Shipment not dispatched.

I have sent my earphone (Bassheads 103 red) for warranty and the replacement was issued on 8th july 2020. But it is still showing "item dispatching soon". I tried their customer service but they did not reply to me nor they picked up the phone.
My complaint ticket number is 1227486....

No replacement for 45 days

Please provide my boat rockerz bluetooth earphones my ticket number is1202831. It's been 45days still i didn't my product back.
Kindly let me wats wrong with boat company or service center.
No one will believe to take further.

Boat service care is a scammer, i have filed complaint about my warrenty issue in april, and they took my product in 2 days through courier in april 14. But it is now july and they are not giving me any mail or returning my product. Boat service is totaly scam, i am going to file fir against boat company, they are the scammer. They are looting the people....

Boat replacement not delivered yet

Boat rockerz headphone charging slot have to repair. I have sent for repair or replacement in warranty period. I sent on 22july and on 26 july it is showing whhandvor and delivered. But didn't get my product yet.

Help me out to resolve....

Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 8th july 2020 after that didnt get any update. I mailed and didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

It's been more than a month i have filed warranty for the product on june 24 2020 and after 1-2 days their reverse degree takes place and latest i was updated on 7th july that "the replacement product issued" and after that i haven't received any information about my product till now(26 july/20) and their customer care representative even did not receive the call anytime, i have done 100 of calls to them but they didn't reply any of them......

bluetooth headset is not working

I bought this product in sep 2019
But one of this head piece is not working since december even in that situation also i have used this bluetooth but after 3months this bluetooth is not working so i have switched off and opened now, bluetooth is connecting and also sensor light is reflecting but headsets are not working.....

Few months back my headphones got damaged and i applied for a replacement for the damaged product on 30th april.in the website page when i track my complaint, it is showing that replacement product is issued, and will be dispatched soon, this is on 8th july. But after that i haven't received any update regarding the dispatch. Please dispatch my replacement product as soon as possible, because its been already so many months i have lodged...

Extremely dissatisfied with the service of boat lifestyle. I had given a product for replacement as it is in under warranty on last month, but still its about an month they never had replaced my product as well as i tried many times to contact their costumer care number but the number always said invalid. Too i had written many males to company but they haven't replied any single male.
