I had ordered bluetooth speakers from Boat in november 2021, working smoothly for about 6 months, now they are not getting charged. I have tried everything, even the cable that came with the speakers is not working on it. I want an exchange....

Money was deducted from the Google Pay UPI but no order conformation was received. Complaint has also been placed with GPay which has further suggested to contact the merchant. The money was credited to Imagine Marketing Pvt Ltd by the QR code provided on Boat Website. Was not able to find a way to contact boat on the same due to the lack of availability of customer service. The money was deducted on 22 August 2022 around 12:30 pm....

Boat company are cheater and fraud...

I ordered the product on 7 Aug but still did not get the product they told me that I would get it on 17 Aug but still, I did not get it, and I can not call them and can not track it. they block me on call and do not give me any response....

Display issue. Not working from day 1....

The payment for the order has been deducted from my account, but no order details have been received .
i didn't receive any kind of confirmation email from the boAt .
Please refund my money ASAP so that i can place order for the same .

I was complaint twice in six month and boat technician changed the PCB but still am facing same issues...

I face a new problem yesterday, some one called me and he said that, 'l am calling from boat, we refund your money, and i send app link download it'
I have been shocked, because that app is TEAM VIEWER app. If i have downloaded it,
He would be controlled my mobile and accessed my personal data.
So, be aware and don't download link....

Order placed on 19/08/2022 time 21:21 for boAt Airdopes 131 PRO.
In the payment i used send link to mobile number
payed from the mobile with gpay
the amount got deducted but the order was not confirmed.

please resolve this as soon as possible....

I have complained on 25th July 2022 to replace my defective earphones in warranty period whose complaint number is 22734287 and another complaint on 12th August 2022 whose complaint number is 23368906 and repeated failed attempts by courier partner for replacement. My boat product is boat airbuds 121v2.it is in the warranty period so there was a problem in one piece but it was not damaged that i am sure.i have given product on boat warranty replacement on 16 august and after 3 days they told me that my claim is rejected due to damage.it is against good company policy so kindly do look into the matter otherwise i will have to redress my grievance to other platforms....

I ordered boat rockerz 330 anc neck band on 9th august - order ID : 2569650, and mobile number [protected], but the web site still show activity as packed there is no further details, and the shipment company show order is under processing - AWB Assigned. I can't even contact any customer service to know the delivery date. Flipkart would have been better as it would have delivered in just 2 days. Please allow us to cancel the order. Or deliver...
