      Have purchased Rockerz 335 on 26.07.21 from amazon and it was not working after some time so I have got it repalced by Boat showroom/service center and had got Rockerz 385 V2 in replacement as Rockerz 335 was not available. Now Rockerz 385 V2 is not working. Please help to make the replacement as I am getting faulty products again and again from Boat.

                            I placed order on 2nd Jan 2022.
                            Paymet was debited from my gpay with
                            Transaction ID[protected]. The order did not get placed.
                            There is no update on my refund.
                            They dont reply to mail.
                            I have called them 5 times since the money debited. I get the same respond that we will look into the issue.
                            There is no solution or any positive respond from them.

                                I bought boat Bluetooth headphone from ur website and got all the mails on my registered mail but now one side headphone is having some issues, so, am trying to complain but don't have invoice.                                     I ordered BoAt Rockerz 400 on 28th December 2021 . Product packed on the same date, 28th December as per tracking status, and arrived the package at the delhivery facility on Jan 1 in my city . It is supposed to be delivered on Jan 3 as estimated but get delayed on 4th and again on 5th, I am worried that whether I will get my package or not . When I will receive my order??????????

                                      Ordered, Boat Rockerz 225+ Pro Active Black from boat official website on Dec 26.
                                      Product got delivered on Dec 29, around 1pm, Immediatly called the customer support, also drafted the mail with images, later also send additional images as requested in a reply.

                                      After this there is no response.

                                      Multiple emails, to the support, cs and help service of Boat, still there is no response, when i call and ask for a status, they keep saying, they raised an issue, will be addressed in 48 hours, which they didn't revert back yet.
