    I ordered wire less bloototh hadset from boat website on 18th November and it's been 2 days and I have not even received a orded ID through mail or phone number. Customer care number is not reachable. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund.
    Payment was made through Paytm payment bank

        I bought the airdopes in the month of August and by the month of October I have issues with the product. On 15/11/2021, I visited ascent service centre in Basavanagudi, Bangalore and was told that the product will be replaced and delivered to my address within 10 days and today morning that is 19/11/2021 I received the product and after checking I am still finding the same issue and I think I've been resent the same defective product and I'm very dissatisfied with it because even after raising the complaint if I've been sent the same defective product then I don't understand what kinda unprofessional customer service are you providing?
        I expect to receive a proper refund or a proper replacement of the product so that I do not have to come back here to write to you.

          Company asked me to register complaint for the bluetooth head phone I need invoice pdf which is asked by boat website for that I called to customer care and they told me to go for boat wesite login ur id and download it from orders but my website is not opening in boat lifestyle then they ask me to whatsapp the boat company for getting invoice still there is no respone third time I called them they said within 48 hrs they will send the invoice in my email id, fourth time when i called they said they will send in 24 hrs, fifth time whn i called they said I should mail to Imagine marketing private limited then I mailed them still no response, sixth time when i called them it may take 4 more days to send the pdf of invoice

          Only for getting my product invoice I have to come so many times and Iam very disappointed because they after registering complaint again they want 20-24 days time to complete all procedures, and I have all the boat electronics like 2 head phone and smart watch being a loyal customer they are being so irresponsible
          I have all recordings of customer care which I can show as proof

          Please help me to complete my things as soon as possible

                In October initially my product airdopes 381 had some battery issue. So, I raised a complaint and claimed my warranty. In replacement, I received a product which was not even working so I again raised for replacement and then i received a product which was working but its charging case was not even properly closing. So i again raised for replacement this time I received an empty box. And after sending emails to you guys i have not even received any response from boat. This is really frustrating. Since this was my first ever boat purchase and moreover in replacement, i was only getting the product in a plastic sheet no new box unit.

                Which was again frustrating since these were refurbished units and defective too.

                          I have ordered boAt Storm smartwatch in 12th Friday 2021. But Unfortunately I have received a defective product.

                          The smart watch is Having problem and only vibrating and I can't use it comfortably.
                          I have dialled to the customer care for cancel this product and Refund but they're saying only Replacement can be done.

                          I have been boAt coustomer and was really happy With the service so far.However I'm bit dissapointed with this product.
                          So my request to you is please cancel my order and refund my money.

                                      I have raised a service request regarding my earphone having request no 3810719.
                                      Boat is not giving my product back. I have raised my request on 23 October and from then they are kept my earphone with them. I also called 3 to 4 times they only told that they will intimate me on mail within 48 hrs but I have not get any mail.
                                      Please help me to get my earphone back and I want from additional warranty for my product because they have not resolved my querry from almost 1 month.

                                        Purchased boat airdopes 131 black from boat lifestyle site in feb end this year.
                                        However since last week the right earbud is not switching on at all. There is no light indication on it also. Just the left earbud is working. This product is under warranty and can be replaced. So I contacted boat customer care and informed them the same.

                                        I do not have the invoice with me since its been 8months since the purchase. But the registered mobile no and email account i provided them. But they r not helping at all

                                        These things happen. Not always the customer has the bills but then obviously they have all records. They can check n get the copy of invoice from their records. Why trouble me.
                                        Ive already spoken to customer care so many times. Told them to direct me to someone whi can help me. But no luck.

                                        Also after launching my complaint on this forum earlier, boat did respond. But these sites are very lethargic. I don’t understand why they do not address the consumer complaints properly. Total unprofessional attitude.
                                        One of the rep contacted me and told me that the next day the headphones will be picked and the refund will be given. However, nothing of this sort happened. I tried calling on that number again. No contact at all could be established. Since I’ve tried a lot to contact with boat lifestyle but no luck. I sincerely hope this site will help in the same and replace my under warranty headphones (airdopes 131).
