Hi sir,
Im from palakkad. And i have i slight issue. I claimed my replacement of my boat bassheads 242 in the stating of august.. And its replacement reached my town on august 17.. It was supposed to get delivered to me the next day but it hasn't... And a week passed!.. I didn't received my product!.. When i called one of your agents. They are telling that the product is missing!.. But four days back! I have recieved a code. Which i need go give to the delivery boy at the time of delivery... When i checked my tracking... It was showing the product is out for delivery... But at the end of the day i didn't recieve it... And now its showing... Cant reach because of containment zone... And there is no containment zone near my house... So please help me sir... Reply asap... My tracking id is[protected]

    My ticket number is 1352881, I haven't received my replacement Cable yet, it has been more than 25 days past and I still not getting any updates regarding the replacement. My product has satisfied all warranty conditions and I want my product ASAP. Hope you will consider it or I had to take a legal action against you, unfortunately.

      I have claimed warranty of my boat bassheads 220 earphones on 18 march 2020 and haven't received my earphones yet its been 5 to 6 months they didn't answered most of my calls on the costumer service and they were just making promises that it will dispatch it in 48 hrs or so but they never did. N it was difficult to connect with them as after 4 to 5 tries the call connects and then after that 10 mins waiting or so i can talk to them and they ate up my 5 months warranty by keeping the product to themselves on the service centre i want my warranty of 5 months back. They stopped emailing and calling and they r not answering my emails and calls

        I had submitted speaker for replacement which was approved by the executives. But it has been more than 2 months I havent received the replacement. My ticket number is 1120484. So do look into it now.

          Hey, I have registered a complain of my product boat airdopes 381, in uses of month left ear piece was not working properly, and also I can't pair a new device. 8 August product pick up,
          13 August 2020 product receive at service center.
          14 August 2020 replacement product dispatching soon.
          Again 14 August 2020 replacement product issued...
          Till now 28 August 2020 I can't get any update or I can't get my product...
          I call 100 times at customer care no but it always says busy and when it's ring no one can pick up or answer the call... Plzzz help me with this...

              I ordered boat basshead 225 from amazon. It came with a 1 year warranty. It had stopped working from one side. Then I registered a complaint regarding this at the boat customer service and after few days a person came by and took the earphones from my place. After that there is no response from their sides even after I wrote emails continuously to them.

                      I have ordered on 1st july 20 and invoice which no is fadzyt[protected], dated 2nd july 20 for rs. 2499.00. But after receiving it after 10 days one of the earpiece stopped working so i made complaint on 27th july 20 and complaint approved on 28th july 20 and the same date product picked up generated for servicing and replacement which track no is 1338703.
                      But after crossing the one month neither i got my replaced product nor any information.
                      Customer service no[protected] also engaged 24 hours.
                      So, please you are requested to do the needful as earliest.

                      I have purchased boat airdope 381 on 02/07/2020 and after 10 days it became defective and registered complaint and product picked up by company on 28 july 20 which ticket no is 1338703.
                      But still i am waiting for getting my replaced product.

                        I've been purchasing boat products for many years in terms of various accessories. Recently i've purchased headphone (Boat - rockerz510) on 28th september. It was working well for few months but after march there was a charging issue (Charging light not blinking) which i am assuming that it might be due to the short circuit in internal wire.. After that i tried to contact various boat center across my location but wasn't succeeded with the pretext of not repairing this particular model (Rockerz 510). Then i tried to contact you via mail but again i didn't succeed as there was no response from your side... So, being your loyal customer if that kind of pathetic response (Which i was not expecting from your prestigious company) i will get from your end then it eventually tarnish your reviews and rapport... If you have an iota of oblogation towards customer then reply me asap before 28th sep (Warranty period last date).. If there won't be any response from aforesaid date then i'll assume that you were deliberately waiting for my warranty period to get over... Hope all the above thing will make sense to you...

                          From day 1 boat speaker isn't working and was expecting replacement, but till now no solution has been provided. Are u playing with sentiments of customers, no one is answering customer care number nor u guys are replying to mail..I cannot take classes without speaker kindly replace the product at earliest and update with correct status immediately.

I am a teacher and cannot take my classes without speaker please replace and issue new speakers immediately. this speaker isn't working from day 1, it was not switching ON.so kindly update me with status.looking forward for prompt action.

                            I bought the Boat Bassheads 225 on 22 october 2019.
                            It was working phenominally.
                            But now the 3.5mm jack and the left side Driver is not working properly.
                            In 3.5mm jack whenever it gets a nomal turn the Speakers stop working and if i am on a Call then the person next to me gets very annoying sounds which hurt there ears and whenever I listen to a high bass music my left side Speaker starts Shreading the Music.
                            It will be great if you can Replace it with another one as you gave a warenty of a year so its your Responsibility to change it
                            Please help

                              I generated a complaint on 21th August and my earphones were picked on 22th August.Then i tracked my product detaills, and on 27th august last update was oh WHHandover and it says that my product has been delivered to origin but i have not recieved it yet. I want my product back at any cost.

                              Since my boat rockerzz 225 bluetooth earphone has one side problem, i had registerd the complaint and on 22nd august my rpoduct get picked from home and on 27 august i get a notification that my product has WHHandover to me.
                              But I didnt recieve my product till now.

                                  My boat rockerz 450 was picked up on 15th august 2020 and it is going to be 2 weeks since it has been picked up. The policy said it will replace the product within 12 - 15 days but it is not up to the mark. My ticket number is 1408637. I hope boat replace the product as soon as possible.

                                    I have called so many times to boat customer service but they didn't take any call. They had took my boat bluetooth headset 255f on 21/08/2020 but didn't give me replacement product. My ticket number is 1436855 my product is still not received.

                                      My headphones suddenly stopped charging so i registered a complaint and one of your delivery partner from bluekart came and collected my headphones from me for replacement. But when i track my headphones from the ticket number provided it say that your pickup request is cancelled.so i need to know where my headphones are?
