    I've purchased a bluetooth earphone rockrez 235v2 sky blue approx a month ago and activated warrenty card and after a month it's one side is not working then i went to service centre they said it's out of stock and will available after one month..how irritating ?...should i wait one month ?.is this kind of service boat give their customer?...so I humble request to boat service centre to replace my earphone as soon as possible ...!!!

          On 27th January 2022 around 6:45 PM, I purchased boAt bassheads 103 green color from the boAt official website but haven't recieved any order ID or order confirmation message etc. My UPI reference no. was[protected] and my transaction amount was Rs 274.55 done through Paytm app. The screenshot showing the payment reciept is herewith attached to this complaint.

          The company has refunded the amount into my bank account. Also when I talked to them, they told that it takes max 7-10 working days to refund the amount automatically.

                  I bought a boat headphone 370 from Myntra and received a faulty one
                  One contacting Myntra I was told that it can only be replaced from.boat service centre

                            This is Athang Purandare a BOAT customer...I had ordered a boat product ...AIRDOPES 381 to be precise...on 23rd May 2021. It was working well till yesterday when suddenly the charging case's four blue lights went off and wouldn't turn on...i charged for many hrs but still it isn't working.
                            As my warranty is for 1 year I wish to get a new piece for the same...
