I made a replacement request of boat-rockers 255 Bluetooth earphones on 21/09/19 and reached at the service center on 4/08/20. And the last status is shown on ticket number - 1366756 that "replacement product issued" on 11/08/20, after that no status updated on the ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on the customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after a long long...

My name is Avadhoot Deshpande from Pimple Gaurav, Pune.

I purchased the product
boAt BassHeads 162 with HD Sound, in-line mic, Dual Tone Secure Braided Cable & 3.5mm Angled Jack Wired Earphones (Blue) on 27 May 2020.
I went to ofc to claim the warranty but they denied the same.
Please help ASAP else I will register the compalint against u in consumer court......

I give my earphone to the xpressbees for boat repair services. I give n august 6 2020. Then 12th aug it will changed the status of wh handover delivered. But i not received earphones yet....

Replacement product still not received.

Hey I am Priyank. I bought the Boat Airdopes 381 and they stopped working on first day itself. I registered the complaint twice. The first time there was no response. I registered the second complaint on 24th of July. TICKET NO. 1325495. The product was picked on 28th July and The replacement product was issued on 5th August. Replacement product isn't dispatching

I sent a request for product replacement on 23july and they issued a replacement on 1 August, but since 1 August they aren't responding nether giving any update. My ticket number was 1320896...

Didn't get product back after claiming replacement

I bought boat nirvana 715anc noise cancelation Bluetooth headphones from. Amazon on 10 Jun 2020.

In just 20 days i start facing issues. So as product is in warranty period. I Register a complaint for replacement.

On 3 July they picked up my product and on 10 July they issued replacement product. It's been around 50 days but i didn't get my product back.

I tried customer care more than 100 times,...

Earphone not delivered

My ticket no 1357915 for boat earphones is not yet delivered to mi. It showing wh handover from 10 aug 2020.
There is no response from customer care on call.
I already mail at [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com
But still no response.
Please do check on this.
It's urgent due to wfh due to covid...

Airdopes 311 v midnight blue

not getting my headphones back

My ticket number is 1322736
I hv purchased boat rockerz 450 from official boat website on 10th july 2020 and recieved it on 18th july... But the product was not working fine as one of its ear was producing low sound... So i filed a complaint for product replacement... Now its been almost a month and i didn't recieved my headphones back... No replaced product!

I bought boAt earphones and they stopped working within 3 months, and then i gave them for replacement. The agents picked it up on June 25 and now it has been over months and they won't reply to my calls, or the emails.

Whenever I call them I'm put on waiting for hours, I'm helpless!!...

Boat Airdopes 441

I bought my boat Airdopes 441 for rupees 2499 on 24 July 2020. On 18 August one of the bud I e. The right bud has stopped working. I have done the factory reset also but it is still not working. Only the left bud is showing blue light the right bud is not showing any light except the red light on touching....

Not received replacement product

This company doesn't give the type of customer support they promise to their customers. I have filed for a replacement for a defective product on their website. The ticket id is 1250089. It's been more than one and a half months now, there is no response from their side. Nobody replies to the emails, nor does their customer helpline number work. I'm fed up with this. I don't even have an option to contact their customer executive....

Boat airdopes 381 service issue

I have bought a boat airdopes 381 by June 26, 2020 and after a month only it's right bud's touch stopped working. so I filed a complaint against it by 30th July and it got picked by 1st August. It has been 18days now and still I haven't received my product.when I track it, it's showing WHHandover. They are not giving reply to any calls and mails. I have to travel after a week and I don't know whether I'll be able to receive it or not.br...

Boat replacement product issued - ticket no 1363133

Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 14th August after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

I had registered complaint on 3th august with a ticket number 1363133. The product was collected from me on 30th October and the service center received on 5th of august, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 5th the agree for replacement...
