My name is najish sayyed and i had buyed boat basshead 225 and after 8 month's one side of it stops working so i claimed warranty of it and after my reverse pick up i tried to talk customer care executive and then i came to know that boat customer service is very low it took about 10-15min just to talk with customer care executive, i literally trust on boat accesorios its very good but their service is not good as compare to other company's...

    I bought bluetooth boat rockerz 255 it is under replacement warranty but it's not working please help me to replace the same. As per the catalogue door to door service available but website redirecting me to register complaint but it is not registering the same as it gives me address to visit, but i dont have time to visit that far.       as i received mail on 15 november that my earphone reached their service center and it will take 4 days to dispatch
      but after 4 days i did not received any mail and message regarding that.
      So i just check on this https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/
      with my ticket no.744813 and there on 18 replacement request issued, now today is 26, but i did not receive any mail and even i mailed them just to clarify me either they are working on it or not but nobody response.
      now from 15 until 26 almost 12 days but i dont know what is the status of my ticket.

        I tried to contact boat customer care to complaint about it, they send one link to my mobile number to register complain but that link is not opening.

        So, request you to help on this.

          . I think boat company is a fraud company. I purchased a boat rockerz 255f bluetooth earphone. Every 2nd month one side speaker is not working properly. I complaint fir repair or replacement. They sent me lower model wired earphone. I have oneplus 7 phone which doesn't have any slot for round pin earphone. So please resolve my problem otherwise i will filed a case in consumer court against you. And you will pay me more then this earphone price. Very poor customer service. No one pick my phone.

          I have been trying to register the complaint on Boat site & also tried calling on given number.however, none of the same is responding .it has been a week
          I ordered a boat bassheads 225 and paid the amount but order has not been placed my bank is saying that we have credited the amount to the marchant bank and contact eith the marchant buti tried to call boat customer care so many times but no help, boat service centre is not picking the call no response please help what i can do for this issue
          My headphones are functioning on one side only. I brought the product in Jan 2019. I request for replacement.

            It's such annoying that a product doesn't work within one month of purchase. I am able to hear calls but no noise cancellation. No music audio being played through airdopes 311v2. Just mere waste of money. You have cheated on us by selling local or duplicate product. I need refund. I am handset as i don't have any other option... So basically i have severe issue with boat product now and don't want to be recommended any way at any cost. I used to buy earlier lot of boat products but seems the service and products doesn't last long.

            They may be branding and huge well known actors but should not be branded at all.

                  My ticket # 753515 raised on 8th november.

                  Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 14th november after that didn't get any update. I am mailed them several time, but no responses from them. Customer care phone number is always not reachable.

                  The product was collected from me on 11th november and the service center received on 13th of november, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 14th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement.

                  Request you to look into it.

                    I have bought rugged v3 extra tough unbreakable braided micro usb cable from amazon on 6th march from amazon.                       My boat basshead 950 headphone which was only 1 month old stopped working i registered a complaint on their site and headphone was picked up and sent back for replacement. On 10th november the product reached their facility and on the same day 10th november my complaint status was updated saying replacement product issued after that no updates or messages. I tried contacting their customer support but no use.

Still no action taken from your side. I have atleast this time you will take some action. As for us 1500 is large amount and if product gives this type of result next time onwards how could we go for your brand sir/maam I hope u will do something for this.

                          I register my complaint on 26 oct, 2019 and on 29 oct, 2019 the agent picked my default product. They said that it will take 12-15 days to resolve my problem. Now its been 22 days and still i did not get any response from customer service.
                          I call them to know my status but their behaviour towards customer is not good. They cut the call without listening my complaint and they are not answer my call from 30 min. The poor service i ever had experience. The street vendors and hawkers are better than form the boat executive and their service.

                              I am reaching out to let you know that I have ordered “Boat Rockerz 225 sports Bluetooth” on order number:[protected] which was delivered on 12th August, 2019.

                              The same was returned for replacement on 5th October, 2019 and I haven’t received it yet. Kindly do look into it.
                              My boot rockerzz 255f is not working properly one side. That's way i was registered a complaint in boat warrenty services.
                              My headphone is under warranty
                              I was registered a complaint date 16 may 2020 and my Bluetooth picked up date 21st may 2020 and today i got massage like a WHHANDOVER
                              But i dont get my headphone returned.
                              So i request you to do something customer care is not giving respond so i humble request you to take action as much time as fast

                                      The above product of was purchased in Mar'19 from Amazon seller online. The headset is functioning only on one side & sound can be heard only on one side of the ear.

                                      Could you please arrange for the replacement of the above headset with a new one as the product is still under warranty.
