I placed an order on boAt website on 16th December 2021 and was eagerly waiting for shipment, As 7 days passed I did not received any update on my order i called the boAt customer care and had a word with Karan(CSE), he said to wail for 48 hours and I will receive update to my order

After 48 hours i called back again for any delivery update then i was assured by Saurabh...

The charging case broke and the right airdopes is not getting switched on or charged or connected to Bluetooth device. Not able to do factory reset either....

My order I'd 1498886i placed the order on 26 Jan 2022 it's been 7 days and I didn't receive my product still. I have made a purchase from their official website. They've only responded to me once that my product has left warehouse and it'll dispatch it 24- 48 hrs but the track details are showing otherwise.
Now they are not responding to me what should I do? I need my money back or the order I have placed. It's the boat head 242....

I ordered a airdopes and bluetooth headset (order id #1217731) and i forgot to mention a gift voucher so i cancelled . It says your refund will be credit in your account with in 7 working days .
Today ill waited 2 months still i don't get my refund till now . I have sent an email but no response.
I need my money back...

I have ordered my airpods from boat on 21st jan. I got message that it will be delivered on 28th Jan. Then on 28th i got the message that it is delivered. But i didn't get the delivery till now. What is happening. I want to know what happened to my purchase. I have already paid using net banking. What do you think. Let me know as soon as possible about it....

Head set for purchased in Amazon in october month and we had issues with the blue tooth and we approached the customer care and registered a complaint on 10th November 2021 and boat arranged to pick the head set from us through blue dart courier on 11th November 2021. After that we did not get any response from them. We tried to contact the customer care on 13th January 2021 and they said your issue will be resolved in 48 hours, but no response...

I registered a complaint almost 4 months back to claim a warranty over 701 airdopes. Its one side wasn't working. Almost after 2 months they told it was not available and sent airdopes 711 and after denying they told me that they'll refund the money and i didn't got any response in that too and now their 711 airdopes is not functioning as well. And when i called to service centre they are nkt giving me any information regarding anything....

I ordered it on 14 th November, They didn't even deliver my product and themselves started return.Now they haven't even returned my money after 2 months.Please help me with my problem...

To claim warranty they are asking for an invoice so when i try to download the invoice they are telling me that your order ID is incorrect. Actually my Order ID is 1359450. The delivery agents took the earphones and the complaint was verified but they never delivered new earphones which was under warranty.
Bluedart was the delivery partner they said that they have returned the earphones to the shipper.
