One side of my boat wireless airdopes 441 were not working so i registered a complaint with boat, their delivery partner xpress bees picked up the faulty piece on 23rd july it still hasnt been delivered its been 15 days and the customer care number is always busy

They had reached out to me 5 days regarding ago but still haven't issued any replacement or for that matter anything

    I would like to hereby inform you that i had raised a replacement request for my boat bassheads 100 on 25th of july. Later on 27th of july my product pickup was generated for servicing and replacement. Its been almost 5th august but the product whether reached to company or not is not shown and whether it is repaired or not. The replaced or previous product is not yet delivered at the given address, neither i received any call from any of the executive regarding the delivery neither it is shown on boat official support site.

      One side of boat rockerz earphones was not working. So i claimed warranty on 18th july and they picked my product on 20th july and it has been 17 days. They have given a ticket number 1300638. The status is showing whhandover. What does that mean and when can i expect my product back?

          I bought my airdopes 2 months back and after a month right side stopped working and left side produce murmer i placed a warrenty claim and was confimed by boat and my ticket no. Was 1286961. Now it is almost a month since my product was taken fornrepain and on 28th july 2020 its is shown that my product was replaced and will be issued soon as of today it is 6th august and no further msg from the team and no reply to mail. I hope i recieve my product faster.

              Hello,
              My boat Airdopes 411v2 wasn't working properly. It's right side Airdope is the main unit which looses it's charging within 4 minutes. You can hardly hear a song with right side Airdope then it gets disconnected as it's battery gets drained within 5 minutes.
              My Airdopes has been picked up within 3 days after I have raised a complaint on the boat site. Now it has been delivered to the service centre but there's no update since it got delivered to the service centre. I'm unable to know the status of my product. Please inform my status of my boat Airdopes 411v2 as soon as possible.my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                I registered the complaint for my product - boAt rugged v3 cable (black) on 7th-july-2020

                And the last update that they gave was "replacement product dispatching soon" on 21st-july
                And now today is 5th aug

                I have been emailing them, texting them, calling them .. but there was NO response - not a single word.

                Now the consumer court was the only option left for me ..to complaint

                Please help me out 🙏 i am just so frustrated

It has almost been 30 days i have given my product but no product status given by them nor returned my product. And wile checking online i got to know that replacement has been issues on aug 1 but til now i did not got any updates regarding it even after mailing them and calling... It's is the worst experience till date with boat

                          The left earphone piece of my boat rockerz 255 black bluetooth earphones isn't working. I purchased the earphones on 14 november 2019 and it's still covered in the warranty.
