I was trying to order boat earphones of 1999 through the boat company site on 4th september 2022, during the payment using my mobikwik upi, the transaction got failed, but the money was debited from my account. It has been 23 days but the refund has not been received yet. Kindly initiate the refund as soon as possible.

    I have retured the product to boat and it has reached their warehouse bilaspur-hr.

    Due to some error on their end ivr giving me msg that product pickup was cancelled. I emailed all the screenshots on [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com but they are not responding. It more than 7 days.

    Please help me getting refund.

      I made payment of 1299 for boat airdopes 131 on july 19, 2022 but i dont get any order details now more than three months to that payment i didnt get any refund also i have put many complaints to their support page but didnt get response please i want refund and immediate action to this complaint

        Madarchod blood bull ### company.They need only money to ### the CUSTOMERs, without CUSTOMER satisfaction then y business is running can go to red light area and wear bangles, saree spread the leafs widely. And my point is 3 months ago I have ordered a boat airdopes 641 but product is not working I kept replacement the received product is boat airdopes 621 bloody ###ing company send me again default product.No CUSTOMER executives are going to do their job perfectly.

            The quality of headphones are not good and since it was in waranty, i asked them to replace. But they rejected saying defective product cannot be claimed in waranty. But the defective was not happened with any fall, it's automatically broken from one side. They already have so many similar issue raised. But instead of exchange and improving product quality they rejecting. Is your company is a fraud.

              Hi,
              I purchased Boat Rockerz 235 v2 black and it is still under warrenty. But due to regular use, its wire coating becomes broken.. I think it is due to poor quality of manifacuring.
              My friends boat headset have same issue..
              Some days ago my headset's mike not working properly and i sent my product to warrenty purpose. My ticket number is 24561716. But they said that under physical verification check my claim had been rejected..

              My doubt is.. Due to regular use my headset's wire coating (connecting to ear bud) is broken.. Not the wire.only it's black coating. i can hear clear voice.. There is no issue in voice..
              . My headset's issue is mike problem..when i call anyone. They can't hear my voice properly. This is my headset's problem..

              My headset js under warrenty period.. But boat is not claim my warrenty..
              I want justice.

                Technology- ASAP Charge & Upto 20H Playback (Spirit Lime) from nyka on 16th of September & the right earpod was not working i.e noise was not coming from it i raised a complaint over ther they told me to to complaint over here as it comes in boat's 1 year warranty kindly do the needful for the same

                      On 1 nov 2021 bought boat rockerz 255 from Amazon
                      neckband is totally switched off in between warranty period.
                      On 30 th aug 2022 submitted the invoice and neckband in service center but company constantly said invoice is invalidated. Why?
                      They said my neckband was replace in 15 days. I didn't get my replace product. Please replace my product as soon as possible.

                          Purchased Boat wave lite smart watch by Amazon on 1 Jul 2022 in Rs. 1799.00
                          After few days watch display start malfunctioning, Reported to Boat Service Center in Santacruz West- Mumbai,
                          They took the watch for repair on 17 August 2022 and till date no update about repair and When we called for updates they simply said that collect the watch and complaint through online link after keeping almost for one month. Watch still available with service center and it is not ready after many follow-ups and poor response from service center.

                          They provided Job order number : RVSRNLP[protected] Watch Call.

                              Hi boat team,

                              I am writing this email for the third time to convey my worst experience with boat.

                              I have purchased the boAt Airdopes 141 - Cider Cyan (Beast ENX Mode) on 05/05/2022.


                              My airdopes stopped working so i raised the warranty claim(Ticket no:[protected] to replace the product.

                              And I gave my boAt Airdopes 141 - Cider Cyan (Beast ENX Mode) to the pickup boy for warranty claim.

                              But in my warranty claim physical report they reject my product & saying I have sent the wrong product .And image of product in report is not mine. And this wrong product also got delivered to me.


                              I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority.
