On 06.11.2021 raised my complaint to replace my head set. today 15.12.2021 till ow there is no response why??

You can use this ticket number to follow up on the status of your query.We are doing our best to provide the seamless customer experience for you and we will respond to your service ticket as soon as we can – usually within 48 hours (between Monday to Saturday).
The following are the next steps of the process:
• A response from our customer service executive after verifying the invoice and warranty claim will be sent to you.
• After approval, pickup with courier partner name and AWB number for your product unit will be initiated provided your registered pin-code must be serviceable.
• As soon as the product unit received at our service hub we will communicate to you and the we will check the issue of the product unit.
• After the checking is completed we will issue a replacement unit for your product unit
Once pickup of your product unit is initiated, please make sure of the following points are taken care of-
* Pack your product unit in any small box before handing it over to our courier partners to avoid physical damage during transit
* Do not hand-over Product box, product accessories, invoice to our courier partner

Since this is a door to door replacement service, it would take at least 18-20 days complete the entire replacement process.

    I purchased a boat Rockerz 235 V2 blue wireless earphone from Flipkart on 23/06/2021. The product quality is vile and started problem in very noisy sound. Though within warranty period, the company has rejected any support or service for the product stating that the product is use and throw type. Though this type was not mentioned in the product description while purchasing.

      As i didn't received my smartwatch refund According to the policy customer get refund within 30 days but it's already have been more than 30 days and i didn't received my refund i already contact to the customer care many times, kindly give my refund asap now its not tolerable

          I boat a wireless headphone and when it got compliant I sent it to the service centre by registering on their website itself. Item picked with in a week which is 19 November 2021. And after 2 weeks boat team sent an email like it was a manufacturing defect and item will be replaced. And it will another model only due to particular product availability. Which I agreed. After that I sent many mails to get an update but they never replied. Also I made call which they were disconnecting in between. Finally somebody talked to me and said item not dispatched yet and don't know when that will happen.

            Bought Boat TWS on 1st Nov, 2020. Since then the right ear unit use to stop charging itself therefore making it unusable. Got it replaced several times but every time it lasted for 2months barely. Now, that my warranty is expired on Nov, 2021 & the same problem has arrived again. I am concerned about the how many faulty items this company delivers & the the consumers has to suffer because of their negligence in quality & durability.

                Hello Team,
                I had ordered Boat Rockerz 255 Pro + Active Black through the website on 8th of December, 2021, it was delayed by one day and got delivered to me by 12th of December, 2021 that too after opening the package, I could see an open seal.
                First of all, I have a problem with the "Product Problem" list in the boat website. It doesn't have the other option of "missing accessories and parts". Why is this the case?
                And yes, the customer care number shows "not available" all the time? If you expect people to buy something from your store/brand, why aren't you keeping a good communication service? I have trusted you with my money for the product and if that's not delivered properly/or given an old/used product with torn box and missing accessories, why would even one go for it.

                I would request you to take this seriously and not give the customer a bitter experience and please address this concern in priority.

                    I have registered complaint 1 month before but still no response given to any mail or call even after trying 100 call at the end my call get disconnected automatically.
