I have order Boat extend Smartwatch in 5th feb 2022. It has been 1 month now i have not received my product neither received my refund amount. I am taking continuously follow up from boat customer care executives via Calling, Mail & Twitter but there is no positive reply from them.

Dear Team,

I had ordered a product today on 3rd March 2022 from boat's official website and now I have received a SMS and email saying "Dear Pawan Dubey, as requested order number: 1668684, 1668407, 1667533, 1667690 and 1667016 has been cancelled successfully."

But I had not requested any cancellation from my end. Request you to please look into it.

Based on an offer, I was able to purchase the above said product at a reduced cost of Rs. 100. I have the invoice & email which confirmed my purchase.

Later, this was followed by a cancellation message & it specifically mentioned "as requested order number 1670761 has been cancelled successfully" while no such request went from my end.

While this felt like offer of a lifetime, with the cancellation I feel like I have been cheated that too after a monetary transaction & legal purchase of the product. I would like my order reinstated & would be satisfied with product delivery.

Headset wear damage and one side not working

On 30.12.2021, I had registered a complaint online against non-working of Boat Aavante Bar 1200 Sound System with the ticket number 4451373.

But, your service has not performed well because till date 02.03.2022 the system has not been repaired/replaced.

I am very disappointed from Boat Company Service because the service wasn't performed correctly, I call several times to your Customer Care and every time your executive says that “Sir, please wait for some time or 2-3 days your problem will resolved” but after 2-3 days Engineer come for resolve the problem but every time they get the wrong part of the device. Till two months 03-04 engineers come and get the wrong part and the same process is going on again and again. Again yesterday (01.03.2022), an engineer came and got the wrong part.

I have become very upset about calling again and again to your Customer Care. Please get the replacement of the product done as soon as possible because till two months the repair was not done.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

But now doesn't to disconnect the earboats after closing the top cap and not charged

I have bought boat airdopes 141 on 10-feb-2022 from boat India website. My order number is 1584360. I've received a my product on 16-feb-2022. The product i received is not original it is used one. Immediately i complaint about the replacement of my product with the original packaging. My complaint unique code is 418879. I've already sent an email to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com regarding my issue and received product pictures. Still I've not received any replacement till now. My issue is if I've paid for new product i must receive the original new product not used one. Please help me to get my product replacement.

I purchased boat airdope 131 in blue color in October but the right side bud is not working kindly replace it as soon as possible. I already complaint twice time but no action

Please refund my money.
For the past 2months I'm keep calling them to either deliver the product or refund the money.

They are not ready to give my money as well not delivering the product.
