On November 26 2021, i ordered boat bassheads 105( blue ) from boat's official website.

On 28 November 2021, my order was delivered.
But due to some technical issue and bad quality sound i returned the product on the product on Dec 4, 2021 with exchange with another product and they provided me a ticket number. They mailed and informed that the replacement will be delivered in next 5-7 days.

Boat delayed my order it has been so many days still my order is not shipped the customer service is also poor...

I ordered boat rockers 335 from Flipkart app. After 4-5 months my handset battery performance goes down and I claim my warranty. They took my product and mail me they discontinued boat rockerz 335 so they offer me boat rockerz 330 but I don't want that product this product is down graded, this product not have qualcomm processor and not have aptx noise cancellation. I had placed a request to change my boat stone grenade bluetooth speaker set as it was not working properly and the sound quality was also reduced. Therefore they picked it up from my address along with all the accessories such as box, all the cables, warranty cards etc. However they delivered only the speaker in a plastic cover and did not return other articles. I'm complaining about my product boat rockerz 550. Its cable wire not working. And it is under warranty. I call many times near service center but they not received a single call of mine. I found error while using the rockerz 338, i raise a complain for the same on 25oct with request no 3837511 and the same earsphone has been delivered by end by 2nd nov. But I received the mailed that the same product is discontinued on 27 nov and offer exchange with some other product. Which were declined by me. Got delivery of the product on 4 Dec 21 and airdopes are not connecting properly, when tried to replace it, then i came to know that my order ID is invalid (7digits) and it requires 5 or 6 digit order ID to download my invoice.. until i don't get my invoice attached to the complaint it won't be able to register the complaint...

On 18th December 2021 around 6:00PM, i have purchased boAt bassheads 225 from the boAt official website but haven't recieved any order ID or order confirmation message etc. My UPI refrence number is[protected] and my transaction amount was Rs 439.20 done through GPay app. The screenshot showing the payment reciept is herewith attached to this complaint....

There's a glitch in the earpieces and a lot of disturbance in mic...

The boat earphones bought today its sound quality and wire quality is not so good...plz exchange this product as soon as possible....

I bought boat stone grenade speaker 10 days ago...now speaker is not charging...it got automatic dishcharge . I charge with many chargers but same problem appears . Please replace this product or solve this issue....

I have put airdopes 621 for exchange and it's still not complete it reverse packup generated and 20 days gone I putted for exchange buying date was
25/11/2021/and I put it for exchange on after two days and it still not happen nothing I called 8 to 10 times to customers care only give time 2days 4days again and again only giving time but problem not solving...

I had a problem with my boat airdopes 281 for which I raised a request, and as a replacement I got airpdopes 441 which as a product does not fit in my ears and i didn't wanted it even

And now I'm struggling with airdopes 441

Kindly replace and give me airdopes 281 or similar model not a a very different model...

I have placed a prepaid order from BoAt lifestyle official website on 27th Oct and estimated delivery date was 12th Nov which was further delayed to 14th Nov and it's been more than a month and I haven't received the order neither I got any update on the same.

Customer service people are very unhelpful as even after complaining couple of times I got no resolution on the same. Neither I got my refund.
