I have purchased Boat Stone 1200 Black from Amazon on Sept 24 2021. I have hardly used it. I have taken out today Dec 30 2021 to use it and tried to charge but to my surprise, it is not charging.
I tried reaching customer service numbers several times, no one anwers it.
Also their website gives false information about raising a complaint.

Against my previous warranty repair claim ticket 4335854, Boat had provided defective replacement product. I provided photo of this damaged product to boat but they didn't respond. After that I generated new repair ticket no. 4427007 within warranty period but surprisingly boat replied in email that warranty is expired!!...

My order is not delivered after 15 das why?...

I have purchased a boat Airbuds 121 Black . It's not working properly one Air buds not working second have received a voice not connected to the voice call . Not charging and it's rec with out level of boat ....

I have purchased a product from boat which is not according to description and suitable for me. so i want the refund of that product.

I was using earphones without any damage the left bud always on low battery ! even when it is kept in the box whole day. Now same problem is started with right bud too. Max they both work for 5 minutes then automatically gets off....

I purchased a boat Airdopes and raise a return request in limited time, with in 7 day without and respond. Now i am try to reach them for valid reply they just hung up the call....

My boat order I'd 1241955 ordered on 20/12/21 till not shipped .very poor service ..
Update my order status....

I placed order on 19th December. My order was supposed to come on 23rd December and on 23rd it didn't received. I tracked the order and they told me it will get delivered on 24 but on 24th they did it again that I will receive it on 25th and on 25th they told me I will receive on 26th and today is 26th and now they're saying I will get it on 27th.

Please do deliver my order or refund my money....
