    Wrong product delivered by boat twice after that refused to exchange

    Ref: Order ID - 1355800 dated 10/01/2022
    I have purchased Boat Data Cable A400 (2 Mtr.) on 06/01/2022 which was delivered to me on 10/01/2022 and the product was A400 (1 Mtr.) and after that I have talked with their customer service team and sent mail with all details and picture and applied for exchange in Boat site. After 7 days i.e. on 17/01/2022 again the same product has been delivered. Again I had talked with their customer service...

          Good evening,
          I'm very much disappointed by the boat earphones which I purchased (airdope 431 in may 2021 and and basshead 103 in Dec 2021). I already replaced airdope431 2 times and basshead103 once. Again I get problem with the basshead103. It affect my work and waste my time. I often spend a time to get replacement and tracking it. I don't know what to do. I just wasting my money and time on it. So I need a proper response and solution from your side. What's your answer for wasting my time, money and energy on your products?

                      Hello All,

                      This is to share my very Bad experience with Boat service provider.

                      I have purchased new baot storm watch and and it stopped working after 20 days and logged a service ticket with boat customer service and they took my faulty product and when i recived repalcement that was just an empty box and the product was stolen in transit and i contacted Boat service team and they are not ready to track this issue and provide the resolution
                      I have called multiple times but no luck.

                      Suggetion to the people who buy Boat product and they do not have propper service by the end of the day you will loose your money.

                        My shipment has been returned back to origin. What is the next course of action?
                        Will the shipment be again sent or there will be refund?
                        If refunded when will i get the refund?

                        Product: Boat Stone 620 Blue.
                        Placed Order on 25th Dec 2021.
                        Shipment connected to Origin on 12th Jan 2022.
                        RTO Delivered on 17th Jan 2022.

                        There is no email from Team boat over the next course of action.
                        I am regularly asking on email and playstore to atleast reply on the query but no customer support.

                        No one is replying on playstore nor Email from team boat.

                        Thats why i am not placing another order on some other shopping platform. An also to highlight, I bought in fresh sale the product.
                        And if i go and buy now i am at loss; I will have to pay extra.

                        So infact they should also refund the difference is the order i placed and the price now.

                        Really very poor customer support. I have no clue what is going to happen next. Are Boat cheating this way for money!

                        Kindly update on the query. Kindly keep the customers updated.

                          I received my replaced airdopes but didn't received its charging cable and the box.
                          The box contains tha charging cable and warranty card. For replacement i send them the complete box and in return i got only airdopes. I mailed but didn't got any response.

                            I ordered a Boat product on Jan 6, 2022 it has been 12 days yet its not delivered, also there is no response from delivery partner. Each and every time when I raised a complaint to boat customer care, they respond the same like they'll escalate this issue. The estimated delivery time is changed frequently and at last I got the status update as "RTO initiated", as per the boat customer care reply the product has been sent back to origin warehouse.

                            We couldn't find the Delivery partner customer care number to reach them, but got info that they don't have contact number and it should only be mailed.

                              My boat rockerz 245v2 head set is not pairing with my tablet via BLUETOOTH, although it has been working perfectly since I bought it 3 months ago. The product was bought on Amazon on 14th November 2021, and is still under warranty. Please help asap.

                                I have purchased boat air dopes 402 from flipkart. I am facing a problem in the left side ear dope. It is discharging very fast, even when it placed in charging case it is getting discharge. That makes alot of inconvinience and even its customer care response soo poor.                                     I have bought Boat smart watch in Aug from Flipkart. It stops working after 2 months. Since the, i am trying to reach Boat for a replacement but seems it isnt so easy.

                                    Boat Lifestyle organization has got a link to raise complaint which never takes any complaints but - redirects the customers to the service center that does not accept any exchange, and instead advices customer to go online/website and submit a request for replacement...
