I Have got boat rockerz 385v2 in replacement of 335 pro but its not working properly.
i have got this earphone only 1 month ago but its not working....

This is Athang Purandare a BOAT customer...I had ordered a boat product ...AIRDOPES 381 to be precise...on 23rd May 2021. It was working well till yesterday when suddenly the charging case's four blue lights went off and wouldn't turn on...i charged for many hrs but still it isn't working.
As my warranty is for 1 year I wish to get a new piece for the same...
My product name is AIRDOPES 381...

I had made the payment of Rs.1199 made through my PaytM wallet on 13th May 2021 but my Order ID not created by Boat, nor the Product delivered, neither refund given....

I bought 2 Rockerz 385 V2 wireless bluetooth headsets through Amazon, one year warranty giving this product remain 8 months balance. Now this produce not working. What we do please solve this complaint, or give my money back or replace this item and give new one....

Model no- boat rockerz 235 is not working from both sides so plz replace this item....

My left side of airpod is not working.I request ypu to please recover.It is in warranty period....

Sound is not clear and very low and it disconnect many times...

I have purchased Boat Data Cable A400 (2 Mtr.) on 06/01/2022 which was delivered to me on 10/01/2022 and the product was A400 (1 Mtr.) and after that I have talked with their customer service team and sent mail with all details and picture and applied for exchange in Boat site. I'm very much disappointed by the boat earphones which I purchased (airdope 431 in may 2021 and and basshead 103 in Dec 2021). I already replaced airdope431 2 times and basshead103 once. I have purchased new baot storm watch and and it stopped working after 20 days and logged a service ticket with boat customer service and they took my faulty product and when i recived repalcement that was just an empty box and the product was stolen in transit and i contacted Boat service team and they are not ready to track this...
