I'm very much disappointed by the boat earphones which I purchased (airdope 431 in may 2021 and and basshead 103 in Dec 2021). I already replaced airdope431 2 times and basshead103 once. Again I get problem with the basshead103. It affect my work and waste my time. I often spend a time to get replacement and tracking it. I don't know what to do. I just wasting my money and time on it. So I need a proper response and solution from your side. What's your answer for wasting my time, money and energy on your products?

One contacting Myntra I was told that it can only be replaced from.boat service centre
A filed a complaint on 13 Jan for replacing the headphone and till now no pickup was arranged
It was cancelled for three time in a row
All my money is gonna go waste
Cz I was unable to use it even for a single day
