Bought boat rockerz 335 and it stopped working in a month. product has registered with complaint no 3875925. it was picked up on Nov 2 and till date yet to get an replacement. Not sure why they are spending 1.5 months to send a replacement, worst service ever. not at all responding to emails....

I have registered complaint 1 month before but still no response given to any mail or call even after trying 100 call at the end my call get disconnected automatically. I already have 5 different boat products but after such experience I will never buy or suggest any one for Boat. If this post help me then its a really good news for me.
