Sir/ ma'am,
I bought (Boat stone 200) last year on november 23rd. It hasn't even been a year & it already has issues with sound quality. Battery life is not up to the mark either. I would like you to look after this issue to provide assistance & replace this piece asap.

I request u to take this as a serious regard and solve this problem as soon as possible and i am facing this issue and i am not happy with the service i request u to make this problem get solved

I have purchased boAt Super Bass Rockerz 400 Bluetooth On-Ear Headphones with Mic (Grey/Green) on 23rd December.

Now, Its right side headphone has stopped working.
It is under warranty.

Please do the needful.

    My ticket number is 660523. I called more than 20 times to your boat customer but no response. I sent more than 6 to 7 mail but no reply. What service you people providing us. My earphone within 3 month one side not working. You gave 1 year warranty. Warranty means taking back material not replacing? Where is my replacement. When i will get Back my product

      I registered a complaint on 11th october, 2019 regarding the issue that my earphone’s microphones were not working and my earphones were picked up on 14th october 2019. Its been 9 days since the pickup and i haven’t got any notification regarding the replacement of my earphones. The worst part is i am not able to contact the customer service, they never get connected and on the call i listen to “we will call you shortly “ but they never call back and they never reply to my mails. I am having such a bad experience. I don’t know if i’m going to get my earphones or not.

      When will i receive my replacement, the status of my complaint is not even updated on the website yet, its been more than 2 weeks now.
      You guys dont pick calls and even reply to mails, why to provide warranty if you cannot manage the services. Pathetically irresponsible behavior.

        Boat — product replacement is not received yet

        I have raised a complaint regarding my boat bluetooth rockerz 285 earphones on 20-sep-2019 and after 13 days i. E on 03-Oct-2019, my product was successfully received at the boat service center, mumbai. And at this point in time that is 23-0ct-2019, i have not received my replacement of the product. Even i mailed them a number of times still they don't bother about it. The customer care number is irresponsive.
        All my tries are failed please help me. I feel like i have been cheated by this company.

          I have ordered 1 month back but it is not working properly. So i have registered my complaint to boat, but it is showing that your status is approved and complaint is registered. Now i am not having any response from them. Even i make call to them no response. 20 days back i have registered my complaint to boat company. After the registration i got one ticket for complaint of my product. On 8th august i have registered. Now it is showing that your order is approved but i am not having any response from them

And on xpressbeescourier official website there is information about registration of complaint about there workers... So now it's your duty to take my reverse order...             I didn't receive my boat headphones which were picked up by the delivery agent as a replacement purpose on 26th of September .. it's been so long.. even tracking showed that it was delivered to seller and it's no more showing anything...

            I bought boat 225 black colour earphones from Sanpdeal which is a copy of boat 225 earphones i request please give me original boat 225 earphones...

              On 14th oct 2019 only, you have receive my product and till date no update.
              This is not be done, right.?

              I agree it takes working 12 to 15 days but till now no update, this has not been done right?

              When can i except this to solve.

                I had sent a returned the product because of mic issue.. My earphones of boat bass head 220 was having a problem in the mic and one side earphone was not working as there was no physical damage. Since i had purchased just 3 months back so as per the terms and conditions i had to get a replacement of the same product. I have sent a replacement on 08/10/2019... Its been 16 days since i had not received the product... I need my earphones... My order id no is-637584... So i need my product back in 2 days...

                  I ordered my boat rockerzz 255 from flipkart in may 2019 and one side stopped working last month i registered a complaint and a person came claiming himself as executive of boat to pickup earphones. I gave it to him and it's been more than 15 days that i got any information about them the last message i got from the company's side was that the unit has reached service center and they will revert to me in 4 days but the results are in front of me and yes the toll free number that the websites claim that it is the toll free number of boat, that number is of no use because no one picks up the call other than that machine generated answers and the email is also of no use because everytime i get same replies that our customer service number has been changed etc.
                  I hope to get a positive response from your side.

                    Dear team i m akshat goel from chandigarh. I bought boat rockerz 600 bluetooth headphones from flipkart which having 1 years warranty. After few months one side stop working. I register a complaint on boat website. They sent a courier partners to pick the product and its received by their team. It has been 8 days after it reached the service center but their is no response from them. They having only one customer service number and they are not answering any calls on that number, no reply to mails. The name of service provider is imagine marketing india which based in mumbai. I request you to take strict action against them.

                                I haven't received my replacement yet can some one help me on priority.

                                I don't understand why it is been delivered to seller when it is picked up from my residency.

                                  I have have purchased boat airdopes411 from flipkart in august.
                                  I was facing connectivity issue, then i send it to boat for replacement, they send it back to me without any accessories which i sent.
                                  Now again i am facing same issue.
                                  Customer service of boat sucks, call never got attended.
                                  Their pickup guy picked all accessories with bill but i never got back accept this box of airdopes.

                                    Hai i am very much disappointed with you. I bought boat rockers 255 on jan 2019 last month one side ear piece stopped. So i made complaint in your official website and they accepted for replacement and i sent my product. But it's been up to 1 month i still don't receive my product.                                       I have registered a complaint on boat on 11-sept-2019. Complaint no is : 538351

                                      On 17-sept-2019, service center received my product for servicing and on 17-sept-2019 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.
                                      I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
                                      On oct 20, 2019, provided with a replaced headphones. But provided item was of different color and charge port was not opening. It's a defective piece again.. Kindly help us on this
