I have ordered earphones from boat website but till now i have not received any tracking details and my product is not even dispatched till now. i want atleast they should hand it over to the courier partner.

    I ordered BoAt Rockerz 400 on 28th December 2021 . Product packed on the same date, 28th December as per tracking status, and arrived the package at the delhivery facility on Jan 1 in my city . MY product order ID #1289287_BBLR170896 and AWB number : [protected] . It is supposed to be delivered on Jan 3 as estimated but get delayed on 4th and again on 5th, I am worried that whether I will get my package or not . When I will receive my order??????????
    Please Help!!!

    No attempt for the delivery was made by the delhivery facility and also they didn't contacted me as it was out for delivery on 6th Jan 2022
    and I got message that delivery attempt was made and consignee was unavailable.
    Please give me my order!

      Ordered, Boat Rockerz 225+ Pro Active Black from boat official website on Dec 26.
      Product got delivered on Dec 29, around 1pm, Immediatly called the customer support, also drafted the mail with images, later also send additional images as requested in a reply.

      After this there is no response.

      Multiple emails, to the support, cs and help service of Boat, still there is no response, when i call and ask for a status, they keep saying, they raised an issue, will be addressed in 48 hours, which they didn't revert back yet.

            I have ordered boat airdropes 441 wirless earbuds in boat website.using mobile number on jan 4 2022 And paid the Rs.1619.10 through gpay the transaction was successful debited the amount ( added gpay transaction id CICAgOCR18S7EA ) But still next process is not yet confirmed still it was asking to pay the amount .

              I purchased the Boat Xtend (pinch black with pink straps) 18th November 2021. initially the watch had the display issue so I discussed it with the customer care of Boat. I went to the service center of Both and submitted the watch to the service Center. (I have the proper receipt for the same). The Boat company sent me the watch through blue dart but the received watch has a battery issue.

              I recalled the service center and talked to the representative. the person confirmed that they sent the wrong product & again i created the complaint for battery issue. This time, the boat picked the watch & today they delivered the new boat watch.

              Again I face the issue. The product was delivered today with black straps, I ordered the "Sandy Cream" color for my wife. I didn't get the correct product from the boat and they didn't agree to resolve the issue.

                I have Purchased Boat Rockerz 335 on Amazon on 13th July 2021. I am facing an issue with earbuds and it keeps on falling down and there is no point in using this earphone with this issue. So, I decided to get a replacement as this is under warranty. I requested to return on 27 October 2021. They have created a Ticket ID 3859081 and arranged a return. Return was picked up on 28 October 2021. Then I received an email on November 1, 2021 as we have stopped production of this model so we will offer you Boat Rockerz 330 ( which is a lower end model compared to Boat Rocker 335). I purchased Rockers 335 because of its Qualcomm Aptx technology and CVC technology. But Rockers 330 doesn't come with this feature. So, I decided not to accept this offer.I responded to them immediately not to send this earphone, just send my original item back with a new pair of earbuds. They responded to me back on November 27, 2021. To offer Rockers 330 with Bassheads 152 as a gift. But they won't offer any warranty for the gift. I don't trust them to send me genuine items. So, I requested a full refund on the same day itself. They again responded with the same email on December, 3, 2021. Again I requested a refund on the same day. Then I didn't get any response from them. So, I decided to contact their CEO. And searching for their contact details on their website and internet. Surprisingly I couldn't find the details on their website. So, I contacted their customer service through twitter. They again asked me for full details of the issue and they gave me the same solution to replace it with a different model. This issue is going on till now. Their warranty policy says
                (14.9 In the event of obsolescence of a product or any other reason whatsoever, if boAt is not able to repair/replace the product during the warranty period, boAt will have the option to offer a product with equivalent features or give refund, based on the utilisation period of the product. The decision of boAt in this regard shall be final. For the purposes of refund, the calculation will be done based on the purchase invoice value not exceeding the MRP. Original proof of purchase is mandatory to be submitted to boAt Service Centre.)

                They don't offer me product with equivalent features. So, I requested a refund, and they were ready to give only 40% refund. I submitted a claim in 4th month from purchase, they only consider it from 6th month as per current date. Now I am requesting a full refund as they don't offer me an equivalent featured product. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          Hi I registered a complaint regarding my soundbar remote is not working I got a reply from boat side and and I got new remote but it's not compatible with my soundbar so I contacted a customer care about my remote is not compatible with my soundbar, he asked me to registered a another complaint so I registered another complaint but till now I didn't receive any reply so I contacted customer care again but they said your ticket number is expired we can't give you replacement, i got cheated

                              I ordered boat ear pods on 31st and the order transaction was completed successfully and debited of rs.1299 from my side but now the boat transaction page is showing error and no updates on orders.
                              And refund.

                                    My airdopes have been picked up by the xpressbee parcel services on 28of the July. What's the status of my complaint?. It's been more then 15 days as mentioned by boat about the time duration for replacement. I have contacted the boat customer care number almost around 10 times. And i have the screenshot of the acknowledgement for the transit with the consignment number shared with me by xpressbee to 3 different mail IDs shared by boat customer care executive for 5 times. From last month I'm getting false promises that my issue is been escalated to the higher official and my product will be picked up with 72 hours, 48 hours so on. But till now I didn't any notification regarding that and my product isn't delivered to me. It's almost 5 months got over!

                                    Boat's after sales services are really worst. Queries are not resolved within time and takes around more than 2 weeks to respond.
                                    It's my last product I have purchased of Boat.
                                    I have contacted them. And everytime they promise to resolve the complain
                                    And even after more than 15 days they are saying it will take around 7 to 10 days to deliver the product.

                                        Hi my Bluetooth headphones have been snapped and broken at the extending part the wire has not been damaged and i can hear through both the speakers but i can't put the headphone on as it is broken i still have 5 months of warranty can i get a repairment or replacement
