      Product to be delivered on next day, but everyday status shows Out for delivery and end of the day status changed to Customer not reachable, when I was very reachable, waited for whole Sunday cancelled my plans just for this one order, but never reached to me, since from then everyday status starts with Out for delivery and end of the day, status changed to Customer Not Reachable. It's almost 6th day, now status has changed to RTO - Transit. For past 6 days, I haven't received single phone call from the delivery team, I request for the proof of their dialed numbers, still they couldn't produce, since it was a naked lie for their inability to delivery. After me sending the mails to Company CEO, marketing and shipping team, I've received call from customer care stating that they couldn't deliver because of rain, when it was just couple of hours in Bangalore, became an excuse for non-delivery. Though it was a small amount, still the pain and stress, I undergone because of their baseless excuse of blaming customer. I want to take legal action against the company. I don't mind even if I don't get the refund, but I want teach them a lesson.

              I ordered boat rockerz 260 v1 on 30th August from their official website and paid the amount, but there were no more conformations from them. And when i logged in with the same email id, it still shows no orders. I either want a refund or get details about my order ASAP.

                BoAt is refusing to replace the product boAt aavante soundbar 2000. The product has manufacturing defect. Its woofer (basebin) is defective, working sometimes and then stops working. Some problem is also in SOUNDBAR. Its clearly written at their website --- "The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit[protected][protected]-------

                IHAVE ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOT OF boAt POLICY PAGE

                and still boAt is refusing to replace it. They are saying its 7 days after purchase date.

                There is even no provision to talk to boAt senior. And cust care is not helpful.
                Response time is very slow. they say they will arrange a call back... but no call comes.
                PATHETIC PRODUCT... PATHETIC CUST SERVICE.

                Please make a note this is 2nd time i am facing this issue... 1st time croma company replaced the product and now i have contacted boAt and they are not replacing it.
                I ALREADY INFORMED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASING THE PRODUCT TO CROMA THAT THERE IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT.

                Please take necessary action regarding this matter.

                      Hey, I still haven't received my package which was supposed to be delivered by 29th of this month. My order number - 2656333_BBLR506981 . I request you to immediately get in contact with Kerryindev express which you have selected for courier services. I received my BOAT 255 pro+ whose delivery was 30th august and it was delivered by amazon shipping and that too on time. I still have no idea why they haven't delivered as they have received the package at PMC branch. Now they are showing that it will be delivered by 30 aug - 1 sep. But I have to travel abroad by 31 august in evening. I would have to cancel this order if it is delayed this much. That courier service is not picking up calls and no updates from your side as well.

                        I ordered Boat rockerz 255 pro+ from official website of boat with order no 2552525 on 7th August and cancelled on 8th. After few days, update was showing dispatched product. When I call customer care, they said that they have cancelled it and i will receive my refund after 5-7 working days
                        I waited but all in vain. It's been 20 days. No action is taken

                          I placed an order of Rs 1299 via the boat-lifestyle website and paid for it via UPI through Paytm at 18:07, on 30th August 2022. The amount has been deducted but the order is showing nowhere, and neither have I received any order confirmation from boAt. I have attached the screenshots of the payment with this.

                            Boat have very worst delivery service and customer service. I have ordered Boat stone 1200F, without contacting me it is declared as undelivered. It was returned to the Mumbai from Pune. Now they are saying that it will be reshipped. And the time mentioned is 5-7days.

                              On 08th August 2022 around 08:43PM, i have purchased boAt 131 PRO from the boAt official website but haven't recieved any order ID or order confirmation message etc. My UPI refrence number is[protected] and my transaction amount was Rs 1299 done through Google pay app. The screenshot showing the payment reciept is herewith attached to this complaint.
                              Already Google pay team have confirmed that the amount is received to the merchant.
                              But the boat team is saying that they have not received the amount.

                                Boat Xtend Smartwatch Glass replacement

                                The smartwatch glass cracked when my uncle fell down. So i contacted boat for paid repair. Their service center doesn't know anything. Customer care told me to go to service center which is pointless or go to some local shop and ask. Company customer care has no idea about their own product support. This is cheating. If I knew this was the case I wouldn't have purchased a boat product for my uncle, who is a senior citizen and not in a position...

                                I bought this set of headset from Flipkart and it hasn't even been 3 months that the whole button and charging part broke open on its own ... And i've been using boat for many years now and have used the wire headsets too .. they get defected within few months too, my last wired head may have been extremely lucky to be still working after 4 times of replacement though .. even the product replaced are such preposterous things they don't last for a month and there are technical issues ... It has been still okey as boat has a good "replacement" policy for which people get fooled thinking even if its costly if anything happens they'll change it back for me but this is like another tiring situation, why must a thing that have bought for thousands or maybe hundreds won't last even a year ... ? And nowadays these problems are getting extreme, now its manufacturing defects that are coming forth ... From every one or the next person ! I have a boat rugby from 3 years back and after 1 replacement that has been working great .. so please bring back the good products from years back . Thank you

                                    The merchandise stopped working abruptly. I can guarantee it's not a physical or liquid damage. However the service center said it's out of warranty so can't repair it. I placed the order on Aug 08th 2021. I have been experiencing this issue since last 2 months. I was unwell so could not report it to the service centre. Hopeless service. I will take it all over social media and will never so a business with Boat.
