Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 01 August 2020 after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.
I had registered complaint on 18 July 2020 with a ticket number 1301507. The product was collected from me on 22nd July and the service center received on 28nd July, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 01 August the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
Till now i didn't receive my product,
I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

Complaint marked as Resolved Replacement product issued written on boAt website and they said product dispatching soon. But even after 2 weeks I didn't receive my product. They didn't reply my email and calls
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
