I had purchased a new earphone(Boat bassheads 100 black of boat brand from amazon (Amazon.in) with warranty of 1year. After a usage during which the period to return in amazon is completed, one side not working.
I raised a complaint (Complaint ticket number [#1232599 many time with the boat brand selling in india with name

And have been sending emails and calling but they did not receive any call since then, but they are not responding and are not taking any action either.
After 2 months replacement product is not delivered, i got awb no.but site shows no data found .
I am unable to contact customer
Please help me get a replacement or a refund.

Complaint marked as Resolved I had raised the ticket 1232599 no. due to malfunctioning that comes under warranty. My product was picked up on 1 june and there was a last update that on 14th July that replacement product issued after that there is no further update regarding my product till now.
My AWB no is 2385120155522, but site shows no data found.
I had tried to call on customer care number several times (Approx 50 to 60) but on one had picked up tha call even a single time alternatively i had written mails to them but there is no response regarding my product they just say call to our customer care number. I had heard that several of consumers of boat are facing the same problem. I can say that the boat has the worst after sale service and worst support staff i have ever seen in my life. They are just fooling there customer.
Please help me get a replacement or a refund.
