I received my Boat rockerz 255 pro+ Navy Blue order on October 31, 2021. Sadly, I found the box empty.

Delivery boy replied that he can't do anything in this and asked me to talk to Boat company....

My order shipment is delayed. And my order is 980254 Bad experience in boat website and app...

I give my earphones back to your company because its not working and i raise my complaint then delhivery boy took earphones from phone but few 1 month not return to please see the matter......

Me warranty claim for boat Rockerz 335 ocean blue colour they accept and pick my product but not return they pick oct 6...

Not working cannot hear sound properly, charging problem...

I ordered Bluetooth earphone rockerz255pro+ on 07.09.2021 with orderid-777536 but even today i.e 30.10.2021 I did get the delivery not any refund. Please help, I had already mailed to customer care but got no help....

I also emailed them several times.but they are giving next and next week dates.

but till now, i have not received my headphones, while contact with customer care they are saying that product was not there inventory

I have placed an order for boAt airdopes on 10th of October and my delivery was supposed to be delivered by 16th October, then got delayed to 20th October (due to covid-19 which I totally understand) and the day on 20th they suddenly changed the date of delivery to 27th of October. I have had an urgent delivery of gifting purpose and hence I have ordered accordingly.
The tracking record shows it has reached my city but is put on hold!...

My soundbar was not working from past 4 months, i have raised 2 to 3 request (3391630, 3168426, 3779757) & called 8 to 10 times customer care, 2 to 3 engineers visited to my home & they changed board 2 to 3 times but it was no use still my soundbar was down. After that there was no proper response from customer care too, i was not expecting this from BOAT side. Finally somehow engineer has resolved issue 10 days back now my soundbar is working...
