My ticket number is 1271475. Name - vidhi bhavsar. I have already complaint about my product and given my product to boat service centre. It has almost been 30 days i have given my product but no product status given by them nor returned my product. I request them to kindly give my product and reply on to my mails and let me know the status of my product. The customer care number is also not reachable. Kindly let me know. Please do the needful.

    I have a boat rockerz earphones which was not working and was in warrenty period so i registered a complaint. And wile checking online i got to know that replacement has been issues on aug 1 but til now i did not got any updates regarding it even after mailing them and calling... It's is the worst experience till date with boat

      The left earphone piece of my boat rockerz 255 black bluetooth earphones isn't working. I purchased the earphones on 14 november 2019 and it's still covered in the warranty.
      I tried email and filing a complaint on warranty claims site but it's still pending. Kindly help out and replace it with a new set.

        The enclosed boat rockerz 255 bluetooth headset which i purchased on (Amazon) october -17, 2019 is one side speaker not working properly. As it is still covered by the original manufacturer warranty. I requested that u repair or replace it. My sales invoice & warranty number are enclosed. Please ship the repaired or replaced iteam to me at the address on this letterhead.

          Please initiate the replacement of the same as one side (R) of the headset is not working.

            I register a complaint for the boat rockerzz 255 on 7 july and product was picked up on 10th july and deliver at service center on 16th july but still i did'nt receive any replacement and the status of the complaint is still not updated and showing just to track the package and above all i tried to communicate via call and mail as well but there is also no reply.

                I complaint on 8 june my product name boat rockerz 275v2 after two months I received product boat rockerz 274v2 in bad condition and use glue on product I think repair product send me but boat approved me a new product.

                  I would like to hereby inform you that i had raised a replacement request for my Boat Rockerz 255 on 5th of June. Later on 10th of June my product pickup was generated for servicing and replacement. Its been almost 2 months but the repaired or replaced product is not yet delivered at the given address, neither i received any call from any of the executive regarding the delivery.

                      Boat rockerz bluetooth earphones 255f is not working properly.. One can hear the voice during calls, but next person is unable to perceive voice coming via bluetooth.
                      It was purchased approximately 2 months ago, worked well for 1.5 months only

                              Within 2 months o[censored]sing the branded earphone (Boat) i found some technical problems in it and that is, whenever i am using the earphones the volume suddenly rises and then get muted off so please recover it with the new one or recover my money, i have all the documents (Warranty) with me. Please do it as soon as possible.

                                I complaint about my boat bassheads 100 on 12th july 2020 and, it got approved on 14th july.

                                And on the other day 1 guy from delhiverytook my headset.

                                21st of july i got an update from boat that they got my earphones and is in testing phase

                                On 25th july i got another two updates that a replacement earphones are issued and will be dispatching soon

                                Today is 4th august and i din't received any updates on dispatching or any kind of delay in delivery.

                                I want my earphones its very urgent

                                  My ticket no is 1030555. It has been now 4 months since i returned the product and i haven't received boat bluetooth headset yet. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from the company. They received my product on 16th of aug and on 20th of june i got an update that product left service center and picked up by courier partner and while tracking the courier partner updates as not picked on 11th of june. The company is just fooling around its customers. I had tried calling on helpline number but they never connect the call. I ve tried for more than 100 times. Also mailed them and they said that they had received a stock of boat 255f which they will dispatch in a week and after that week they are not even replying to the mails. Im just sick of the after sale service of boat. Most of the customers are facing this issue. Kindly help

                                    I had bought boat airdopes 171 wireless earbuds but after one week my product started to develop problem regarding charging. Both of them would not charge together and one being discharged at time o[censored]se. So i filed in the form and it got approved. Since this product was only replaceable and reparable from mumbai center, i understood that it was gonna take a little bit time. But i never expected such unprofessional behavior from the company.
                                    Over last few days i've lost the count of number of times i have mailed them and called them and nobody picks up at their call center. This has wasted a lot of my time. I want my product back in working condition as soon as possible.
