This company doesn't give the type of customer support they promise to their customers. I have filed for a replacement for a defective product on their website. The ticket id is 1250089. It's been more than one and a half months now, there is no response from their side. Nobody replies to the emails, nor does their customer helpline number work. I'm fed up with this. I don't even have an option to contact their customer executive.

    I have bought a boat airdopes 381 by June 26, 2020 and after a month only it's right bud's touch stopped working. so I filed a complaint against it by 30th July and it got picked by 1st August. It has been 18days now and still I haven't received my product.when I track it, it's showing WHHandover. They are not giving reply to any calls and mails. I have to travel after a week and I don't know whether I'll be able to receive it or not.

    I have bought Airdops381 on 15 Feb 2021 and 2 month it is not working properly then I have given back to the boat company and then I have filled the complaint and my product was picked up on 10/5/2021 and today date is 20/6/2021 and still I have not received any message to the boat company. Today is 40th day and still I have not get my Airdops381

      Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 14th August after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

      I had registered complaint on 3th august with a ticket number 1363133. The product was collected from me on 30th October and the service center received on 5th of august, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 5th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
      Till now i didn't receive my product,
      I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

        After a lot of follow ups I am not getting my product back and i have registered the complaint on 24th June 2020 and still waiting for the product. Not sure why its not delivered yet as I called the other centers and they are functioning but my product was in Mumbai when I last informed.
        Other locations like Pune are saying we are giving the replacement hand to hand but why Mumbai location is not sending the product on time its almost 2 months now I am still waiting for my product and just getting mails that it will be delivered and recently I got the mail that it with courier team and its 13 days now with courier so not sure where is my product now.

        Note : We raised the ticket for the first time on 24th June 2020 and the ticket number at that time was 1216400.

          One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 30July 2020 and product is picked on 2nd August 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected]:5:24 pm on 11 August 2020. Now 18 August its been more than 18 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

          Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

            I complaint my boat headphones on 15 July 2020 and boat courier partner picked the product on 16 July 2020. My product delivered to boat company on 31 July 2020. After, checking product they issued the replacement of product and said replacement product dispatching soon on 31 July 2020. But, till now they didn't dispatched my replacement product. I mailed them many times but, they didn't reply and no one is attending the service number of boat company. Please help me, so replacement product dispatch as soon as possible.

                I bought boat nirvana 715anc noise cancelation Bluetooth headphones from. Amazon on 10 Jun 2020.

                In just 20 days i start facing issues. So as product is in warranty period. I Register a complaint for replacement.

                On 3 July they picked up my product and on 10 July they issued replacement product. It's been around 50 days but i didn't get my product back.

                I tried customer care more than 100 times, but they didn't even pick the call. Nor replying to emails. Nor solve ticket that's generated on website.

                When will i get my product? I'm working from home facing lot of issue because of this bad customer service.

                I need my product as soon as possible.

                    My boat rockerz 255F neon Bluetooth earphone stopped working properly and i applied for a replacement. They collected the product 2 months ago and still haven't notified me about whether i will be getting a replacement or not. The product is still under warranty as i had purchased it less than 5 months ago. When i call customer care, i get a message saying "we're sorry that we couldn't answer your call. We'll get back to you shortly." but they never call back. I've been trying to contact customer care for the past 2 months.
                    I just had my ticket number 1167918 and nothing else also i mailed to there support but they are asking for an order ID

                      I registered a complaint about my boat speaker then they generate a ticket number 1289053, after that they receive my product through pick up, then I am going to track my product for returning back on boat website but it said your products will dispatch soon from last one month.I want my product back.

                      I have registered a complaint on boat on 16-july-2020. Complaint no is : 1289053

                      On 17-july-2020, service center received my product for servicing and on 04-aug-2020 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.
                      I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
                      When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

                        I had send my product for warrenty long back in the starting of july.. The product was to be dispatched on 24th of july. I can't get to them through calls. Or emails. They are providing poor response to the customers. Please do check and do the needful.

                                I got defected piece, i complaint but no one is replying. Neither by email nor by customercare number. I got ticket everytime but when i cheched status of the item that is invalid.

                                  I have submitted a complaint on imagine desk portal (16/07/2020) because one side of my earphones stopped working, They responded very quickly and the next day my product was picked up and waybill no. was provided to track the product. Once the product reached Mumbai, I thought my repaired or replaced product will reach to me in 10-14 days but it didn't happen. I tried calling but was unable to contact them. I tried emailing them too but they didn't respond.

                                    I have returned my boat eardrop 441 to the courier boy because is in warranty and it's almost a day it does not dispatch for delivery.
                                    In complent tracking the status is showing me that replacement product issued, but now it is not showing any updates and the replacement product should have to be reached me many days earlier but it doesn't dispatched yet...
                                    Please help me with that return my replacement quickly...

                                      Hi, i had given my wired headphone for service. But while replacement first i got message that the product is out for delivery but later i got message that product is delivered to lohith (That is different person not me). I am waiting for more than one month to receive. Kindly look into that what went wrong. I will be waiting for your response. I have already registered complaint one more time i am doing. I did not get a single call too. I have attached screen shot of message. I tried to contact courier customer care but no response.

                                        I claimed warranty on my boat spinx 2.0 bluetooth speaker. The company picked up the product from from me. But its been more than 1 month and i have not received my product back. They are not dispatching my product. It is showing return shipment delivered to seller and its not delivered to me.
