On November 26 2021, i ordered boat bassheads 105( blue ) from boat's official website.
On 28 November 2021, my order was delivered.
But due to some technical issue and bad quality sound i returned the product on the product on Dec 4, 2021 with exchange with another product and they provided me a ticket number. They mailed and informed that the replacement will be delivered in next 5-7 days.
After 7 days, on dec 11, 2021 i queried them through mail that the replacement is not yet delivered. They asked my email, ticket number (341442), order id ( 1112805_BGGN126833 ) through mail.
After giving my all the required details to them, they told me that the replacement has already been delivered.
the replacement wasn't delivered to me and I never had any details of the replacement with me from the day i returned the defective product so i asked them to give me the details of the replacement and where they delivered it. After that i searched the replacement details through my ticket number and sent the screenshot (stating that the exchange is converted for refund and approval is pending from their side.). I sent those screenshot to them and asked for further details .
After that they asked me for 7-10 business days and assured me that the refund will be delivered to me.
Today i mailed them again but getting no response. Their numbers are always busy no other method to contact them.
Now they even closed the ticket window and i cant even see the details of the replacement.
I need my refund of 399 please.
