I purchased a boat earphone from boat last year on 20.01.2021 online and faced a quality issue in which one of two ear-ins stopped working. I approached a boat service center with the following details on 02.12.2021 and was denied replacement on ground on unavailable stock.
Later, as asked by him, I agreed to submit the earphones and was promised to receive the same on my provided address within 7 days.

On 03.12.2021, I also received an email from boat mentioning 'service ticket number 4194031' and stating that my earphones will be shipped from their warehouse.

Since then I have mailed boat three times dated 27.12.2021, 09.02.2022 and 14.02.2022 respectively. Also, I have called the service center executive multiple times on the contact number provided by him apart from the boat customer care. But I have received no positive response or intimation from either party.

On 09.02.2021 I was told by their customer service executive Kamlesh that my replacement request is rejected because of incorrect invoice format and I was asked to provide the same. I immediately mailed the invoice to them on their email '[protected]@imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com' and received no response again.

on a call on 14.02.2021 at 11:47 pm, I have been told that the earphones received by them are of different model and the invoice is not on my name.

The earphones were gifted by me to my old mother and she hasn't been able to use them for past many months. Also, as our hometown doesn't have boat service center, my brother had to travel over 200kms and had to suffer loss of his time and travel cost. We have been trying to call him on his contact number and its mentally tiring for a product of rupees 1529.

Even boat customer support hasn't provided a resolution in past 70 days and a lot of our valuable time has gone into requesting for our much deserved replacement and the value of time, loss of pay, travel cost and mental stress have surpassed the product value itself. I request the replacement and a compensation of rupees 5000 from the company against the resolution.

        I purchased boat BassHead 100 black earphones from Flipkart on 3/12/2021.They stopped working suddenly.I registered complaint on boat official website, emailed on boat support lifestyle for replacement of my earphones as they are under warranty period many times but didn't get any response .I am facing problem from a long time.Please help me to get my earphones replaced and provide door to door replacement service as there is no service centre nearby.Please reply and resolve m issue as soon as possible.

          Yesterday, My Boat Airdopes 121 were working but in the morning when I tried using them, the RIGHT EARBUD stopped working. I tried resetting but it isn't even blinking. I Tried everything which was in the Manual BUT NOTHING WORKS. Please Get back with a response on how to fix. Lastly, Will the warranty work on this? I have 1 year warranty for the product and bought the product in December 2021.

                I purchased Boat Airdopes 281 Pro on 20th Decemeber 2021 from Boat website. Just like every other packages invoice, their invoice ink also got disappeared in no time. Now, when I am trying to use it, the right side of the airdopes are not working at all. On reaching Boat's complaint site, they are repeatedly asking for the invoice, whereas I've already provided the screenshots of payment details and order confirmation. However, Boat didn't provide any e-invoice. Hence, Boat is responding saying not a valid invoice.

                Even though invoice isn't there, but I believe Boat has all the records in their app itself.

                    Just to inform you your service center in ahmedabad is giving very poor service all the staff are unskilled and unprofessional my boat eardope 141 cyder gray colour, was not working there is charging issue when i went to your service station they said come to next week we will replace it and when i went after one week they given me different colour of eardope they said we have only this one and also they argue and said come after 10 days or else we will send it to your home same product, but its almost more than 15 days still i did not receive my product even the service centre people not receive call as well if i will not receive my same product i will take the legal action agenised you guys.

                        On 10th February, 2022 I made an order for the boAt airdopes 131. The payment was successfully made from google pay and I have the receipts but order was not confirmed by the company. I havenot received th order ID either. Please d the needed to resolve thi problem as soon as possible.

                          I had purchase boat rockerz 335 smart buds ocean blue colour neckband. After using it for 20/25 times in a duration of 5 months it suddenly stopped working. I have claimed for warranty and submitted it at thane service center actually it is like collection center they don't have any product in stock.
                          They said company will send ur product at ur address. Then they started sending me concent form regarding product is discontinued and they offered me other option which was inferior and not of my product. So i have returned it and now company had closed my complain and not give my product not my money back... I have call customer care many times and sent mails also but my problem is not solved. It's very much bad service from such a reputed brand. I m totally disappointed and have to suffer for this... It's painful and Hassesment... I request to plz co operate and do the needful.

                            Want to return my smartwatch under warranty. Service center open only from 11am to 4pm. trying since long to reach customer services providing service after 6 pm. As service center not working on saturday & sunday and working hour is also within office hour Im unable to exchange my product. Only 10 days left then my product will be out of warranty. No1 else i can give my smartwatch since all working and for watch can"t afford taking leave or half day.

                                    I bought boat earphones, i have replaced them twice already and now the third earphones boat rockerz 385 v2 have stopped working.

                                    I have to go to the service center one a month to get the earphones replaced. At this point, the earphones have spent more time being delivered than being used.

                                    These are chinese made, very poor quality earphones. They cost a lot and they don't work after a few days. I want a permanent resolution.

                                      I have purchased Boat Avante soundbar 2000 on Nov 20th 2021from Flipkart. From past 1 week I am facing connectivity issues and power on off issue. This is not we expect from boat. It's just 3 months and I am getting issues with your product.

                                      I have activated my warranty and raised complaint now when I am trying to check status of my complaint it is saying my number is not registered. I have received ticket number of my complaint which is 4817173.

                                      I received job card number [protected] and it is stated that engineer have to visit on 7th Feb from 4 to 7 PM but nobody has visited at my address. I am regularly chasing them and I am not getting any resolution regarding my concern.

                                      I called there customer care on [protected] they have not provide any resolution and the customer executive Miss Manisha she don't know how to talk when I asked her to transfer my call to supervisor she denied.

                                      I really got fed up by contacting them I request you to help me with resolution.
