My product are change

On 22nd January 2022 i have ordered a neckband rockerz 255 pro plus and I got a Empty box and since then i am calling customer care they are saying it will take 2-3 days to reship you product and like this it's been 46 days they are just doing this I am fed up with their excuses. My ordered I'd is 1463709.

During calls when we try to increase the volume, it says maximum volume and the calls voice becomes inaudible so what other is speaking at another end of the call we missed it, it might be important to the user.So i request to the team managers to take any action to fix this.

As i cancelled my order one after the placing then also till after two months the balance was not refunded in my bank account

As i order my earphones from boat website online nd cancelled after one day then also my total amount was not refunded till now from 22 January

I ordered two boat products from the boat website itself on 14 of feb which was delivered to me on 16 feb with order id 1601720 out of which one product ie boat bassheads 122 was damage. I asked for return on the same date under product damage category and next day a person came to pickup the product but didn't take it back bcoz he said the product is not mentioned in product damage category even when I have received the mail regarding the same on 16feb that the return of damaged product will take place the next day. From then onwards the issue is not resolved. I make calls to customer care everyday asking about the issue and even contact you through mail. But there's no process on the same. This is really ridiculous. Tried contacting you guys through mail as well as through call centre but didn't get any proper response from you. I need this issue to be solved as soon as possible. This is not what I expected from your side. The photos for the same has been shared to your mail ie [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com. Please resolve this issue at earliest.

I ordered a boat watch (Mystiq Metal Black) on 1st March 2022. My order ID is 1656720_BGGN308278. It was supposed to be delivered on March 2nd. But still, I haven't received the order. Every morning since March 2nd I'm receiving a message that "your order is out for delivery" and every night I'm receiving another message that the order was undelivered because "customer is uncontactable/unreachable" or "customer refused to receive the order." But NO DELIVERY PERSON CONTACTED ME. For the past three days, I'm calling the boAT customer care number and inquired about my order. They say "you will receive the order today" and I'm yet to receive the order. It is very frustrating. There is no contact number of the delivery person also. The Courier company 'Delhivery's' customer care number is not working. If they couldn't deliver the order on time then at least they must allow the customers to cancel the order. This is very unprofessional behaviour.

I had ordered a product today on 3rd March 2022 from boat's official website and now I have received a SMS and email saying "Dear Pawan Dubey, as requested order number: 1668684, 1668407, 1667533, 1667690 and 1667016 has been cancelled successfully."

But I had not requested any cancellation from my end. Request you to please look into it.

Based on an offer, I was able to purchase the above said product at a reduced cost of Rs. 100. I have the invoice & email which confirmed my purchase.

Later, this was followed by a cancellation message & it specifically mentioned "as requested order number 1670761 has been cancelled successfully" while no such request went from my end.

While this felt like offer of a lifetime, with the cancellation I feel like I have been cheated that too after a monetary transaction & legal purchase of the product. I would like my order reinstated & would be satisfied with product delivery.

Headset wear damage and one side not working
Please help and repair..

On 30.12.2021, I had registered a complaint online against non-working of Boat Aavante Bar 1200 Sound System with the ticket number 4451373.

But, your service has not performed well because till date 02.03.2022 the system has not been repaired/replaced.

I am very disappointed from Boat Company Service because the service wasn't performed correctly, I call several times to your Customer Care and every time your executive says that “Sir, please wait for some time or 2-3 days your problem will resolved” but after 2-3 days Engineer come for resolve the problem but every time they get the wrong part of the device. Till two months 03-04 engineers come and get the wrong part and the same process is going on again and again. Again yesterday (01.03.2022), an engineer came and got the wrong part.

I have become very upset about calling again and again to your Customer Care. Please get the replacement of the product done as soon as possible because till two months the repair was not done.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
