I bought a stone granade speaker last week but now it's not switching on, now i hate the brand because i paid 1399 rupees and now it's not working and also battery life is very very bad. Till now i had a faith in boat now it's gone within one week the product goes on damage and also it's battery backup is too bad why such a company does like this...

    I had made a complain that my boat head phone mic was not working well so i had made a complain to service center my product is pickup soon but i didn't receive my product from more than 4 week i still waiting for product i call to service center they say always that center is close and you will receive my product next week still this is 4 week i didn't receive my product

    I bought boat rockerz 255 on 29.09.2019 and from today one side speaker not working in boat rockerz 255 kindly replace the warranty and provide a new boat rockerz 255

      I had placed an order for boat rockerz 255 bluetooth earphones on 26th dec 2019. I had used 50% off voucher for this order and my earphones price came down to 849.50 inr. The order was placed and i got the tracking number too. Product was delivered to my nearest hub and returned to shippers address without intimation to me, i got to see that the shipment was returned to origin on shipper's request status on the shipment tracking number. Upon calling up the customer care, even after waiting for around 1 hour also it is not connected, i could not get an executive to speak. I still have not got a proper resolution for my concern. Nor any refund given of the amount being paid.

      Purchased boat headphone on 27th Aug on Amazon. But from last 4 days left side speaker is not working and having issue with Mic also.
      Need immediate replacement as product is under warranty.
      Raised complaint in amazon also but they said Boat will give you replacement p please check and do the same immed.
      I bought boat earphone and one side of not working and after complain boat customer service didn't provide anything.. Or any suggestion
      The warranty of boat service didn't show responsibility towards there customer.

        I have raised complaint on November 1st 2019 that the product ( Boat Rockerzz 255 Active Black) has issue with charging unit which is still under warranty.
        Product is collected and has been told that it is replaced with another unit.
        But the same product is issued again and I still have same issue that it cannot be charged and so it cannot be used at all.

I still have not got a proper resolution for my concern. Nor any refund given of the amount being paid.

          My boat earphone 220 mic is not working from last 2 week in addition last month left earphone not giving proper voice to listen but now automatically left earphone problem resolve.But mic is not working due to which I unable to send my voice by help of earphone mic

            Hey i register my complaint already here but not receiving any response from boar. Today 1 and half month completed they took my product. I don't understand why they are not responding and they are having worst call service please respond!! My ticket number is 785783. I hope you will give me back my earphones before end of my warrenty period. Hope so it will resolve

            I request for replacement of my headsets as one side of them were not working so i go through all the online system the guy form xpressbees come and pickup my headphones and on the site on the day of delivery when i tracked them they said it was delivered but i didn't receive any package my shipment no. Is[protected]
            My earphone is lacking many time when the are running in use.

              One side of the headset is not working and this is the 3rd boat product and im facing the issue again and again. When i contact the customer support, i don't get any response from them. I bought the headset on amazon and the return window closed on 23rd december but the headset was not worked on 25th december. Kindly help me with the resolution asap.

                    I bought a boat basshead 225 from amazon in august and one side stopped working. Also when i am watching videos or listening to music it always turn on google assistant. I have bear this for 2 months and now one side of the earpiece has stopped working.
                    I would appreciate if you could send me a replacement for it asap as i am under warranty and i do not want to buy a new one again. I have all the invoice details here with me.

                      Hi there i'm abhinav more. I've preciously registered the complaint for replacement of the defective earphones on boat website with ticket no. 800095 and thanks for their support i was issued a new earphones which was to be delivered to my address (Baramati). Earphones were out for delivery through blue dart via waybill number [protected] but problem was that i wasn't there to pick the earphones on date of delivery. I also contacted the blue dart about this problem but no response was given from there end. Instead without my knowledge they sent the earphones back to origin i. E. Boat replacement center at mumbai now i want my earphones back badly. So can you please help me and sent my earphones back to my address please? I will very much be pleased if you do that for me.

                          I made a replacement request of boat rockerz 255 earphones on 16/10/2019. But after that whenever i call the customer care number, no one is there to pick up. It is more than 2 months till now they haven't dispatched the product. Please help me. My ticket no. Is 666378.
                          I am facing lots of problems regarding this. They simply ignore the call. This is gross negligence on their part.

                            My boat bassheads 225 was picked up by boat on july as its one ear was nor working and the product was under warranty. But it has been december now and i have not received my replacement product. Their customer care never picks up the call and now they are not sending the product even after informing and complaining them so many times.
                            My ticket number was 464007. They are not updating the same. I want my product back as soon as possible as i have been mentally harassed by the company so many times as i am calling them regularly but their customer service is pathetic.
                            Cheap company ripping off customers.

                                My earphone is not charging. I bought it this september and it's defective. Bad service from boat. I ordered one boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphone with immersive stereo sound and hands free mic from amazon and it has 1 year warranty period. But it got defective in 3 months.                                   My product's 1 side plug stopped working after 3 months of purchase and when i claimed it's warranty, i had given the product to expressbees and it has been 2 months that i have not got my product back.
                                  When i track the shipment, it says product delivered.
                                  I don't know to whom they have delivered, because the slip is still with me. How can they not deliver my product to me!!

                                      I was placing an order on the official site. I was making payment through my axis bank internet banking. Amount got deducted stating that it got transferred to citrus payment sollutions. But the order has not been placed. Look into the matter asap.

                                      Order was for boat headset 255 (Bluetooth).
                                      Amount of rs 1199 has been deducted.
                                      No mail for order confirmation has been recieved. Please let me know the exact status.

                                        I got message service engineer person will be visit within 48 hour.
                                        After 5 day later no visit.

                                        Today 20th december. Till now no update.
                                        Customer care is useless. They repeat same : person will be visit to your address but no visit till now.

                                        From 7th december to 20 till now no any call from service person & visit....
