I claimed warranty in june for my earphones. The website shows the status as my replacement product has been issued. This was on 8th july. Till date it hasn't reached me. They don't respond to mails, phone calls, nothing.
I just want to know when am i gonna receive my product.

    I have ordered boat airdopes 411 (Order no.- 32459) on 04/08/2020. Till date order not delivered to me. Due to some emergency circumstances, i want cancel the order as there is change in delivery address. I am not available at the delivery address mentioned at the time of order.

    Several time i have mailed to boat help desk but not getting any positive response from boat team and customer care number not getting connected.

    Need help in this regard. Cancel my order - 3249 and refund my deducted amount to my original payment mode.

      Its been more than 25 days but still haven't got my earphone back after the product was told that it would be replaced and till now there's no update or notification regarding my earphone so i would really appreciate if it would be much more faster and try to deliver it as soon as possible because its too late to be honest and i hope this service will improve...

        It's pethetic seriously what is whhandover and dto. U hv problems with your customer service and then it had been 15 days where is my earphones. To whom i should complaint. Ur services sucks. Mailed uhh nearly 10 times plss return my earphones. We as a customer have right to know about our product right.

          Hi, you have marked my complaint as resolved, but how could you do so, because there has been no update from boat side, boat is a fraud company that is my conclusion now, it has been more than 2.5 months since my product has reached you, since then there has been no update of it.My ticket number is 1128813, boat is a fraud company.

            I filed a complaint on July 20, 2020 for the issue of flat sound(no bass) with a boat stone grenade bluethooth speaker. The product was collected by the company and a replacement unit was issued on August 1, 2020 but it's still not dispatched. I've tried contacting via email and telephone but they do neither reply the mails nor attend the calls. I've also tried connecting via social media. I just want an update on the situation as to why there is a delay in dispatchment and when the said unit will be dispached.

              I have applied for a warranty replacement for my boAt BassHeads 100 in-Ear Wired Earphones with Super Extra Bass, in-line Mic, Hawk Inspired Design and Perfect Length Cable (Furious Red) due to the problem of Mic which didn't work and the left ear piece also didn't properly work. Hence, I registered my complaint on 10th July and my ticket number is 1272198. My earphones were picked up for service and replacement on July 13th. And I tracked my earphones till it reached your Mumbai headquarters after delay due to lockdown restrictions. Kindly update me about the product status. I tried calling the customer care phone number and emailing too but no replies. So, let me know soon please. It's been 24 days without any sort of communication from the company's side.

The product was collected by the company and a replacement unit was issued not july 14, 2020 but it's still not dispatched. Its been almost 5th august but the product whether reached to company or not is not shown and whether it is repaired or not.                     This letter is to inform you that our product boat rockerz 380 was sent for replacement ticket number 1265133 and was shipped by xpressbees
                    Has not been received
                    The pickup was on 11 july and it has been a month since we have not received it
                    Imagine marketing having only one customer service number and they are not answering any calls on that number, no reply to mails.
                    If the company continues to fail i am afraid that i have to contact consumer protection right agency for the same.

                            One side of boat rockerz earphones was not working. So i claimed warranty on 18th july and they picked my product on 20th july and it has been 17 days. They have given a ticket number 1300638. The status is showing whhandover. What does that mean and when can i expect my product back?

                                I bought my airdopes 2 months back and after a month right side stopped working and left side produce murmer i placed a warrenty claim and was confimed by boat and my ticket no. Was 1286961. Now it is almost a month since my product was taken fornrepain and on 28th july 2020 its is shown that my product was replaced and will be issued soon as of today it is 6th august and no further msg from the team and no reply to mail. I hope i recieve my product faster.

                                    Hello,
                                    My boat Airdopes 411v2 wasn't working properly. It's right side Airdope is the main unit which looses it's charging within 4 minutes. You can hardly hear a song with right side Airdope then it gets disconnected as it's battery gets drained within 5 minutes.
                                    My Airdopes has been picked up within 3 days after I have raised a complaint on the boat site. Now it has been delivered to the service centre but there's no update since it got delivered to the service centre. I'm unable to know the status of my product. Please inform my status of my boat Airdopes 411v2 as soon as possible.my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
