I had registered compaint with boat regarding my boat airdopes 171 they were sent for replacement to Mumbai head office . The product was found to be detective but till now I haven't received my replacement . This has wasted my time and caused a lot of inconvenience. This is for the first time i've had such a bad customer service experience . They are worst not only that you have keep reminding them about your product . Such a waste of money and time . I will never buy any product again of this company . I just need my shipment as as early as possible .

    I've previously submitted request for repair of my boat earphones within the warranty period. The warranty expires on 31 August and I've yet not received any mail or action regarding the complain. I expect early actions on my complaint.

      I have purchased boat headphones from amazon on 8th June 2020. Which has one year warranty. But unfortunately the headphones stoped working since two days. As I’m eligible for claiming the warranty. I would request u to send me a replacement of it.

          My original boat stone granade's power button failed, i registered a complaint, submitted my product. After a long lag I got a replacement delivered today but that too was a defective piece. It did not turn ON, charged it for an hour, No help. After one more trial it's power button failed. Nobody is giving satisfactory response from the company's end.On the consumer helpline (which remains busy most of the times) are only bots, no human to discuss the problem with. No response of emails or social media messages.If nothing happens in 2 days, I will register a case in my district's consumer court.

            My boat rockerz 255F pro raging red has been sent for replacement it's been almost a month but there is no update. The product delivered to the service centre but is not been into testing phase it's almost a month please give any update asap

              I have long story about thus boat company, I have raised request for the warranty for replacement of my product on 10 of July ticket number 1270215, but pickup also done by very late around 19th of July, it reached Mumbai on 27th, they made me at 28th that they will check the product and notify me within 48 hours as promised but after after 28th none😡😬 of mails have recieved about dispatch of my new earphone and Status also not showing and no mail replied by them yet 😡. I had made around dozens of mails, no reply get from liars🤬🤬🤬🤬 Status on website it's always show replacement issue on 4th August but still I haven't got my earphone back I called at provided number[protected] over 100 or more times😬😬😬😬 but never get connected it always said "line is busy", i called by many number to them but never get connected. I had called other services center too in mumbai to get another number and details about goregaon service center to know but no-one helps me 🤬🤬🤬. Fraud boat service still not reply me I got frustrated from all these stuff I don't know why they are doing this but I will not leave them I will complain in customer court and forum about parent company service.
              This Mayhem is running over months. What the hell is going on. I have all evidence to complain.😡😡😡😬😬

              Please resolve and take strict action. And reply me someone.

                    Ticket No. : 1339249

                    I requested for replacement on 27th July 2020. It is picked up on 28th July 2020. It is marked as Replacement Product Issued on 14th August 2020 on boat tracking site and it is marked as WHHandover on the delivery tracking site. But I haven't received my product yet.

                      I registered a complain on 19 june for my boat bassheads 242 earphone as it was not working properly. Product picked within 2 days only. Picked up company showing delivered after 15 days to them. But now almost 2 months have past they are just not replacing my unit, I mailed them several times, but no response even their customer care didn't pick up my calls so no communication at all from their side. And on the top of that on 28 july in my ticket status they mention your product left the service center and picked by the courier partner delhivery, so i asked delhivery where is my product, they said we have not received your product yet from the service center.
                      Its really frustrating that a company like boat could do this to its customer, So please help me to get my product back

                              Dear sir
                              I had registered complaint (Ticket no. 1286698) regarding my boat basshead 103 headset. You had assigned reverse pickup for my product and assured me that i will get my product in 12-15 days. I handed over the product but i hadn't received the replacement of my product even i didn't any update regarding my complaint. While tracking the shipment i knew that it had been delivered to your service centre more than one month ago but i did not received any updates from your end. My product even not delivered to me.
                              I request you to kindly help me to get my issue resolved and get my product.

                                        Product picked up within a week. Pickup company showing product delivered.
                                        No solution provided, all communication channel become ruthless. No reply on any channel. Since boat is launching new products, so i cant imagine that company runaway in lockdown.
