I have ordered a Boat headphone worth 1700/-, but received a used product....

I ordered boat 161 on 10 th january 2022. I didn't get any conformation regarding delivery. My order id is 1383354. It shows dElivery yet to dispatch.
Please reply as soon as possible....

I ordered boat basshead 103...yet I not got any message from boat company...money is debited from my account ..even the cancelation also not taking by boat app...plz make cancel and refund or deliver my product...

IT HAS BEEN 1 MONTH

I bought my headphones in MAY, and within 3 months they started showing problems like not connecting, getting disconnected, static noises, low voice capturing....

Hi, I have submitted a warranty claim request before from pincode 497001 for my boat Bassheads. I was going to order new boat usb cable for my phone and thought of checking the boat support site for warrenty claim before buying and now If i enter my current pincode 497001 I can't select the city as its locked but I can fill other details normally and when I proceed it says to select city and its not only with cables but all other products...

I have purchased a boat rockerz 333 Bluetooth earphone . But it is not properly working of voice disturbance, voice breaking, and sometimes voice not comes in earphone plug . It is 1 year guarantee product and I have buy it approx 4 month ago. Kindly replace it . I hope you are understanding my problem .

I brought the boat speaker from amazon . Within one month of purchase the speaker stopped working . Trying to contact boat customer service but no one respond properly .. Now i am just left with an empty box of no use with a warranty card which is again of no use. The service center people are so great that they denied by saying they do not get it corrected and asked to call the call center. First time I called call centre they said they...

I had ordered Boat Rockerz 330 for Rs. 1049 after applying a discount voucher of Rs.150 on 11th January, 2022. Order no. 1392106. I had cancelled the order on the same day, but have not recieved the refund yet. Kindly look into it and refund me the amount ASAP.

I ordered boat basshead 103 on 16 December and payed my order amount of 359 rs thorough UPI paytm and after some hours I cancelled my order same that is 16 of december 2021 . Today its been 25 days i didn't got my money refunded . I called boat Customer care number they said sir give us 1 week your money will be refunded and now it's been more than 10 days since I called customers care number. I don't understand when I will got my money back....

Have purchased Rockerz 335 on 26.07.21 from amazon and it was not working after some time so I have got it repalced by Boat showroom/service center and had got Rockerz 385 V2 in replacement as Rockerz 335 was not available. Now Rockerz 385 V2 is not working. Please help to make the replacement as I am getting faulty products again and again from Boat....
