It just awesome to hear music, videos
In this headphone
I just love boat headphones
For that point my opinion out of 10 is 10
But suddenly the one side of headphones get off
I don't know why bt sound not coming from one side bud
So i want to repair my headphones
So plz take my complaint and solve it

    warranty place product issue (request id 918196)

    Dear team

    In jan 2020, put a request for warranty (Request id 918196) as one side head phone was not working.. Product code wireless headphones rockers 275 blue stick cost was 2399/- after 20 days which is too delay but today i have received replace product under warranty scheme is boat rockerz 275 active black cost is 1499/-... Through imagine marketing india pvt ltd which is vendor of boat. Do you think that is this genuine...

    Dear Team

    In Jan 2020, put a request for warranty as one side head phone was not working.. product code wireless headphones Rockers 275 blue stick cost was 2399/- after 20 days which is too delay but today I have received replace product under warranty scheme is boat rockerz 275 active black cost is 1499/- ... Through imagine marketing India pvt LTD which is vendor of boat. Do you think that is this genuine transaction happened ? Moreover product which I had received is not fresh piece and bill was also not available in packet. Warranty means hope everyone know about it. Same point address company customer care but Everytime replied that your request closed means no responsibility and any action taken from company side. This is nothing just doing fake transaction to other person replace product to be adjusted in other person requirements. Old product bill of 2399/- and Warren product image with me (bill not shared with me) and demand for the same then same replied your request is closed. This is nothing just trying make a fool people.

    Maine apni complain 14 February ko ki thi or delivery boy 15 ko mere earphone le gaya tha .. .. uske baad mujhe 3 din thak update mile the 15ko or 16 ko and 17 ko uske baad koi update nhi mila. or jo estimated time tha delivery ko woh 19 February tha .

      I made a replacement request to boat and it got picked and reached the service center on 09/11/2019. According to the ticket no 744262 the last status was "replacement product issued" on 30/11/2019. Still i have not gotten my product back (05.02.2020) tried to contact the team through call and mail but no replay. They provided a way bill number[protected] on delihivery logistics but it shows "product not received from shipper"

      Please help me solve this problem its been 2 months.

        I purchased a boat avantee 2000 sound bar from vijay sales and after one week it started bluetooth connectivity problem, even after complaining numerous time i got my product exchanged and got a new one in return. First i got a lower model and had to again complaint for the same model and finally i get my same model of 2000 avantee bar. But the bluetooth connectivity problem has still not resolved, and the sound also breaks in between.

            I bought the boat rockerz 255 wireless earphones on 2nd october 2019 via amazon, which is barely four months ago. Today, the right earbud stopped working. It works only if it is at certain angles and that too barely. Since it is within the warranty period, i want a replacement. However, their 'new' warranty claim system has no way to actually register a proper warranty claim, and their 'customer care' is so useless that i have been trying to get in touch with them every day for weeks, and they neither picked it up, or got back to me.

            The subject mentioned product is in warranty, trying to contact the customer care / service center since last week, as both the customer care no. and the service center are same as per their online portal, trying to compliant online of the product but the product is not shown in their drop down menu.
            I bought this wireless boat rockerz earphones on 5th September 2019 but now it's right ear plug not working. This is in warranty period now so kindly replace this.

              I have raised a complaint already in the consumercomplaints.in that my product boat rockerzz 255 active black is not replaced with new one and was given the same old defected product as replacement unit.
              After the complaint, i got a call from boat and the product is picked up for the verification again. Now there is no replacement unit nor any further update on the same. I see that the previous complaint is marked as resolved.
              How can you update that the complaint is resolved when do not process it and have taken my old product as well. I have paid for the product and now i do not have any product with me.
              Could you please mind your customer service in the first place and process the requests genuinely. It would be appreciated if you can deliver a replacement unit asap without any delay as it has already been delayed

                I bought wired earphones online with 1 year warranty but the speaker of one bud is not working and i can only hear from one side and currently it is only 4-5 months from the time i bought them.when i tried to register a complaint they are providing me address which is very far from my home to get them repaired please find any other alternative to repair them.

                I ordered them from myntra on 2 October 2019, it isn't working properly, it doesn't operate well as a result I'm not able to hear anything through it, kindly pls replace it as it falls under warranty too

                  I purchased a boat earphone but after seven month it's one of the speaker doesn't work. It is in warranty. Please try to resolve this issue as fast u can do. Also it's bass creating a lot of noise. I purchased boat earphone because i thought that boat earphones are good but only in three month they are creating such disturbances. So i suggests you to resolve this issue that couldn't break my trust in boat

                    I have bought around 4-5 boat devices from amazon. But i have never thought that the service is so bad.

                    I have visited vineet lalani boat service center bhubaneswar for replacement of my headset. The man named rajesh was pathetic and not at all supportive. I have not expected such bad behavior for customer. I went there after discussion with the boat customer care. The customer care associate told me to keep the invoice copy and the device. I took the invoice and device with me.
                    This man in the service center told me to log a ticket and receive the new device. After logging the ticket, i had been asked for getting the print out of it. The service center had a printer which was working properly, but the man denied me on my face that they can't help me to take a print of the ticket from their printer. I roam around outside for 15-20 minutes in searching a printer shop and unfortunately, i couldn't make it. I visited the shop again and requested him for the print out as i had already wasted 1 hour for all this. I called the boat support and made them talk with this man as well. But alas, i came with empty hands.

                    1. I took all required documents as instructed by the boat support executive. But the service center person was against it.

                    2. I made the support executive and the service center person talk, still they did not find a solution to that.

                    In all these things, i can't find any fault from my side. Still, i have wasted one and half an hour for this. I thought, it will be easier to get the device directly from service center and by this both time and effort can be saved for me as well as for boat.
                    Currently, i am in bangalore and sending mails to the customer care, but i am not getting any response.

                    I had purchased Boat Stone 600 and after few days, the bass was not working.
                    I registered a complaint with boat and my product was picked up.
                    After few days, i got a replacement unit, instead of Boat Stone 600, they sent me Boat Rockerz 600.
                    I want my original product back.

                      I had filed complaint to the boat service center on 20th jan 2020 for repair and replacement of my bluetooth earphones (Boat rockerz 255) which are in warranty period.

                      Now while i am tracking my product with the above-mentioned ticket number it is showing that replacement received on 24th jan 2020. But i dint got my product and any message, call or email about product dispatch and delivery.

                      I called to boat customer-care number [protected] several times but they not connecting my call to the person to talk on this issue.

                      I checked my order details by providing my ticket number
                      But i dint got my product back till now..
                      Worst service of the boat rockerz

                      The Bluetooth I ordered 3 months ago ain't working now.
                      I suppose they are under warranty I would request an exchange as soon as possible.
                      I've been trying to contact customer service since a very long time and there was a lot of inconvenience.

                          I bought boat rockerz 600 on 26th of october 2019. They were working fine but since two or three days i can't attend a call while wearing these because i can't hear a voice during call. I can listen music and all properly but can't hear a voice during call. Moreover when my phone is on general and these are connected then i can hear sound of sending a message from both my phone and as well as from there headsets

                                It has been over one month but no updates regarding replacement/repair of my defective boat rockerz 385 earphones.. Although a ticket number 842468 is issued for replacement of product by boat but on checking the status of complaint it shows that replacement product issued on 03 jan, 2020 but haven't received the product yet.. On contacting the customer care of boat they are not giving any satisfactory reply for the delay

                                However on contacting boat customer care they always says that your product will be dispatched by today but i think they have a different meaning of today..

                                  I purchased this wireless earphone in July 2019, and now facing issue with its battery. I registered complaint and they said they will verify and then send the confirmation mail. It's been more than 2 weeks now but did not receive any mail. So tried registering the complaint again but again same thing happen and do not receive any confirmation mail or message. I tried send them email also regarding this and in response they sent the same link and asked to register the complaint. I called customer care also but customer care executive is not picking the call.

                                  But now its not working. Kindly replace the product as possible as early.
                                  Sir my boat rockerz 255r is not working properly.
                                  And it had connected but automatically disconnected so the bluetooth is on or off several times so please take action quickly.

                                    My one side headphone is not working.Its just been two months that I bought this new headset.If I contact customer care, it is redirecting me to wrong website .And also in https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/service-center website, boat rockerz 255F product is not available .Please help me to claim warranty.
