My original boat stone granade's power button failed, i registered a complaint, submitted my product. After a long lag I got a replacement delivered today but that too was a defective piece. It did not turn ON, charged it for an hour, No help. After one more trial it's power button failed. Nobody is giving satisfactory response from the company's end.On the consumer helpline (which remains busy most of the times) are only bots, no human to discuss the problem with. No response of emails or social media messages.If nothing happens in 2 days, I will register a case in my district's consumer court.
