Since my order is taking a hell lot of time to be delivered I want to cancel my order and I have tried mailing and called the customer care but the call is not being picked up neither the mail was responding I'm really disappointed with the boat and lifestyle company's carelessness towards their customer. And lastly I was trying to verify myself as a buyer but no otp was generated

i ordered bluetooth earphones and pre paid the amount through upi still havent got my refund what can i do

        I have called so many times to boat customer service but they didn't take any call. I book bass head 103 black color on July 11 . They said they will place my product within 7 days but after month shipment not yet dispatch and they are giving new dates of delivery. I want my money back it's 399 pls help me

          I had requested a replace of my earphones and it got picked up on 29th july, 2020 and it has been over 13 days i have not received my order back. At the xpressbees it is showing whhandover.. Please resolve it soon

            My ticket no is 1162687. I had problem in my boat Rockerz earphone 255 and wanted to claim warranty. As per the company's policy and procedure, my product was picked by xpressbee courier partner on 16th of june itself but there is no update from the imagine marketing private limited. It was supposed to come back within 7-10 working days, but i have not received yet. The customer care number as well as the email support care of the company is not responding to any calls or messages.

              Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 01 August 2020 after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

              I had registered complaint on 18 July 2020 with a ticket number 1301507. The product was collected from me on 22nd July and the service center received on 28nd July, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 01 August the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
              Till now i didn't receive my product,
              I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

                One side of earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 27th July 2020 and product is picked on 31st July 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover .Now it's 12th August 2020, its been more than 12 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                Please help here i want my earphone as early as possible...

                  My boat 220 earphones was not working properly. So i issued complaint on 25 july and picked up next day. Today 12 august but service center not replying to emails or calls.

                    This is the second time I m complaining about the product. It has said replacement product issued 3 times every day. There is nothing done till now. You are just issuing product. It's been more than 20 days now I want my product in working condition. Please send it as soon as possible. See the screenshot .

                      Hello,
                      I registered a complaint regarding two faulty products on 30 may 2020.
                      And been 2 months since they were shipped successful to them. But still no response from boat side.
                      The tickets of these two products (Mini usb charging cable and baseheads 152 are :
                      1136550.

                      I tried calling them but the number they listed on website, doesn't work. Also tried mailing them still no help.
                      It's been so frustrating seeing this customer support. I have purchased many products from them. It's disheartening to see this.
                      Pls help as soon as possible.

                          I had lodged a complaint against boat on this forum on 5th aug and on 6th aug i got a mail saying your issue has been received we will get back to you within 48 hours since then i have given two complaints on the imagine marketing website (Which handles all the warranty claims) there still hasn't been any response and their customer care number is always busy the boat website is showing the same status everyday they also dont reply to any mails

                                  I have sent boat airdopes 201 to service centre, after 20 days it is showing replacement product issued but i have not received anything till date.
                                  My ticket number is 1314830.
                                  Please look into the matter.

                                  I cannnot reach to customer care as it is busy all the times and customer care is not replying to my emails also.

                                    I had purchased boat rockerz 255 last october. I was experiencing low sound issue and as it was under warranty so i registered the complaint on 21-may 2020.
                                    It was picked up on 28th or 29-may-2020.
                                    That was the last time i heard from them. I have written several emails to them but didn't get any reply from their side.
                                    I again wrote to their given email ids a week before, again to my dismay got no reply.
                                    I was patient coz of the on-going lockdown situation, but it's literally been more than 3 months! And i haven't even got any response from their side. Nor have they updated anything on the status tracker. (Ticket number 1112783.)

                                    That's just wasn't expected. Very bad and unresponsive customer care service.

                                    Still no response from them at all. It feels so frustrating. After-sale services need to improved.

                                      I have sent my bluetooth speaker to boat or imagine marketing for the purpose of warranty claiming. They have approved the product and they issued replacement product but its been a month i didn't recieve the produt back yet. Many times i have tried to contact them by customer care number and through mail. And they are not even ready to pick the call and if i ask them about the product the will cut the phone
                                      If i mail them always they answer in same way. I think they are doing auto answering and they are not reading the mail properly
                                      This is what happening in 1 month
                                      I think they are trying to steal the product or misusing the product of the consumer
                                      This is their customer service..

                                      So kindly please return my product and give accurate reply
