I had purchased boat rockerz 255 last october. I was experiencing low sound issue and as it was under warranty so i registered the complaint on 21-may 2020.
It was picked up on 28th or 29-may-2020.
That was the last time i heard from them. I have written several emails to them but didn't get any reply from their side.
I again wrote to their given email ids a week before, again to my dismay got no reply.
I was patient coz of the on-going lockdown situation, but it's literally been more than 3 months! And i haven't even got any response from their side. Nor have they updated anything on the status tracker. (Ticket number 1112783.)

That's just wasn't expected. Very bad and unresponsive customer care service.

Still no response from them at all. It feels so frustrating. After-sale services need to improved.

    I have sent my bluetooth speaker to boat or imagine marketing for the purpose of warranty claiming. They have approved the product and they issued replacement product but its been a month i didn't recieve the produt back yet. Many times i have tried to contact them by customer care number and through mail. And they are not even ready to pick the call and if i ask them about the product the will cut the phone
    If i mail them always they answer in same way. I think they are doing auto answering and they are not reading the mail properly
    This is what happening in 1 month
    I think they are trying to steal the product or misusing the product of the consumer
    This is their customer service..

    So kindly please return my product and give accurate reply

      I've ordered these boat airdopes in jan 20 and it was working quite well, but suddenly the earphones are not charging when i put them back in the case.
      Also, the earphone is not working.

        Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 1 august 2020 after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

        I had registered complaint on 20 july 2020 with a ticket number 1306729. The product was collected from me on 21 july 2020 and the service center received on 30 july. When i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 1st august the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
        Till now i didn't receive my product,
        I called service center so many times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

          One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 27 july 2020 and product is picked on 29 july 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover (5.22 pm) 11 aug 2020’ still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

          Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

              My headphones boat rockerz 510 aux connectivity stopped working within 8 months so like the normal procedure i registered the complaint and patiently waited for the revert, but after

              20 days i had to write a mail since there was no update.
              Mail i wrote-
              What the hell guys?
              First you people take 20 days to send a replacement and send me a defective item which is the rejected ones.
              Attaching the screenshots of what i got after 20 days of patience. I wrote that the replacement product which has been delivered to me is in a very poor condition and

              Nor does it provide any comfort as it's cushioning is totally damaged and whole of the body is scratched up. This is a shameful act from a company with such

              Reputation. My concern with the headphones i bought was for the aux connectivity and not to get a product in much worse condition. Post 20 days of this process, it is

              Unsatisfactory. Also the original color of the product was orange which is a must retrieval for me.
              If you people don't have fresh ones why don't you refund my money back. I spent 1500 on this earphones and i suppose i did a terrible mistake of buying this.

              Need immediate action or i am taking this matter to consumer court no matter what happens. I will make sure to take action against this.
              This is how the company operates sending a defective piece as a replacement?
              You will lose business because of this.
              Terrible way of losing loyal customers.
              I have boat stone speakers, boat stone 260 and i used to recommend boat to everyone in my family.
              But i'm writing this out of frustration because this was my sister first product and she told me not to trust such brands for her. Utterly disappointed!

              Terrible terrible mistake.
              This time again after take 35 days send me a defective item with different color. So i went talk about it with the customer care

              Nobody picks the call from customer care nobody replies to mail are you people fooling the customers.
              I purchased the product for 1.5 thousand and i am not letting go this easily.
              Your customer care executive promised me to get the product replaced. Cheating the loyal and old customers by first sending defective products and then not responding

              To the clients. It's been a month my headphones boat rockerz 510 are not even returned.
              Today, after tying 25-30 attempt i connected a call from customer care and i explained the problem to them detail. But provide no solution he cut the call.

              Note :-now now i am very upset everyday i call on customer care for this no one pick up i want my money back.

                I sent my earphone (Basshead 103) for warranty. And it got approved for replacement but they sent me wrong model. They sent me a cheap earphone instead of my original model. Please help me get my original model i. E basshead 103 earphones.

                      I have purchased the boat bassheads 152 wired earphones in the month of june 2020 and after 15 days one side of the earphone stopped working. The situation has become annoying as i am not getting service centre support every time i called they said the product is not available to them.

                      I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide replacement of the same.

                        I had problem with my boat airdopes 201 so i had complaint Registerd on 16th of july. the courier person had pickup the product on 17th of july.after 15 days i, e 28th july. they still didnt updated any info regarding the issue later on i called the customer care then the replacement product was issued they had said it may take a week to reach to me.now its been more than 12 days still haven't heard from them. tried calling the customer care yet no1 responds. even mailed to the company yet no reply. worst aftersale service

                          On june 06, 2020 i submitted a request to replace my boat rockers 255 (Black) earphone/neckband (Because one side not working). Then recived mail from imagine marketing & it is aprroved. Next a delivery boy from courier delhivery picked up my product. On 1 july boat received my product and mailed me that we have successfully received your unit at our service location & your unit has been forwarded to our service team. On 11 july i got mail we have successfully received your complaint and we are replacing your product.
                          Your product has been dispatched via tracking number. After reached destination city it returned. Iam not requested to return without my confirmation product returned to seller on 5 august 2020. But today is 10 august. Still not dispatching. When i shall receive my product? My ticket number is 1155661.

                            On 27 july 2020 i submitted a request to replace my boat bass heads 100. On next day 28july it is aprroved. Next day a delivery boy from courier delhivery picked up my product. On 5 august boat received my product and mailed me that the replacement product is dispatching soon. But today is 10 august. Still not dispatching. When i shall receive my product? My ticket number is 1333103.

                                I have ordered boat 650 speakers on dt[protected] by official boat website. I have done payment through bhim upi. My payment amount was deducted from my bank account which is inr 1499. But after that i did not received any order confirmation message from boat officials.

Today, that is aug 10th and still i did not receive my earphones and neither don't know when will it arrive nor any information from the supplier for the delay in delivery.                                       I return my boat 225 its one side not working they picked my return product from july 24th and july 30th received the product to the hub 2 days tested then issued replacement dispatching soon till noe i didnt get any updates so many times i send a query to our mail but not responded my ticket no: 1308625
