My boat rockers 450 black in colour has been broken due to bad manufacturing quality of the product, i have been using it from past 4-5 months and have cared for it a lot it has been broken without any external pressure applied on it or due to misshandling or misuse ; it has broken completly due to bad manufacturing quality of the product and i want the replacement of the product as soon as possibel

    I have registered a complaint for replacement of my Boat Bassheads 242 Lime color and the ticket number is 4366632. It says that it takes maximum 2 days for the approval, I have registered that complain on 21st December and today is 26th December and I still haven't got any valid response from your side. Please look look into it.

      I had raised the complaint on 2nd December on Boat website..ticket number 4182115..the technician ad visited on 4th December and said right side speaker need to be changed..on 9th December he had came with the part and after changing the part..I asked him the sound is still not proper at the same time I informed him..but he said play the bar continous for 2 days if still sound is not clear then raise the complaint again.. i have re-raised the complaint on 11th again--ticket id[protected] and till date no resolution on complaint they said the part was ordered but it is in transit..15 days completed now after 6 days the bar will fo out of warranty..and I asked him if after changing the part..if still issue not resolved then what they will do then.. should I need to pay then.. they have not replied only saying will update you.. pls look into this because it is really frustrating now..

          My earphones ear piece is not at all working and sometimes when it works it makes a lot of disturbance also the mic has similar issues.
          It has no physical damage.
          I previously mailed regarding the same but it's been a long time and yet no one has responded.
          I'm fed up by the customer services provided by boat.
          Also they are asking me to go to the nearest service centre which is about 20 km away and I'm unable to do so due covid cases uprising.
          I'm never ever buying anything from Boat and I'll suggest everyone the same.

            I ordered 2 boat airdopes 621 on 25th November 2021 Thursday, i chose payment option as paytm wallet, the money was deducted but i didn't receive any orderid or acknowledgement and neither a refund of my money, i have contacted boat through mail, call etc but i still haven't received my money back, its been a month now

                I placed an order for Airdopes 141 - Wireless Earbuds today. The money got deducted from my account, but I'm yet to receive the confirmation message and the account shows that no orders had been placed. Attaching a screenshot of the transaction below.                     I have bought boAt Rockerz 335 Bold blue on 25/06/2021 and it stopped working on 18/8/2021. After multiple contact, there was no response from the company. However after 15 days I was contacted and given an replacement product boAt Rockerz 385 V2. But unfortunately even the replacement product also didn't work after a month. There is no way that I am able to raise the complaint. Hence I request to the company please refund my amount that i have paid for the Bluetooth headphone

                      I requested for a replacement but the order was picked up on 10december and returned to boat by 13december and after that i don't know any status of my product will i get replacement or refund no status and after i called there customer service they said my product will be replaced and delivered by 24december and today is 24december still no status i called again Yesterday they said you'll get your order by the end of the week don't will i get or not my replacement id is 345335

                        As the product itself is a worst material because the bass and sound quality are of very cheap quality and i dont want to take product as it is not fulfilling my requirements . I said to give different model instead of this boat stone 1200 .                             The audio for the right earphone for my Bassheads 242 is not working. I have to keep tilting my phone and touching the wire for the audio to work but a few seconds later it stops working again.
                            I purchased my product on 20th oct and it's only been 2 months but still it got spoilt.
                            The earphones are in great condition so I have no idea why the audio is glitching.

                                  I have requested for an exchange of a product boat partypal 20 and it took more than 2 weeks to deliver so i denied the delivery and now the product has returned to the boat delivery centre. They did not even send a mail about it or about my refund or anything. It has been a month im that i am being troubled by this boat customer care and service. I want the refund as soon as possible.                                     I ordered a product online which was to be delivered by delhivety .but the product was not delivered when I checked the status it said it will be delivered by 22 December but it never showed status that the product is your for delivery and next day on 23rd December I received a text regarding return of product to the shipper
                                    I even went to the office delhivery but it was nowhere to be found I could not find it on Google maps neither there was any address on the site
                                    This happens first time with me, worst delivery service .and neither boat customer service helped me regarding the matter
                                    They told that there is nothing to be done in that matter it was cancelled without confirming me

                                      I have bought boat basshead 100 black headphone via Amazon on 19th October and it gives 1year warranty. But the left side of the earphone was not working with in December. The service centres are very very far from my house. I want justice.

                                        On November 26 2021, i ordered boat bassheads 105( blue ) from boat's official website.

                                        On 28 November 2021, my order was delivered.
                                        But due to some technical issue and bad quality sound i returned the product on the product on Dec 4, 2021 with exchange with another product and they provided me a ticket number. They mailed and informed that the replacement will be delivered in next 5-7 days.

                                        After 7 days, on dec 11, 2021 i queried them through mail that the replacement is not yet delivered. They asked my email, ticket number (341442), order id ( 1112805_BGGN126833 ) through mail.

                                        After giving my all the required details to them, they told me that the replacement has already been delivered.

                                        the replacement wasn't delivered to me and I never had any details of the replacement with me from the day i returned the defective product so i asked them to give me the details of the replacement and where they delivered it. After that i searched the replacement details through my ticket number and sent the screenshot (stating that the exchange is converted for refund and approval is pending from their side.). I sent those screenshot to them and asked for further details .

                                        After that they asked me for 7-10 business days and assured me that the refund will be delivered to me.
                                        Today i mailed them again but getting no response. Their numbers are always busy no other method to contact them.

                                        Now they even closed the ticket window and i cant even see the details of the replacement.
                                        I need my refund of 399 please.
