I'he ordered boat wired headsets on boat life style website on dec 2 but because of some problem I want to cancel my order but i am not unable to do it from my logged account (From where i'he purchased the order - boat lifestyle).in the cancel option area it is showing not delivered (Only text), maybe because of that i am not able to cancel the order. Please resolve this issue asap and cancel my order my order id #1319294

    They not answering the call and mails

    Very bad experience received from customer service team, if we not received revert in next 2 two working days we raised complaints to higher authorities

        I ordered boat blitz 2000 speaker on 13 Nov 2021 and delivered by the same on 21 Nov 2021.but this product is received damaged. I file a complaint for replacement on 23 Nov 2021. Ticket ID 309179.still product is not picked up yet.

          On 1st jan 2022 around 8.30 pm ordered boat watch xtend charcoal black. Money deducted bit order not placed .The payment was done through SBI net banking The screenshot showing the amount deducted message from my account to IMAGINE Ref. IGAMSSTEC5 is herewith attached to this complaint

            I was having issue with my boat airdopes 281 so filed an complaint for replacement as it was in warranty period and the product is picked up by delivery boy on 09/11/2021 and after picked up a message came to me that the invoice which i have shared was invalid. So i have mailed it many times. But then it's almost 50 days of my product was dispatched and i don't have any information regarding it. Many times i also reach out to the customer service but they used to waste time nothing else . My ticket no. is 3949066. I need a solution of this ASAP. For further information please contact me.

                I ordered boat bluetooth headset directly from boAt website on 27th Nov and paid Rs.999 through online. My product is not even shipped. Inspite of sending several emails and reminders, I am not getting any response. There is no customer service. We can only send email for concerns. I am worried my money is lost. Don't know why boAt is doing like this.

                    Against my warranty claim for Boat 100 wireless bluetooth earphone, I have received an empty box on 18.11.21.

                    Regarding this several mails wrote to the customer care team and several calls also made.

                    But till date my product is not replaced and there is no acknowledgement for my complaint also
                    Everytime when I call to CC team, they are asking me to wait for another 3days, 10days etc...
                    Nowadays not attending my calls also.

                      I ordered an earphone bassheads 242 on 30 December 2021 and done a pre payment through Google pay but after that I didn't got any notification by their side but it was showing that the amount has been debited from my account. I'm not willing to get any order details. I want to get my order but boat company is not responding even after complaining about it. Please help.

                        I have ordered one boat speaker stone 200 day before yesterday and I have already paid for that also an amount of Rs.849.00 from your official site of boat lifestyle.com but till now I have not get any confirmation message regarding tracking ID/AWB no.Here I m attaching my transaction details and the gadget which I ordered. Either send the confirmation message regarding the order or refund my money.Attachment below, the price of the speaker has been raised and out of stock now but I have ordered it when price was Rs.999.00 by applying one coupon of Rs.150.00

                          Hi,

                          I have purchased Boat Stone 1200 Black from Amazon on Sept 24 2021. I have hardly used it. I have taken out today Dec 30 2021 to use it and tried to charge but to my surprise, it is not charging.
                          I tried reaching customer service numbers several times, no one anwers it.
                          Also their website gives false information about raising a complaint.

                          We cannot raise a ticket/complain from above site, it simply redirects to service center. No one is answering the phone.
                          I'm in hyderabad and service center is 35 kms far away.

                          This is highly ridiculous, very bad experience. Please help me resolve my issue, thank you.

                            Against my previous warranty repair claim ticket 4335854, Boat had provided defective replacement product. I provided photo of this damaged product to boat but they didn't respond. After that I generated new repair ticket no. 4427007 within warranty period but surprisingly boat replied in email that warranty is expired!!

                            I claim my warranty product of boat Airdopes 138 to boat which was not working properly due to lack of charging in one side problem product was inspected by boat but they claim that we can not solve your problem due to physical damage but as far as I know product had no any physical damage or defect and they rejected my product replacement or repair i just want my money back or do my product replace
