I have ordered my airpods from boat on 21st jan. I got message that it will be delivered on 28th Jan. Then on 28th i got the message that it is delivered. But i didn't get the delivery till now. What is happening. I want to know what happened to my purchase. I have already paid using net banking. What do you think. Let me know as soon as possible about it.

        Head set for purchased in Amazon in october month and we had issues with the blue tooth and we approached the customer care and registered a complaint on 10th November 2021 and boat arranged to pick the head set from us through blue dart courier on 11th November 2021. After that we did not get any response from them. We tried to contact the customer care on 13th January 2021 and they said your issue will be resolved in 48 hours, but no response after the same. My problem ticket number is 3971430

          I registered a complaint almost 4 months back to claim a warranty over 701 airdopes. Its one side wasn't working. Almost after 2 months they told it was not available and sent airdopes 711 and after denying they told me that they'll refund the money and i didn't got any response in that too and now their 711 airdopes is not functioning as well. And when i called to service centre they are nkt giving me any information regarding anything. They aren't aware of what should they tell to thier clients. All this is giving me so hard time now. Kindly consider my problem and give me the solution. Take some strict action towards it!

                I bought a boat bluetooth speaker stone 350 on last[protected].Now iam facing a problem with the button. To claim warranty they are asking for an invoice so when i try to download the invoice they are telling me that your order ID is incorrect. Actually my Order ID is 1359450. And invoice no is INS182370. Without invoice i can't claim warranty. I think you will fix my problem. Thank you.

                I already register one complaint but no response and my complaint is marked as solved. I bought a boat bluetooth speaker stone 350 on last[protected].Now iam facing a problem with the button.                   I have purchased boAt rockerz 255 sports in ear bluetooth neckband with mic, on 20 jan, 2021, from amazon. i have used it for only 2-3 months, not so regularly. one of the earphone is damaged, its not working. i request you to repair it as soon as possible.

                    I have purchased boat rockerz 450 bluetooth on ear headphones on jan 20, 2021 on amazon. i have used it, roughly for 4-5 months with care and caution. but the plastic on the device has broken due to the poor manufacturing quality of the company. i need a replacement of the same. im unable to use my headphones whenever necessary. this is putting me under pressure. i'm raising this issue cause i believe in the genuineness of boAt company and to keep up with the customers trust, i request the company to replace the item as soon as possible.

                      The delivery agents took the earphones and the complaint was verified but they never delivered new earphones which was under warranty.
                      Bluedart was the delivery partner they said that they have returned the earphones to the shipper.

                        i have made a payment on Sat 09 Oct 2021 04:30 PM for Purchasing BOAT 103 Wireless from your official site (https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/products/boat-103-wireless) but site not respond after payment made the payment was made successfully on Sat 09 Oct 2021 04:31 PM from mobikwik wallet i also complaint about this to the boat customer care number they said it will be refunded after 7 days but my money still not refund please look in to this matter and refund my money and solve my problem all detail about this issue has been attached for your reference .

                                      I Order My Blutooth Speaker Om 14th Of January. But I Have Not Recieved My Order Yet. They Countinusly Saying That Your Order Is Missing In Corrier So It Will Be Delayed. If Order Is Missing Then It's Not My Fault It's Boat Company Negligence. Boat Is Not Successful Providing It's Costomer 100%. I Even Call In Boat Customer Care But They Say The Same Thing 'Order Is Missing". I Already Paid For The Product So I want My Product.

                                        I am not getting my product from boat, they everyday say that the product is being dispatched, 1 month has passed and I have not got my product still, is this how they treat consumers like firstly giving a a product which is unconditional in state and when we try to claim the warranty not at all delivering. This is why I am recommending all people not to take boAt products
