My boat rockerz 335 Active black were not working but were still in warrenty so i registered my complaint with boat customer service, they attended my complaint and send a delivery boy from Delhivery for collecting my earphones. After continuously tracking the earphones for 10 days, i found that the product has been wh handover but i haven't received my earphones!!!
I want my earphones back😠😠ðŸ˜

It is second time with the Boat airpods.
First week it is fine, after that bluetooth is connecting but no sound audible.
It is like sudden jerk and that's it not audible at all.

Product is damaged... Not working clearly

This is regarding the boat storm watch purchased through Flipkart on 15.09.2021 which stopped working after 1.5 months. Went to service centre Patel Hiren Jayantilal, Heneel Mobile Mart #104/105, First Floor, Kesarkunj Building, Krishna Baug Cross Road, Near Farki Above Bata Show Room, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380008 on 09.11.2021, They have not attended the complaint stating that flipkart invoice ( downloaded from flipkart portal) in incomplete. I sent a mail request to flipkart for invoice and they provided the invoice copy through email. That also forwarded to service centre. But no response received till date.

I sent a lot of complaints to boat customer service also but no response received till date. The cost of watch is Rs 2999/- which is now complete loss to be me. The company have to provide resolution to this issue as the product is under warranty period. But they are not even giving a reply through email also through customer service number.

Such a worst experience of Boat.

I ordered the boat airdopes 141 from the company website on 9th November 2021 and while tracking the order, it displays that the parcel is missing from the warehouse. The order is already 8 days late.

The person who was out for delivery called me on 19th November and said he would deliver the order but has not done it yet. Also, he didn't pick up the phone when I called and today he has his phone switched off.

I have no idea where my order is right now. The delivery date just keeps delaying day after day which has been annoying. Upon writing a complaint through email to the imagine marketing, they said they'll look into it but no action has been taken.

I would like this problem resolved. I want the order to be looked into and delivered as it has already been paid for and if not I would like a refund for the same. This has been dragging for long enough.

I already registered complaint on 17 th November and after that not asingke update.its showing something on 18th but not visible.Pathetic.Ticket:4035738

The right side airdope doesn't give battery backup more than 1hr while the left side airdope gives battery backup more than 3hrs...

Boat earbuds are not working not well, facing problem in calling also

I returned my boat airdopes. Idn't got my order back. But it showed as a WHHandover and the status is delivered. Idn't got any mail and messages about my product kindly let me know please...thank you.

I ordered a earphone (bass head 102 on Oct 27 (order Id 979287) using card (payment Id:- pay_IERavcTpD9kxmn). but I canceled and returned that order on Nov 4th due to the delay in delivery. But till now the amount is not credited to my account. So please take necessary action for this at the earliest

boat earphones i purchase on last month 28th October 1 day use some problem earphone sounds jack pin and mic not working properly and I'm in return policy 7 days I'm return and select to exchange my product but product not available in stock call costumer care boat she's says don't worry your amount will be refunded on 10 days but today sir 20/22 days are complete no response and again I'm call to costumer care says 30 days etc status check daily refund pending show anytime sir i hope u help me

I bought a product namely boat airdopes 441(mint green) back in the month of August 2021. It's just been 2-3 months and the device has started showing defects...the left earpod doesn't work in the slightest...and the right earpod drains out battery way faster than it did before... This's the second time I'm buying a boat product and I'm highly dissatisfied because boAt never fails to disappoint me...The product claims a warranty of 1 year.., so it is expected that I get either a refund or return for this item...and that the matter is taken seriously.. Thankyou

I had booked boAt Airdopes 141 on 10th November, and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th November 2021. But that day it showed status of product as not delivered due to consignee unavailable. And it was not true to be honest. I was at available at the address I provided. And after 2 days the return of product started and finally after 5 days it was returned back to boAt and the order was accepted also. But even after the return was accepted, I didn't get my refund. So now I want to clearly know when and how will I get my refund. If I don't get refund, I'll file a case against the boAt company for a online fraud, as I am not only victim, I've read so many reviews talking about the same issue. So I expect that boAt would consider my complaint seriously, else the end result would not be good.

I Purchased Boat progear B20 smart band through amazon. Band strap was broken how can I get another Band strap?

I ordered wire less bloototh hadset from boat website on 18th November and it's been 2 days and I have not even received a orded ID through mail or phone number. Customer care number is not reachable. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund.
Payment was made through Paytm payment bank
