I have bought around 4-5 boat devices from amazon. But i have never thought that the service is so bad.

I have visited vineet lalani boat service center bhubaneswar for replacement of my headset. The man named rajesh was pathetic and not at all supportive. I have not expected such bad behavior for customer. I went there after discussion with the boat customer care. The customer care associate told me to keep the invoice copy and the device. I took the invoice and device with me.
This man in the service center told me to log a ticket and receive the new device. After logging the ticket, i had been asked for getting the print out of it. The service center had a printer which was working properly, but the man denied me on my face that they can't help me to take a print of the ticket from their printer. I roam around outside for 15-20 minutes in searching a printer shop and unfortunately, i couldn't make it. I visited the shop again and requested him for the print out as i had already wasted 1 hour for all this. I called the boat support and made them talk with this man as well. But alas, i came with empty hands.

1. I took all required documents as instructed by the boat support executive. But the service center person was against it.

2. I made the support executive and the service center person talk, still they did not find a solution to that.

In all these things, i can't find any fault from my side. Still, i have wasted one and half an hour for this. I thought, it will be easier to get the device directly from service center and by this both time and effort can be saved for me as well as for boat.
Currently, i am in bangalore and sending mails to the customer care, but i am not getting any response.

I had purchased Boat Stone 600 and after few days, the bass was not working.
I registered a complaint with boat and my product was picked up.
After few days, i got a replacement unit, instead of Boat Stone 600, they sent me Boat Rockerz 600.
I want my original product back.

    I had filed complaint to the boat service center on 20th jan 2020 for repair and replacement of my bluetooth earphones (Boat rockerz 255) which are in warranty period.

    Now while i am tracking my product with the above-mentioned ticket number it is showing that replacement received on 24th jan 2020. But i dint got my product and any message, call or email about product dispatch and delivery.

    I called to boat customer-care number [protected] several times but they not connecting my call to the person to talk on this issue.

    I checked my order details by providing my ticket number
    But i dint got my product back till now..
    Worst service of the boat rockerz
    boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    The Bluetooth I ordered 3 months ago ain't working now.
    I suppose they are under warranty I would request an exchange as soon as possible.
    I've been trying to contact customer service since a very long time and there was a lot of inconvenience.

      Amit this side. I ordered a product from boat in october 2019. It is boat 255 bluetooth headset.
      It is under warranty and ain't in a working condition.
      I request an exchange as soon as possible.
      I've been trying to contact customer service but didn't get any response.
      I've invoice and warranty card.

      There's been alot of inconvenience.

        I bought boat rockerz 600 on 26th of october 2019. They were working fine but since two or three days i can't attend a call while wearing these because i can't hear a voice during call. I can listen music and all properly but can't hear a voice during call. Moreover when my phone is on general and these are connected then i can hear sound of sending a message from both my phone and as well as from there headsets

          The earphones became onsided with in 20 days of purchase. And i have been trying since then to register a complaint. I bought it on[protected] from amazon. And i couldn't get my issue resolved. I want to claim the warranty and get my earphones replaced. I can't register a complaint. The link they send me is broken. And i tried contacting them in all platforms. I want to set a replacement delivery service from my basshead 100 earphones. Please respond to this and help me.

            I purchased a boat earphone but after seven month it's one of the speaker doesn't work. It is in warranty. Please try to resolve this issue as fast u can do. Also it's bass creating a lot of noise. I purchased boat earphone because i thought that boat earphones are good but only in seven month they are creating such disturbances. So i suggests you to resolve this issue that couldn't break my trust in boat

              It has been over one month but no updates regarding replacement/repair of my defective boat rockerz 385 earphones.. Although a ticket number 842468 is issued for replacement of product by boat but on checking the status of complaint it shows that replacement product issued on 03 jan, 2020 but haven't received the product yet.. On contacting the customer care of boat they are not giving any satisfactory reply for the delay

              However on contacting boat customer care they always says that your product will be dispatched by today but i think they have a different meaning of today..

                I purchased this wireless earphone in July 2019, and now facing issue with its battery. I registered complaint and they said they will verify and then send the confirmation mail. It's been more than 2 weeks now but did not receive any mail. So tried registering the complaint again but again same thing happen and do not receive any confirmation mail or message. I tried send them email also regarding this and in response they sent the same link and asked to register the complaint. I called customer care also but customer care executive is not picking the call.

                I have ordered Boat Rockerz 255 earphones from Club Factory. I received a damaged piece yesterday. It is not getting Charged. The quality of the product is also not good. I want to return and exchange a new piece as i have paid Rs 799/- online.
                I have ordered boat rockerz 255f black bluetooth from amazon in october only.
                But now its not working. Kindly replace the product as possible as early.
                Sir my boat rockerz 255r is not working properly.
                And it had connected but automatically disconnected so the bluetooth is on or off several times so please take action quickly.

                  My one side headphone is not working.Its just been two months that I bought this new headset.If I contact customer care, it is redirecting me to wrong website .And also in https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/service-center website, boat rockerz 255F product is not available .Please help me to claim warranty.

                      Boat — earphones boat basshead 220. I purchased my earphones on 4th july 2019 and it stopped working on 10 january 2020. One side of my earphones stopped working suddenly and dont know what to do with it.
                      As it is still in warrenty. Kindly consider this complain as soon as possible.
                      As seen mostly the complaints are not fullfilled. As i use it use it regularly it is making more issues for me. Firstly it was hard to search where to file the complain. So kindly consider as soon as possible

                        Ihave send the maii regarding this but did not get my complaint resolved so i m informing u this 2nd time i have purchased boat charging cable in may 2019 its not working now. It covers a warranty of 2 year kindly replace it. The charging cable plug site which is use to insert in mobile appears to be not working its sometimes show charging but it doesn't.

                          I was purchase boat basshead 225 3 months ago from amazon.
                          Now it's not working well there is a sound problem in the earphones only the one bud is working and also there is a sound glitch in the earphones. The earphones is in warranty i buyer this before six seven months ago and now it not working well as compared to the new one. That's the main problem..

                              My hands free one side earphone is not working. The product is boatboat bassheads 152 with hd sound, in-line mic, dual tone secure braided cable & 3.5mm angled jack wired earphones. (Red). It's still under warranty not getting proper response i want my hands free to be replaced. I do have a bill of product also. I have ordered it from amazon and there is no option of replacing in it. But at the time of purchase there was a 1 year warranty

                                  I was wear regular. Some days ago the stitching of shoes upon soul

                                    I purchased boat avante sound bar last year and the woofer sound was very distorted i raised a complaint number - 666102 to boat customer service and within few days there outsourced team reached out to me to fix the issue on 15-oct-2019, id rb[protected] and even after part replacement at my home it didn’t work. They took the woofer to their service centre and after few days mr. Vipul from boat head office reached out to me and told that he will personally look into the matter. Outsourced vendor 24*7around were not able to fix the issue and vipul told me to get the woofer back at my home and he will arrange the pickup of the device and get it checked at there head office.
                                    Pickup was arranged through reverse logistics pickup receipt |[protected] on 26th nov and after checking for few days i was told that the woofer will be replaced as it is in warranty
                                    It’s been over a month now it’s not delivered back to me and i didn’t hear back from anyone and i received a sms on 26th december that the complaint i raised has been closed now.
                                    When i try to call mr. Vipul he doesn’t even answer my call. Where’s the woofer which you guys picked up from my home to fix an issue. This is unacceptable and ridiculous service i have ever seen

And scheduled for pickup the defective product for repair, on today 03.01.20, in this regard I called the pickup boy twice but he not pick up the product, also not attend my call after that.

                                      I have ordered rockerz 255 headset on december 26 using cred coupon code and my order no is 11603. It has reached my near delivery hub and returned to shippers address on their request on 2nd january and still now i haven't recieved any message from boat that why it has happened not my money got refunded and thier is no use of their worst customer care service.

                                      Tried calling [protected] and also used suppport. [protected]@ndslindia.com email to reach them. But of no use with their mentioned support.

                                      I bought boat airdopes 311 5 months ago and now one of the is not charging I m feeling verry bady about this plz resolve my problem and I need a new one I m unable to charge my one earphone

                                        #11651 order was supposed to be delivered by 30th dec but not yet delivered.

                                        Can someone update the status of this order?

                                        I can see from awb that my shipment has been returned to shipper without any notice.

                                        May i know the reason for the same?
