I have purchased the boat bassheads 152 wired earphones in the month of june 2020 and after 15 days one side of the earphone stopped working. The situation has become annoying as i am not getting service centre support every time i called they said the product is not available to them.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide replacement of the same.

    I had problem with my boat airdopes 201 so i had complaint Registerd on 16th of july. the courier person had pickup the product on 17th of july.after 15 days i, e 28th july. they still didnt updated any info regarding the issue later on i called the customer care then the replacement product was issued they had said it may take a week to reach to me.now its been more than 12 days still haven't heard from them. tried calling the customer care yet no1 responds. even mailed to the company yet no reply. worst aftersale service

      On june 06, 2020 i submitted a request to replace my boat rockers 255 (Black) earphone/neckband (Because one side not working). Then recived mail from imagine marketing & it is aprroved. Next a delivery boy from courier delhivery picked up my product. On 1 july boat received my product and mailed me that we have successfully received your unit at our service location & your unit has been forwarded to our service team. On 11 july i got mail we have successfully received your complaint and we are replacing your product.
      Your product has been dispatched via tracking number. After reached destination city it returned. Iam not requested to return without my confirmation product returned to seller on 5 august 2020. But today is 10 august. Still not dispatching. When i shall receive my product? My ticket number is 1155661.

        On 27 july 2020 i submitted a request to replace my boat bass heads 100. On next day 28july it is aprroved. Next day a delivery boy from courier delhivery picked up my product. On 5 august boat received my product and mailed me that the replacement product is dispatching soon. But today is 10 august. Still not dispatching. When i shall receive my product? My ticket number is 1333103.

            I have ordered boat 650 speakers on dt[protected] by official boat website. I have done payment through bhim upi. My payment amount was deducted from my bank account which is inr 1499. But after that i did not received any order confirmation message from boat officials.
            Now i am suffering so much much. I tried to call different different boat customer support contact numbers but i am not getting any feedback.

              I have ordered my bassheads 225 earphones on july 25th for 549rs and i paid it through upi (Gpay). Today, that is aug 10th and still i did not receive my earphones and neither don't know when will it arrive nor any information from the supplier for the delay in delivery. So, please let me know when will i receive my earphones as soon as possible.!

                  I return my boat 225 its one side not working they picked my return product from july 24th and july 30th received the product to the hub 2 days tested then issued replacement dispatching soon till noe i didnt get any updates so many times i send a query to our mail but not responded my ticket no: 1308625

                      Boat earphones were given for repair/replacement under warranty but there is no update after issuing replacement for the product.
                      Neither they are answering mail nor there customer care number is reachable.
                      All the date wise details are attached.
                      Its been more than 10 days after the issuing of replacement now.

                      Boat should either tell me what are the updates or should provide me with a full refund.
                      boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      It's been more than 48 hours after filing a complaint here and still I haven't recieved any update on my product from Boat.

                        I have raised complaint in boat website regarding my ear phones not working on[protected] and on june 2nd pickup was done and whhandoverd on 18th june but it's showing pickup generated for servicing and replacement i tried calling to customer care but no response

                          I raised a complaint with boat on jul14, 2020 for my bassheads which stopped working and it was pickedup by them on jul16, 2020. As you can clearly see in the screenshot that it got delivered to them on aug1, 2020 & by aug 4th they had updated as replacement product issued but till now (Its been almost a week) i didn't get any updates from their side regarding shipment.

                            Not answering calls, Not dispatching earphone while replacement issued under warranty period

                            I've registered a warranty complain on 26 july 2020, in which left side of earphone wasn't working. whose service ticket number is 1335623...

                            complain was approved on 28th of the july. on 29th of july a boy from delhivery picked up my earphone. on 5th of the august Product successfully received at service centre and was in testing phase. on the same day warranty was approved and replacement was issued. and it's 8th of the august....

                                I complaint about my boat bassheads 172 wired headset on 23th july 2020 and, it got approved on 24th july.

                                And on the other day 1 guy from delhivery took my headset.

                                1st of august i got an update from boat that they got my earphones and is in testing phase

                                On 4th august i got another two updates that a replacement earphones are issued and will be dispatching soon

                                Today is 9th august and i didn't received any updates on dispatching or any kind of delay in delivery.

                                I want my earphones its very urgent

                                      I had claimed for my earphone. His left-side air phone was faulty. Then i sent my year phone boat service center on 28 july.

                                      Today is august 9, it has been 13 days. My product has not returned yet.

                                      There is no update yet after the replacement product issued was announced on august 5.
