    I have purchased the BOAT Dual QC-PD Port Rapid Car Charger With Power through BOAT official website on 04-Dec-2021. Received an update that it will be delivered through their partner DELHIVERY by 07-DEC-2021. DELIHIVERY is providing the facility to handover the shipment with neighbor with the necessary detail. Since I was travelling out of station on 07-DEC-2021, i have mentioned by Ground floor persons and their contact number which order has to be delivered. Neither the DELHIVERY executive called me nor to my neighbor, but they taken it granted to cancel the order. I have written 3 emails to BOAT to share the DELHIVERY customer care number but they didnt provided. DELHIVERY has updated to BAOT that customer rejected the order and BOAT has cancelled the order. When I have contacted the same to BOAT, the ruthless customer care trying to demand that you have rejected the order and when I have asked the proof for the same, they disconnected the calls. BOAT has tied up with DELHIVERY where they doesnt have the customer care number itself. I was very upset with the BOAT order and their customer care service as if they treating that they are doing the charity to customers.diyi

      I have ordered airpods from boat app but order is not placed and money is deducted from my account. I need that money for another urgent work. Please let me know how much time does it takes to refund . I have also emailed to another customer service sites but nobody is providing any information regarding solution of problem.

          Hi boat Team,

          I placed an order on 06 December 2021 2.28pm .i.e. for Bluetooth earphones (ordered copy attached). But I didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
          When I are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is almost ready to be shipped. Sit back and relax, your trip to Nirvana will begin soon ").
          This item has not been dispatched yet. It was mentioned in the website that order will be delivered in 3-5 business days but that order is still waiting for dispatch.
          Also I have called multiple times to customer care of boAt but we did not receive any satisfactory and good response from customer care.
          Please let us know the reason why the order has not been dispatched yet.
          Kindly help us in the fast delivery of our ordered products and also escalate this issue to the higher authority in boAt.

            My ticket no. is 3915480
            i made a complaint on 2 november 2021 for my smart watch due to charging issue.as the product is picked up and replacement of product is issued on 12 november.and the product is handover to a xpress bees shipment company but shipment company make RTO for the product by making their own reason. their is no delivery attempt is made at that time. when i complain about this to boat customer care and they promised to make reattempt for my product but till now 9 of december there is no update about my replacement product.
            please kindly help me to dissolve this issue

              Initially i ordered an boAt rockerz 205 Pro headphone from official boAt website.
              They delivered a faulty one. Thus claimed for an refund.
              They denied and offered me an exchange.
              Thus i agreed to them and handed over the product to the courier person in terms of 7 day - exchange policy.
              But as soon as the product reached their end, there is no response from their via email.
              Its been 7 continuous days i have been mailing them.
              Till no response/refund/exchange provided.
              There is no other point of contact.

                      The order is not delivered yet, while tracking the estimated time of delivery keeps increasing, and Now after being 5 days in the Lucknow Facility, now it is saying Package missing in Audit, while two days earlier it updated, package not missing in audit.

                        I've emailed to the boat email address for replacement on my earphones and it's over 48 hours now, I got no response from them, when I also dial the customer care, I get no contact to any representative, including to it, the automated voice says there is no complain registered as well.
                        I do not know how to proceed further.
                        My earphone is still under warranty but the battery of the product started draining quickly, I require a replacement.

                          I bought 2 earphones from Flipkart of boat.
                          Within 2 months both earphones stopped performing well.
                          One earphone is not working at all.
                          One earphone has a problem with its mike.
                          Please look into this

                                I order a Boat bluetooth earphone (Boat Rockerz 333 Active black) by flipkart on 08.10.2021 and delivered on 14.10.2021. On using the product one side of the ear bud is not working properly. So I went to the boat service center in Velachery, Chennai for warrant purposes. My Complaint Ticket No.4071962 and Order Id : [protected]-4071962 and replaced product delivered on 05.12.2021. I was shocked when I open my package because the package contain only warrant card and cataglogue and my ear phone is missing in the package. Once I call the delivery partner by phone, he replied as he does not know anything about the missing. Hence I register a complaint for my product herewith for your information.

                                  My name is Vignesh and i had ordered a boAt airdopes 131 Black colour on Dec 6th 2021. I wanted to cancel my order due to change of plans and when i tried to cancel it through the boAt lifestyle website there wasnt any option to cancel the order and when i wrote an email to the support page they said that they couldnt do anything from their side.

                                    I gave my wired head phone (boat bass head 110 black) on[protected] for replacement, then it was replaced in Boat, the boat has been dispatched the product to imagine marketing .The delivery date is[protected] . It has been almost 10 days I didn't receive my product. I kindly request you to solve this issues as soon as possible.

                                        I had purchased Rockers 450 from retain shop. But the headphone broke within 3 months. I had put the headphones and tried to move my head but the handle broke without even dropping it. I had handle it with utmost care still it broke. I took the same to service centre in Vashi but they are neither exchanging it nor repairing it. I tried to lodge complaint online but the sight is showing only service centre addresses. There is no sight to file the complaint online. I am disappointed by this. I had high regards for boat product but now I will never buy their product.
