As the product itself is a worst material because the bass and sound quality are of very cheap quality and i dont want to take product as it is not fulfilling my requirements . I said to give different model instead of this boat stone 1200 .     Recently I have order my product from official boat website. They give me track my order link and it works also fr some time but unfortunately it didn't work and I didn't able to track my order.It shows order page expired.I ordered my product on 19 Dec, 2021. My order I'd is showing on boat app
    but didint track from it.what can I do.Please suggest me and resolve my problem.

      The audio for the right earphone for my Bassheads 242 is not working. I have to keep tilting my phone and touching the wire for the audio to work but a few seconds later it stops working again.
      I purchased my product on 20th oct and it's only been 2 months but still it got spoilt.
      The earphones are in great condition so I have no idea why the audio is glitching.

        I have purchased boat 281 pro, I have request for replacement in oct 2021 and i received 441 instead of 281 pro, which I don't want, , then I request to return the product and requested for replace again, again without my consent sended me back the 441, again then I requested for replacement then I received 441 as the product is out of stock then I declined it, so i want my refund for the product 28pro

            I have requested for an exchange of a product boat partypal 20 and it took more than 2 weeks to deliver so i denied the delivery and now the product has returned to the boat delivery centre. They did not even send a mail about it or about my refund or anything. It has been a month im that i am being troubled by this boat customer care and service. I want the refund as soon as possible.               I ordered a product online which was to be delivered by delhivety .but the product was not delivered when I checked the status it said it will be delivered by 22 December but it never showed status that the product is your for delivery and next day on 23rd December I received a text regarding return of product to the shipper
              I even went to the office delhivery but it was nowhere to be found I could not find it on Google maps neither there was any address on the site
              This happens first time with me, worst delivery service .and neither boat customer service helped me regarding the matter
              They told that there is nothing to be done in that matter it was cancelled without confirming me

                I have bought boat basshead 100 black headphone via Amazon on 19th October and it gives 1year warranty. But the left side of the earphone was not working with in December. The service centres are very very far from my house. I want justice.

                  On November 26 2021, i ordered boat bassheads 105( blue ) from boat's official website.

                  On 28 November 2021, my order was delivered.
                  But due to some technical issue and bad quality sound i returned the product on the product on Dec 4, 2021 with exchange with another product and they provided me a ticket number. They mailed and informed that the replacement will be delivered in next 5-7 days.

                  After 7 days, on dec 11, 2021 i queried them through mail that the replacement is not yet delivered. They asked my email, ticket number (341442), order id ( 1112805_BGGN126833 ) through mail.

                  After giving my all the required details to them, they told me that the replacement has already been delivered.

                  the replacement wasn't delivered to me and I never had any details of the replacement with me from the day i returned the defective product so i asked them to give me the details of the replacement and where they delivered it. After that i searched the replacement details through my ticket number and sent the screenshot (stating that the exchange is converted for refund and approval is pending from their side.). I sent those screenshot to them and asked for further details .

                  After that they asked me for 7-10 business days and assured me that the refund will be delivered to me.
                  Today i mailed them again but getting no response. Their numbers are always busy no other method to contact them.

                  Now they even closed the ticket window and i cant even see the details of the replacement.
                  I need my refund of 399 please.

                      I ordered boat rockers 335 from Flipkart app. After 4-5 months my handset battery performance goes down and I claim my warranty. They took my product and mail me they discontinued boat rockerz 335 so they offer me boat rockerz 330 but I don't want that product this product is down graded, this product not have qualcomm processor and not have aptx noise cancellation. So mailed I them instead of boat rockerz 330 they can offer me boat rockerz 330 pro which have same features like boat rockerz 335 but didn't reply me. And their coustomer support is very bad we can't even talk to them just wait for their mail. I want my product back with a new situation or weather 330 pro. I don't accept boat rockerz 330. I paid for boat rockerz 335. I want 335 or 330 pro. Please I request you to send my product back.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have sent my product to Boat on 2nd October 2021. My product was in warranty and had a issue of One side speaker not working. As per customer care of boat, my product must be reach to me in 10 days but till date I did not received it. I contact to boat customer care many times but every time they just said that they have not my request and my product will reach me in 10 days but still its not. My Service Ticket Number is 3602683. Please resolve it.

                          Hi,
                          I had placed a request to change my boat stone grenade bluetooth speaker set as it was not working properly and the sound quality was also reduced. Therefore they picked it up from my address along with all the accessories such as box, all the cables, warranty cards etc. However they delivered only the speaker in a plastic cover and did not return other articles. Don't know what's wrong with boat as they are so careless towards their customers. Hoping a positive response and remaining articles delivery at the earliest.

                              I'm complaining about my product boat rockerz 550. Its cable wire not working. And it is under warranty. I call many times near service center but they not received a single call of mine. So i'm frustrated from this! Plz help me as soon as possible.                                 I purchase this 385 v2 black on Oct 3rd 2021 and I facing issue with product 2 times still issue is not resolve and this model failure model I replaced 2 times they r not replacing product simply they r repairing product and returning to customers again customers r facing problems so I m also facing same issue so need refund or I need other model which is d best model after replacement product it ill work 2 days after that it ill not work

                                      I found error while using the rockerz 338, i raise a complain for the same on 25oct with request no 3837511 and the same earsphone has been delivered by end by 2nd nov. But I received the mailed that the same product is discontinued on 27 nov and offer exchange with some other product. Which were declined by me. And want some other solution like refund or exchange with other option. But the company didn't response on the same .
                                      It's abouts 2 month I am without my earsphone and I didn't get any response from the company.

                                      I am very dissapointed with the service level why should I get happen. Out of 12 months warranty the company already have my earsphone for 2 mnth and after that I don't get any response.

                                      Kindly Handel this on urgent basis and please provide the refund process or provide my replacement for the product.

                                        Got delivery of the product on 4 Dec 21 and airdopes are not connecting properly, when tried to replace it, then i came to know that my order ID is invalid (7digits) and it requires 5 or 6 digit order ID to download my invoice.. until i don't get my invoice attached to the complaint it won't be able to register the complaint
