I received an order via order no 1624984 on 26th february but their has been the delivery of wrong product instead of the Boat WCD 2A WALL CHARGER, I received a Boat WCD 20W PD white wall charger And also the product which i received has a port which is not working with my type c cable . Also now when i check the website Boat WCD 2A WALL CHARGER is out of stock so having no option i want a refund.
Kindly check and revert back.

      Hi Team,

      I have purchased the boat earphone [boat rockerz 385v2 wireless neckband active black] on 05th august 2021 order no.:[protected].

      My earphones stopped working so I raised the support case 4949596 to replace the product and the new product got delivered to me but i found that it is not the same which i ordered. My product which i purchased was [boat rockerz 385v2 wireless neckband active black] but the product i have received is boat rockerz 330 & bass heads 242.

      I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority.

      Herewith, i am attaching my order invoice with the screenshot of the wrong product which i have received.

        My wireless Bluetooth has not working one earphone

        I purchased boat wireless Bluetooth ie brand rockers 235v2 on 10/10/2021. And that Bluetooth has been not working that to one side earphone has not working.and that Bluetooth has in warranty so I would like to raise a complaint but there is no better quality of boat service centres and there are not providing a mobile numbers also so that y I am requesting you to clear my problem and exchange the product .I hope my problem has solve as soon...

          I ordered Boat Airdopes 131 king black edition (order no. 1583768 on 10 Feb 2022) but I got a wrong model which is airdopes 101 and it was used too, I called their customer care several times, mailed them about issue but didn't got any respond till now. Help me to get my ideal product.

              I order boat 161 pabble black airdopes. When i open the delivery box the actual ordered product is missing. There is no any airdopes in the box. In the box i only get pink color boat case and cable. I get delivery on 21st january. From the date i call literally 8 times to boat customer care still got the same answer from the an executive that your complain is highlighted we reply you soon. It's already month and still not got any response.

              I am very disappointed with service.

                      They are not responding to the complaint number registered with them 388983 as i called them multiple times and wrote multiple emails, first they stop responding on emails and after that they are not responding on calls as well.
                      They put the call on hold and line disconnect automatically.

                        I bought this product boat rockerz 650 on 21 February 2021. Order Id - 1623012. I got my order today on Feb 23 2022. I got this item and when I opened it, it looked small and after wearing it for like 10 minutes it started hurtimg my head and my ears. I asked boat costumer service to either help me with return or replace it for bigger or more comfortable model but they said they cannot do anything about this and cannot help me with anything on this.what am i supposed to do with this product that i cannot use at all.

                                  Earphones purchased on amazon from the company boAt have cable wire noise, so i submitted a replacement request on their website but its been nearly a month(i complained had reached them on 23 jan and no resolution has come since) they haven't responded to my email and they're customer care no. doesn't work and just gives "this number is not registered". i would like a replacement as soon as possible and there aren't any walk in centers near me either so pick up replacement has to be it
