Hello, I would like to know about the expected time of delivery of my product which was given for replacement on 25th of august. The shipment status shows
It has arrived at bom/rvp, Maharashtra today. Please let me know the date of delivery.

    I submitted a request to claim my warranty on the 11th of July, they collected it on the 17th and the last update I received was on the 21st of July saying "replacement product issued" it has been a month since then and I have received no updates. My ticket number is 1275495 and I hope I get my product back at the earliest

      One side of my boat rockerz 255 was not working and i had requested for a replacement. The product was within the warranty period which will be ending on this september 2021. They have approved my replacement and the concerned person has taken the defected product from me on july 31, 2021. And on tracking it was found that the product has reached the service centre on aug 7th. Its aug 27 today. Still i haven't received my replacement. No mails. They are not responding on calling customer care.

      It's been more than a month and stille I haven't received my replacement.on trying to call it's telling they are busy
      For me It's 1 month and still they have not taken my product from the transportation company..
      It's been more than a month and iam still waiting for a reply mail...sorry to say poor service from boat

          I ordered boat earphone.. I got some problems in that.. Then i registered complaint on boat official website.. Then a guy pickup on 29 july. But today 27 august i have no information about my product.. Customer care number is out of order..

            Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 5th November after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

            I had registered complaint on 5 August with a ticket number 1368901. The product was collected from me on 8 August and the service center received on 13th of August, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 14th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement status and no updation on it.
            Till now i didn't receive my product,
            I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails

            I have called so many times to boat customer service but they didn't take any call. They had took my boat rockerz 450 black but didn't give me replacement product. My ticket number is 1368901. They said they will replace my product within 7 days and the next day it is saying that it takes upto 12-15 days. Now the 15 days are over and my product is still not received.
            And now they are also not receiving the call.
            I have called so many times to boat customer service but they didn't take any call. They had took my boat rockerz 335 ocean blue. but didn't give me replacement product. My ticket number is 3169432. They said they will replace my product within 7 days and the next day it is saying that it takes upto 12-15 days. Now the 13 days are over and my product is still not received.
            And now they are also not receiving the call.

              I have requested for a replacement/warranty check for my Boat charging cable, as it is not working and not charging my phone. I've requested to replacement for my product on 29th July, My product was picked up on 29th July.

              After a very long delay my product reached Mumbai service center on 18th August, after 3 days, i.e 21st August, they've approved to replace my product, and the status of my replacement is "Replacement Product dispatching soon". Today it is 26th August and my product is not dispatched. On 29th of this month my request will complete 1 month but I've not received my product.
              Dear boAt customer care, please Speed up your service and ship my product As soon as possible.

                  20th Aug 2020 buy boat airdopes 441 Pro on boat official website.
                  I click the buy now button and payment via Google pay
                  2999 is debited in my account from razor pay
                  And i have payment successful mail from razor pay
                  But the website browser show me( something went wrong)
                  So my order is not fulfilled. It's cannot go to the next page. I don't have tracking id or order ID .but money is taken in my account . I tried to reach the support section on boat website but every day they send ticket for waiting list to speak on customer care but I never get any calls from boat company still . So my money is threatening by boat official website he never contact me properly. So I Raise a complaint against boat

                    I had ordered boat rockers headphones on 19th th jan but oke of the ear piece is faculty and I can not hear from it since there is a warranty of 1year for the product I would request you to get it exchanged ASAP

                      I had registered complaint on 23rd July with a ticket number 1321038 . The product was collected from me on 24 th July and the service center received on 29th of July, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 1st August the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
                      Till now i didn't receive my product,
                      I called to customer care they told me replacement product will dispatch within 10 days even after 10 days no response from boat Team. I try to call customer care but call not connecting

                        It's been almost 30days i didn't get any reply from boat or my replacement product. And not able to contact customer care whenever i call them it says it is closed today

                          I have registered a complaint to boat official site regarding exchange of my earphones, with ticket no. 1351199.
                          They have managed to pickup the product.
                          It's been a month but there is no further updates on its return and the customer service aren't picking up calls, replying to several emails.
                          This is really awful service provided by boat.
                          Kindly help me out on this matter.

                            I have bought boat rockerz 255 active black wireless Bluetooth on 01/02/2020, now it's under warranty, there is a problem with sound i can't hear it properly very low sound and volume, i can't get the service properly, i can't raise my complaint, why this all happening, this is the bad thing worst service, there is option of door to door service, if i can't raise my complaint, how cant i get your service and also i have been sent a mail request for service there is no work from your company.

                              Hello,

                              I have registered a complaint on boat on 5-august-2020. Complaint no is : 1369924

                              On 18-august-2020, service center received my product for servicing and on 20-august-3020 i got a status as 'replacement product issued ' and 'replacement product is dispatched' aslo. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.
                              I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
                              When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

                                  I have raised a replacement issue with boat bassheads 100 when it's stop working in one side 9n july 16th and its been almost 43 days and have not delivered to me. My ticlet number is 1294192, and please view the attached pictures.

                                  Do it fast as soon as possible possible, because i will show you what a consumer can do. And boat has deleted my ticket number from their site, genius, but i have taken so much of screenshots earlier, let me show you who are the real boss.

                                    Its been now 2 months still i not received replacment of product that promise by boat team. On 4th july status of complaint Upgraded Product dispatching soon after waiting again for one month and several email boat team update same status on 17th aug.

                                        I gave my bluetooth headset which is named
                                        Boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphone
                                        With immersive stereo sound and hands free mic
                                        (Raging red) for servicing/replacement, dated july-08 2020.
                                        My ticket number is 1256614.
                                        My headset was successfully picked up from my location on time and delivered to the boat service center in mumbai, there was no response from the team whatsoever. It has almost 2 months now and the warranty period is over. But still i have neither received any update from the company nor any replacement product as promised. This is way past the waiting period and i'm worried that my earphone will never reach me. I request the respective authorites to check into this issue and provide me with the replacement as per the warranty.

                                        My waybill number :[protected], it is notified to me by the courier company that my order has been succesfully deliverd to its destination.Yet my ticket number on the boat service portal hasnt been updated.Which means that my item has reached the destination but its been lying there untouched.
