My boat rockerz 335 navy blue were not working but were still in warrenty so i registered my conplaint with boat customer service, they attended my complaint and send a delivery boy fron expressbees for collecting my earphones. After continuously tracking the earphones for 10 days, i found that the product has been wh handover but i haven't received my earphones!!!
I want my earphones back😠😠😠

However, we would like to inform you that, the Rockerz 335/338 is temporarily
discontinued due to production challenges and hence we are unable to provide the
same for warranty replacement purposes.
As a result of the aforementioned situation, we would like to offer you Rockerz 330(“Similar product”) which has a 30 Hours battery backup, premium build, ASAP charging and dual pairing capability.
