

                      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible because i love listening music.

                          The defective earphone was picked up from my residence on 9th july 2020 and the website of the company shows that it's ready to be dispatched since 21st july 2020. I've been callling on the telephone number that they've mentioned but there's no one to pickup the call and my email hasnt been responded to yet. I think it's about time that had them in my ears.

                              I have purchased boat air dopes 381 bluetooth headset from flip kart.
                              From past 15 days, the right side of the headset is not working. I had been to service center but they told that this service is not available here. As it is under warranty basis, i request you to replace the headset as soon as possible.

                                  I have registered a complaint of my boat bassheads 100 black headphone, it's one side wasn't working. My ticket no. Is 1328647. They picked my headphone on 26th of july. Seller has received my product on 1st of august. They have checked my product properly and they issued a replacement of my product on 5th of august. Since 5th of august till today my replacement product is not dispatched. I have called them to ask, they said they ran out of this particular colour headphones, they suggested to take different colour i agreed, my product still not dispatched.

                                  Boat customer never received my phone calls and never replied my emails. They still not worked on my ticket number 1328647. I have called them 1000 times they didn't respond. I just fed up for their service..

                                    Hey boat team,

                                    I ordered boat rockerz 450 on 20th july. I received the order on 24th july (Order id: 25966).
                                    I received a used and damaged product hence, i opted for an exchange (I should have made return instead, but i wasn't aware about your slow services then).
                                    Exchange order was picked up on 29th july.
                                    Order was delivered to boat center at bangalore, on 6th august.
                                    Today is 15th august, and there is not a single update on the exchange headphones.
                                    This is how you serve the customers who order from your website over amazon/flipkart.
                                    No doubt about your products but the kind of service you give surely disheartens the customers. I would never recommend anybody to order from the boat website. I request you to cancel the exchange order and return the money back to the original payment source. No longer need your services.

                                      It's almost 20 days i had raised the complaint regarding the headset and status is showing replacement issued but there are no further tracking details regarding the product and no response from the service centre so please give updates regarding the product and deliver it as soon as possible

                                        Dear sir/ma'am,
                                        My ticket number is 1349130. I claimed the warranty for my product on 30th July 2020. It was picked up on 1st August 2020. The website mentioned for tracking my product shows that it has been WHHandover on Monday, 10th Aug 2020 at 06.32 PM and estimated to be delivered on 2nd Aug 2020, but I haven't received it yet. I contacted the customer services too but nobody is responding. It is 14th Aug now. Please look into it and let me know as soon as possible.
