Sir i ordered an airdopes model 141 white purity at rupees 1299 but after few minutes the offer comes additional 10% discount so I canceled my ordered then i order again with discount now 1169.1 which is additional 10% discount but money detucted and order not placed please sir help me

    I bought boat earphones, i have replaced them twice already and now the third earphones boat rockerz 385 v2 have stopped working.

    I have to go to the service center one a month to get the earphones replaced. At this point, the earphones have spent more time being delivered than being used.

    These are chinese made, very poor quality earphones. They cost a lot and they don't work after a few days. I want a permanent resolution.

      I have purchased Boat Avante soundbar 2000 on Nov 20th 2021from Flipkart. From past 1 week I am facing connectivity issues and power on off issue. This is not we expect from boat. It's just 3 months and I am getting issues with your product.

      I have activated my warranty and raised complaint now when I am trying to check status of my complaint it is saying my number is not registered. I have received ticket number of my complaint which is 4817173.

      I received job card number [protected] and it is stated that engineer have to visit on 7th Feb from 4 to 7 PM but nobody has visited at my address. I am regularly chasing them and I am not getting any resolution regarding my concern.

      I called there customer care on [protected] they have not provide any resolution and the customer executive Miss Manisha she don't know how to talk when I asked her to transfer my call to supervisor she denied.

      I really got fed up by contacting them I request you to help me with resolution.

        I have purchased this Airdopes around 1 year ago i have exchanged it one time already but again it stopped working.
        After 6 month of working it's left earbud Stop working so i requested for a exchange as it has 1 year warranty then again i get a new one but same after 4 months it stopped working again what should i do now it has 1 year warranty but i don't have invoice of my purchase as i have buy it from another account.
        Such a poor quality Airdopes

            On 27th feb 2022 I ordered a boat airdopes 331 on boat official website.
            I click the buy now button and payment via Google pay
            amount is debited in my account
            But the website browser show me( something went wrong)
            So my order is not fulfilled. It's cannot go to the next page. I don't have tracking id or order ID .but money is taken in my account . I tried to reach the support section on boat website but every day they send ticket for waiting list to speak on customer care but I never get any calls from boat company still . So my money is threatening by boat official website he never contact me properly.

              There was a battery problem in my Boat Airdopes 402 which are under warranty and are 6 months old. I registered the warranty complaint on boats official website and the pick up has been done on 23rd December by Boats courier partner and it has reached boat on 29th December. When i looked at the warranty tracking it said the product has been delivered and it would take 2 days to inward the product. After a few days it changed to the courier partner has canceled the pick up twice. I contacted the customer care and they told me to send a mail to the company and i did so but i dint receive any response from then after doing so twice. Then the status changed to the "The ticket has been closed as there was no response from your end". I kept contacting the customer service but there was no response and sent multiple mails to them and still i dint receive any responce from boat.
              my product is with them and how can they close the ticket i dont understand. My ticket id is 4300463.

                          Hi,

                          I placed an order on boAt website on 16th December 2021 and was eagerly waiting for shipment, As 7 days passed I did not received any update on my order i called the boAt customer care and had a word with Karan(CSE), he said to wail for 48 hours and I will receive update to my order

                          After 48 hours i called back again for any delivery update then i was assured by Saurabh that i will again receive update with in 48 hours

                          When I did not received any update in 48 hours again I called back and spoke with Rupashree and then she said that the order was out of stock, so I requested for refund and she asked that I will be updated in 48 hours again

                          And again I did not received any update related to my refund request against my order so I called back again and again and spoke with Manisha, Sunita, Pooja and Anita in the intervals of 3-4 days they all assured me that I will receive my refund with 3-5 business working days.

                          But the my refund is not initiated and the boAt website does have any option to cancel my order from my end so I cannot cancel the order from my end as well

                          The company has my payment of Rs 2249 from past 1.5 months and are not refunding the amount

                          Any help from your side would be appreciated

                              My order I'd 1498886i placed the order on 26 Jan 2022 it's been 7 days and I didn't receive my product still. I have made a purchase from their official website. They've only responded to me once that my product has left warehouse and it'll dispatch it 24- 48 hrs but the track details are showing otherwise.
                              Now they are not responding to me what should I do? I need my money back or the order I have placed. It's the boat head 242.

                                Worst customer service ever
                                I ordered a airdopes and bluetooth headset (order id #1217731) and i forgot to mention a gift voucher so i cancelled . It says your refund will be credit in your account with in 7 working days .
                                Today ill waited 2 months still i don't get my refund till now . I have sent an email but no response.
                                I need my money back

                                  I have ordered my airpods from boat on 21st jan. I got message that it will be delivered on 28th Jan. Then on 28th i got the message that it is delivered. But i didn't get the delivery till now. What is happening. I want to know what happened to my purchase. I have already paid using net banking. What do you think.                                         Head set for purchased in Amazon in october month and we had issues with the blue tooth and we approached the customer care and registered a complaint on 10th November 2021 and boat arranged to pick the head set from us through blue dart courier on 11th November 2021. After that we did not get any response from them. We tried to contact the customer care on 13th January 2021 and they said your issue will be resolved in 48 hours, but no response after the same. My problem ticket number is 3971430
