Dear sir,
I register a complaint against boat rugged v3 micro cable 1.5 meter black, under warranty period on 18 nov 2019. And my ticket no is 790923, but nobody come to replace the cable, i complaint many times but no response from boat company, now company said please visit their service center near karol bagh. But i have no time to visit the service center.

Please help me on this matter.

    My hands free one side earphone is not working. The product is boatboat bassheads 152 with hd sound, in-line mic, dual tone secure braided cable & 3.5mm angled jack wired earphones. (Red). It's still under warranty not getting proper response i want my hands free to be replaced. I do have a bill of product also. I have ordered it from amazon and there is no option of replacing in it. But at the time of purchase there was a 1 year warranty

      Ticket number :- 647592
      I had filed complaint to the boat service center on 9th oct 2019 for repair and replacement of my bluetooth earphones (Boat rockerz 255) which are in warranty period.

      Now while i am tracking my product with the above-mentioned ticket number it is showing that replacement received on 10th oct. But i dint got my product and any message, call or email about product dispatch and delivery.

      I called to boat customer-care number [protected] several times but they not connecting my call to the person to talk on this issue.

      I checked my order details by providing my ticket number and it saying than my product is already delivered.

      But i dint got my product back till now it almost 3 months now.

        I was purchased from your store in kanpur, Z Square Mall few month later.
        I was wear regular. Some days ago the stitching of shoes upon soul
        unstitched. I now the shoes not able to wear. A lot of threads see on the shoes it show an awkward feeling during wear. I hope you will understand my problem. I hope you will exchange my shoes as soon as!

          I purchased boat avante sound bar last year and the woofer sound was very distorted i raised a complaint number - 666102 to boat customer service and within few days there outsourced team reached out to me to fix the issue on 15-oct-2019, id rb[protected] and even after part replacement at my home it didn’t work. They took the woofer to their service centre and after few days mr. Vipul from boat head office reached out to me and told that he will personally look into the matter. Outsourced vendor 24*7around were not able to fix the issue and vipul told me to get the woofer back at my home and he will arrange the pickup of the device and get it checked at there head office.
          Pickup was arranged through reverse logistics pickup receipt |[protected] on 26th nov and after checking for few days i was told that the woofer will be replaced as it is in warranty
          It’s been over a month now it’s not delivered back to me and i didn’t hear back from anyone and i received a sms on 26th december that the complaint i raised has been closed now.
          When i try to call mr. Vipul he doesn’t even answer my call. Where’s the woofer which you guys picked up from my home to fix an issue. This is unacceptable and ridiculous service i have ever seen

          I have complained about my defective product boAt Rockers 255 Bluetooth speaker. And scheduled for pickup the defective product for repair, on today 03.01.20, in this regard I called the pickup boy twice but he not pick up the product, also not attend my call after that.

            I have ordered rockerz 255 headset on december 26 using cred coupon code and my order no is 11603. It has reached my near delivery hub and returned to shippers address on their request on 2nd january and still now i haven't recieved any message from boat that why it has happened not my money got refunded and thier is no use of their worst customer care service.

            Tried calling [protected] and also used suppport. [protected]@ndslindia.com email to reach them. But of no use with their mentioned support.

            I bought boat airdopes 311 5 months ago and now one of the is not charging I m feeling verry bady about this plz resolve my problem and I need a new one I m unable to charge my one earphone

              #11651 order was supposed to be delivered by 30th dec but not yet delivered.

              Can someone update the status of this order?

              I can see from awb that my shipment has been returned to shipper without any notice.

              May i know the reason for the same?

              Please let me know when can i expect the delivery of the mentioned order.

              I even tried to contact customer care and it never route to any associate and absolutely useless.

              Can someone review and provide the status asap.

                I bought a stone granade speaker last week but now it's not switching on, now i hate the brand because i paid 1399 rupees and now it's not working and also battery life is very very bad. Till now i had a faith in boat now it's gone within one week the product goes on damage and also it's battery backup is too bad why such a company does like this...

                    I had placed an order for boat rockerz 255 bluetooth earphones on 26th dec 2019. I had used 50% off voucher for this order and my earphones price came down to 849.50 inr. The order was placed and i got the tracking number too. Product was delivered to my nearest hub and returned to shippers address without intimation to me, i got to see that the shipment was returned to origin on shipper's request status on the shipment tracking number. Upon calling up the customer care, even after waiting for around 1 hour also it is not connected, i could not get an executive to speak. I still have not got a proper resolution for my concern. Nor any refund given of the amount being paid.

                    Purchased boat headphone on 27th Aug on Amazon. But from last 4 days left side speaker is not working and having issue with Mic also.
                    Need immediate replacement as product is under warranty.
                    Raised complaint in amazon also but they said Boat will give you replacement p please check and do the same immed.
                    I bought boat earphone and one side of not working and after complain boat customer service didn't provide anything.. Or any suggestion
                    The warranty of boat service didn't show responsibility towards there customer.

                      I have raised complaint on November 1st 2019 that the product ( Boat Rockerzz 255 Active Black) has issue with charging unit which is still under warranty.
                      Product is collected and has been told that it is replaced with another unit.
                      But the same product is issued again and I still have same issue that it cannot be charged and so it cannot be used at all.

[protected]@nsdlindia.com, and got a reply that the order was cancelled due to duplicate order code. Well generating a duplicate order code is not a customer's problem i believe. I still have not got a proper resolution for my concern. Nor any refund given of the amount being paid.

                          I request for replacement of my headsets as one side of them were not working so i go through all the online system the guy form xpressbees come and pickup my headphones and on the site on the day of delivery when i tracked them they said it was delivered but i didn't receive any package my shipment no. Is[protected]
                          My earphone is lacking many time when the are running in use.

                                  I bought a boat basshead 225 from amazon in august and one side stopped working. Also when i am watching videos or listening to music it always turn on google assistant. I have bear this for 2 months and now one side of the earpiece has stopped working.
                                  I would appreciate if you could send me a replacement for it asap as i am under warranty and i do not want to buy a new one again. I have all the invoice details here with me.

                                    Hi there i'm abhinav more. I've preciously registered the complaint for replacement of the defective earphones on boat website with ticket no. 800095 and thanks for their support i was issued a new earphones which was to be delivered to my address (Baramati). Earphones were out for delivery through blue dart via waybill number [protected] but problem was that i wasn't there to pick the earphones on date of delivery. I also contacted the blue dart about this problem but no response was given from there end. Instead without my knowledge they sent the earphones back to origin i. E. Boat replacement center at mumbai now i want my earphones back badly. So can you please help me and sent my earphones back to my address please? I will very much be pleased if you do that for me.
                                    I'm attaching few snaps and invoice for your reference.

                                      I bought boat rockerz on 29/09/19 today it is 24/12/19 and right side of the earphone is not working and its in warranty so i want it to be replaced asap invoice number - amd1-585295 i bought it from amazon and order number is[protected] this is what your service is...                                         I am facing lots of problems regarding this. They simply ignore the call. This is gross negligence on their part.
