Mr. Very poor company management
I told u this word because u had not solve my issue yet now already I have many time submit my complain o[censored]r boat company but not give support by me

But they give me other product with very bad condition so I submit the issue...

The order is not delivered yet, while tracking the estimated time of delivery keeps increasing, and Now after being 5 days in the Lucknow Facility, now it is saying Package missing in Audit, while two days earlier it updated, package not missing in audit.

Kindly look into the matter...

I've emailed to the boat email address for replacement on my earphones and it's over 48 hours now, I got no response from them, when I also dial the customer care, I get no contact to any representative, including to it, the automated voice says there is no complain registered as well.
I do not know how to proceed further.
My earphone is still under warranty but the battery of the product started draining quickly, I require...

I bought 2 earphones from Flipkart of boat.
Within 2 months both earphones stopped performing well.
One earphone is not working at all.

I had purchased Rockers 450 from retain shop. But the headphone broke within 3 months. I had put the headphones and tried to move my head but the handle broke without even dropping it. Bought the headphones 4 months back, the strip is already broken! And when we reached out to the service center, we were charged instead of covering it in warranty and all they did was to put a gum and it broke again within a day!
Such a cheap service for a brand like Boat!

When I want to raise a order they show product will deliver tomorrow but when I submit my order and make payment they show product will deliver on 11 December and when I want to cancel my order it's show product is not delivered they are scammer my order id 1157173...

Boat team took back boat rockerz 335 due to manufacturing defect .one month passed still they are not communicating or responding even if we call many a times they dont respond....
