I was purchased this product on 27/07/2021. Now that product is not working condition. I registered my complaint on 11/12/2021. Ticket no. Is 4266228. But still process is not completed. Nobody service people not followed this is complaint. My mobile no. Is [protected].

    I boat a wireless headphone and when it got compliant I sent it to the service centre by registering on their website itself. Item picked with in a week which is 19 November 2021. And after 2 weeks boat team sent an email like it was a manufacturing defect and item will be replaced. And it will another model only due to particular product availability. Which I agreed. After that I sent many mails to get an update but they never replied. Also I made call which they were disconnecting in between. Finally somebody talked to me and said item not dispatched yet and don't know when that will happen.

    Its been more than a month an till this moment they are not willing acknowledge my email and not capable of saying when I will receive my product. PI would like to take some actions on this.

      Bought Boat TWS on 1st Nov, 2020. Since then the right ear unit use to stop charging itself therefore making it unusable. Got it replaced several times but every time it lasted for 2months barely. Now, that my warranty is expired on Nov, 2021 & the same problem has arrived again. I am concerned about the how many faulty items this company delivers & the the consumers has to suffer because of their negligence in quality & durability.

        It's almost 8 months since I bought it and where do we get the box from?When I said that I did not have the box, they demanded something else. Your courier partner is cheating in the name of warranty. ₹500 demand from me.Said give me ₹ 500. I will get the exchange done, you will get the new air phone.I ask those who take boat goods. Warranty is provided to all of them in the same way or we were called like this.do they give this warranty?

            Hello Team,
            I had ordered Boat Rockerz 255 Pro + Active Black through the website on 8th of December, 2021, it was delayed by one day and got delivered to me by 12th of December, 2021 that too after opening the package, I could see an open seal.
            First of all, I have a problem with the "Product Problem" list in the boat website. It doesn't have the other option of "missing accessories and parts". Why is this the case?
            And yes, the customer care number shows "not available" all the time? If you expect people to buy something from your store/brand, why aren't you keeping a good communication service? I have trusted you with my money for the product and if that's not delivered properly/or given an old/used product with torn box and missing accessories, why would even one go for it.

            I would request you to take this seriously and not give the customer a bitter experience and please address this concern in priority.

                I have registered complaint 1 month before but still no response given to any mail or call even after trying 100 call at the end my call get disconnected automatically. I already have 5 different boat products but after such experience I will never buy or suggest any one for Boat. If this post help me then its a really good news for me. My ticket number is- 4074837

                                  I have claimed the warranty on the website of the boat that some problem has started in my airdopes. After that xpressbees dilivery service take my product.
                                  After 1 month i call dilevery boy
                                  and he(Akshay pal dilevery boy) said they lost my product and they give me 2 choice
                                  New product or money.
                                  I choose money
                                  And I also talked to his head about it.
                                  Then it asked for a few days' time.
                                  i said ok.!!
                                  then i call to the head on saturday
                                  then he says (ranjeet sahu xpressbees head),
                                  We are not giving money, do whatever you want to do("hum nahi de rahe paise apko jo ukhad na ho ukhad lo")

                                        I ordered boAt zenit watch in charcoal black on November 11th. I got my order delivered but did not get the invoice firstly. Then called their customer service several times as I had to request for replacement but I couldn't do that without invoice. Their customer service was very poor, they asked me to email but never took any action. Then eventually I got the invoice after a lot of time and I they picked up the watch for replacement but later they mailed me that couldn't replace the product after two to three days and they will give a refund for that. Till then I waiting for the watch or the refund but it is still pending and I could get no help from their customer service.
                                        My replacement number is 324881.
