I have purchased the BOAT Dual QC-PD Port Rapid Car Charger With Power through BOAT official website on 04-Dec-2021. Received an update that it will be delivered through their partner DELHIVERY by 07-DEC-2021. DELIHIVERY is providing the facility to handover the shipment with neighbor with the necessary detail. Since I was travelling out of station on 07-DEC-2021, i have mentioned by Ground floor persons and their contact number which order has to be delivered. Neither the DELHIVERY executive called me nor to my neighbor, but they taken it granted to cancel the order. I have written 3 emails to BOAT to share the DELHIVERY customer care number but they didnt provided. DELHIVERY has updated to BAOT that customer rejected the order and BOAT has cancelled the order. When I have contacted the same to BOAT, the ruthless customer care trying to demand that you have rejected the order and when I have asked the proof for the same, they disconnected the calls. BOAT has tied up with DELHIVERY where they doesnt have the customer care number itself. I was very upset with the BOAT order and their customer care service as if they treating that they are doing the charity to customers.diyi
