        I registered a complaint for warranty replacement of my product boAt rockerz 235 ne k band with ticket no. 4178716 on 2 dec 2021 today is 12 dec 2021. But my product hasn't received... it has dispatched but still not know where it is!! And when I called them they are showing invalid ticket number.

              I have claimed the warranty on the website of the boat that some problem has started in my airdopes. After that xpressbees dilivery service take my product.
              After 1 month i call dilevery boy
              and he(Akshay pal dilevery boy) said they lost my product and they give me 2 choice
              New product or money.
              I choose money
              And I also talked to his head about it.
              Then it asked for a few days' time.
              i said ok.!!
              then i call to the head on saturday
              then he says (ranjeet sahu xpressbees head),
              We are not giving money, do whatever you want to do("hum nahi de rahe paise apko jo ukhad na ho ukhad lo")

                    I ordered boAt zenit watch in charcoal black on November 11th. I got my order delivered but did not get the invoice firstly. Then called their customer service several times as I had to request for replacement but I couldn't do that without invoice. Their customer service was very poor, they asked me to email but never took any action. Then eventually I got the invoice after a lot of time and I they picked up the watch for replacement but later they mailed me that couldn't replace the product after two to three days and they will give a refund for that. Till then I waiting for the watch or the refund but it is still pending and I could get no help from their customer service.
                    My replacement number is 324881.

                        I have purchased the BOAT Dual QC-PD Port Rapid Car Charger With Power through BOAT official website on 04-Dec-2021. Received an update that it will be delivered through their partner DELHIVERY by 07-DEC-2021. DELIHIVERY is providing the facility to handover the shipment with neighbor with the necessary detail. Since I was travelling out of station on 07-DEC-2021, i have mentioned by Ground floor persons and their contact number which order has to be delivered. Neither the DELHIVERY executive called me nor to my neighbor, but they taken it granted to cancel the order. I have written 3 emails to BOAT to share the DELHIVERY customer care number but they didnt provided. DELHIVERY has updated to BAOT that customer rejected the order and BOAT has cancelled the order. When I have contacted the same to BOAT, the ruthless customer care trying to demand that you have rejected the order and when I have asked the proof for the same, they disconnected the calls. BOAT has tied up with DELHIVERY where they doesnt have the customer care number itself. I was very upset with the BOAT order and their customer care service as if they treating that they are doing the charity to customers.diyi

                          I have ordered airpods from boat app but order is not placed and money is deducted from my account. I need that money for another urgent work. Please let me know how much time does it takes to refund . I have also emailed to another customer service sites but nobody is providing any information regarding solution of problem.

                              Hi boat Team,

                              I placed an order on 06 December 2021 2.28pm .i.e. for Bluetooth earphones (ordered copy attached). But I didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
                              When I are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is almost ready to be shipped. Sit back and relax, your trip to Nirvana will begin soon ").
                              This item has not been dispatched yet. It was mentioned in the website that order will be delivered in 3-5 business days but that order is still waiting for dispatch.
                              Also I have called multiple times to customer care of boAt but we did not receive any satisfactory and good response from customer care.
                              Please let us know the reason why the order has not been dispatched yet.
                              Kindly help us in the fast delivery of our ordered products and also escalate this issue to the higher authority in boAt.

                                i made a complaint on 2 november 2021 for my smart watch due to charging issue.as the product is picked up and replacement of product is issued on 12 november.and the product is handover to a xpress bees shipment company but shipment company make RTO for the product by making their own reason. their is no delivery attempt is made at that time. when i complain about this to boat customer care and they promised to make reattempt for my product but till now 9 of december there is no update about my replacement product.
                                please kindly help me to dissolve this issue

                                  Initially i ordered an boAt rockerz 205 Pro headphone from official boAt website.
                                  They delivered a faulty one. Thus claimed for an refund.
                                  They denied and offered me an exchange.
                                  Thus i agreed to them and handed over the product to the courier person in terms of 7 day - exchange policy.
                                  But as soon as the product reached their end, there is no response from their via email.
                                  Its been 7 continuous days i have been mailing them.
                                  Till no response/refund/exchange provided.
                                  There is no other point of contact.
