I have purchased boat air dopes 381 bluetooth headset from flip kart.
From past 15 days, the right side of the headset is not working. I had been to service center but they told that this service is not available here. As it is under warranty basis, i request you to replace the headset as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    It's been 25 days now without airpods.
    From 3 days my product hasnt got dispatched. Please dispatch it and delivery it as soon as possible..

      I have registered a complaint of my boat bassheads 100 black headphone, it's one side wasn't working. My ticket no. Is 1328647. They picked my headphone on 26th of july. Seller has received my product on 1st of august. They have checked my product properly and they issued a replacement of my product on 5th of august. Since 5th of august till today my replacement product is not dispatched. I have called them to ask, they said they ran out of this particular colour headphones, they suggested to take different colour i agreed, my product still not dispatched.

      Boat customer never received my phone calls and never replied my emails. They still not worked on my ticket number 1328647. I have called them 1000 times they didn't respond. I just fed up for their service..

        Hey boat team,

        I ordered boat rockerz 450 on 20th july. I received the order on 24th july (Order id: 25966).
        I received a used and damaged product hence, i opted for an exchange (I should have made return instead, but i wasn't aware about your slow services then).
        Exchange order was picked up on 29th july.
        Order was delivered to boat center at bangalore, on 6th august.
        Today is 15th august, and there is not a single update on the exchange headphones.
        This is how you serve the customers who order from your website over amazon/flipkart.
        No doubt about your products but the kind of service you give surely disheartens the customers. I would never recommend anybody to order from the boat website. I request you to cancel the exchange order and return the money back to the original payment source. No longer need your services.

          It's almost 20 days i had raised the complaint regarding the headset and status is showing replacement issued but there are no further tracking details regarding the product and no response from the service centre so please give updates regarding the product and deliver it as soon as possible

            Dear sir/ma'am,
            My ticket number is 1349130. I claimed the warranty for my product on 30th July 2020. It was picked up on 1st August 2020. The website mentioned for tracking my product shows that it has been WHHandover on Monday, 10th Aug 2020 at 06.32 PM and estimated to be delivered on 2nd Aug 2020, but I haven't received it yet. I contacted the customer services too but nobody is responding. It is 14th Aug now. Please look into it and let me know as soon as possible.

                One side of boat rockerz 255 earphone was not working properly i raised complained and i courier my product on 31st july. 2020. From 10th august, 2020 onward there is no update on tracking. Showing whhandover. Call also not getting receive even not reply the mail. Please help me asap.

                  I have filed an complaint (Tickets no 1282161) for warranty claim of boat earphones bassheads 100 black on 13th july and my product was picked up on 15th july from my address and after that even after one month of pickup of product my replacement product is not delivered to me till now. Ticket status is showing replacement product issued on 31st july but there is no tracking or nothing else to know when my product will be delivered to me. There has been a lot of problems due to this in my daily study routine because of this. So i request you to take appropriate action and get my replacement product delivered to me as soon as possible.                     So here is my brief detail of my issue which i am facing from since june ending. So on 23rd june i register my complain of boat rockerz 400 headphone and on 24th june my pickup generated. On july 1st my product successfully recieved at their service centre. On july 7 a replacement issued to my product. On july 11 when i checked status it shows replacement product dispatching soon. Since 11 june its being more than a month and my product didn't dispatch. And suprisingly customer service is also worst as replacement service. The customer service staff disconnect the call in middle of conversation. And it took 10 to 15 min to have a call form customer service since it have a long waiting list. My ticket number is 1212358. Please help me as soon as possible as i have so many boat product like neckband and soundbar. So i hope boat don't want to lose a regular customer. Peace.

                        I have returned that faulty product which is in warranty period. Its been one month till i return the product. They will show that replacement product dispatching soon from 24th of july and no further updates till 24th of july.

                            My ticket number is 1264687
                            I have claimed warranty for my product on 8th july 2020..
                            The warranty approved on 10th july 2020..
                            On the next day a boy from xpressbees came and picked up the product
                            On 25th july 2020 the product received at service centre..
                            On 28th july replacement product was issued and now from that day the status is showing "replacement product dispatching soon"
                            It's now 13th august ...no change in the ticket status and I couldn't connect to boat customer care...
                            Can you please resolve the problem as soon as possible?????

                                I had registered a complaint on 29th july 2020, regarding the replacement and return of my earphone whose one side and mic are not working, and the item is within the warranty period.

                                On 11th aug 2020, it's showing the item is out for delivery and whhhandover, however i have not received my product, even the status is showing as "delivered".

                                Please, describe the issue and kindly deliver the product as soon as possible.

                                  I registered the complaint to get my Boat Stone 650 speaker repaired almost 2 months back. It was picked up from my house within 2 days. It has been 2 MONTHS since then and I haven't recieved any updates. I tried tracking the product but all I got to see was terms like 'Whhandover' and 'DTO' and no updates post that. I sent numerous messages on my complaint ticket portal but haven't received any updates till now.
                                  Will I ever get my speakers back?
                                  THIS IS UTMOST POOR SERVICE BY BOAT. UNBELIEVABLE.

                                    When I bought this product the volume of this product was full but now when a bout fortnight is a past the volume of it has reduced to about half or less than half. I have all the bills and received on the day of delivery. I received this product on 13 July 2020 and have ordered it on 8 July 2020. The product is also having one year warranty.

                                      My boat rockerz 400 was not working properly. It was in warranty so I decided to register a complaint.
                                      I registered my complaint on 1st august and a person came and picked it on the 4th of August. It was written in tracking details that I will get my headset back by the 9th of August, but I didn't get that day. I thought that it may be because of COVID-19, and left it. But when I checked the delivery status after a few days, it was written that the product has been delivered, but I haven't received it. I didn't even get the message that the product has been delivered because before any delivery it is notified to the customer that you will get your product delivered today but I didn't seven received that message.

                                      So, it is a request to please check it. I called on customer care number but I did not get any reply and on mail also I got the ticket number issued but no response has been given on it.

                                      Please help me out. I want my product back.
