I had ordered Boat Rockerz 255 Pro + Active Black through the website on 8th of December, 2021, it was delayed by one day and got delivered to me by 12th of December, 2021 that too after opening the package, I could see an open seal.
First of all, I have a problem with the "Product Problem" list in the boat website. It doesn't have the other option of "missing accessories and parts". Why is this the case?
