Hello,
I have registered for warranty claim on the boat site on[protected].
Its said to be inwarded and is in testing phase.
But the replacement product is not issued even after a week after inwarding the product.
It's said to be max 2 days of reply but i didn't get any such notification.
Please issue the replacement. The increasing waiting time is taking away my faith from the company.

      Hi,
      I have purchased BoAt Rockerz 335 smart-buds ocean blue on July 08 2021. The product stopped working on October 25 2021, tried to reach customer care 6+ times unable to connect to representative, disconnect after 10-15 minutes hold stating will receive a call back, never received one.
      Registered warranty complaint on official website under service ticket number 3833094. The complaint product picked up under tracking #[protected]***. I have registered my complaint with my product with my invoice. The replacement is accepted and delivery confirmed with a different inferior product named as boat rockerz 255, contacted customer time 6-10 times connected to a rep where she stated the product I bought is no longer available in stock hence alternative product sent.

      1. I didn't receive any product till now.
      2. My non working product is in transit to boat address
      3. I want my product to be service or replaced or refunded not to be replaced with substandard low priced alternative.
      4. No call back/ response received for the emails I have sent to boAt emailing addres mentioned by customer service agent.

              My earphone model Rockerz 335(boat) got damaged and deposited at service center on[protected]. But the same is not replaced till date. I have got the mail that the product is out of stock and they seek permission for the delivery of other similar product. I agreed. But, they again repeat the same on[protected]. But, its still not initiated the delivery process of the inferior product in stead of my original Rockerz 335. They want to deliver rockerz 330 which has standby time 30 hours whicle the Rockerz 335 has 150 Hours. So much of discrepancies. But, I want the product ASAP, as its more than 1 month. So, disgusting.

                I have bought boat sound bar 2050 on Amazon with date 12/05/2021, it was delivered on 19/05/2021.i have noticed that product is not working from 07/08/2021 and I filed a complaint in service forum of boat official website with ticket id: 3038854.From there on words there is no response from boat customer service I called them more than 500+ times and on fine day there service engineer visit my home on 14/08/2021 and said product is failure and he claim for spare parts and from that day torture starts for me and no response from there service partner and even boat company.On several times of continuous calls to them on 05/10/2021 there service partner visit my home with spare parts and installed them but the product not worked, the service partner again update for new spare parts and till date there is no response from them, on my continuous calls to boat customer care they have again there service partner number and said my spare parts has been dispatched but there service partner is not attempting my calls and even customer service also not responding.

                  Urgent: Boat rugby Battery issue, not working

                  I am facing issue with my boat rugby speaker. For that battery issue I have raised complaint on 13th April 2021 and ticket number is "2253702". And in the request status i could see replacement product issues and i got the replaced product on 30th May 2021. It took more than 30 day to get replaced product.

                  I ordered on 21 Sept but boat did not deliver until I complained, and my some how my ordered get rejected it show rto delivered on 8 Oct as of today 6 November but I did not receive any amount in refund i tried several times to contact boat costumer service but each time I got disconnected I will never suggest to buy from boat the worst service they give

                    I've called the boat's customer care again they told asked to give acknowledgement of courier by which my headphone was sent that's Delhivery courier which successfully picked up my parcel on 1.10.21
                    Awb[protected] I went the Delhivery couriers office they have shown me full tracking of the parcel but denied to give it's screen shot, it was finally reached Boat LifeStyle service centre Bhiwandi, Maharashtra on 6.10.21
                    Now what's the issue why they are not returning my product back?????

                          I registered a complaint today (5nov ) then I got a mail with id which was addressed on Aug 6 and been resolved. This is happening with my previously complaints as well.Please look into the attachments.
                          Complaint regarding my watch was not resolved yet. As this was happening since 1 month. I took this watch because of the brand reputation and warenty.There is no proper response even though warenty period is not extended.

                            Hi I purchased boat Strom watch on July 2nd, it is not working properly now. It has the warenty for 12 months. This is the 4th complaint I'm registering since a month.                                 Dear Concern,

                                I hereby would like to inform you that I had purchased a Boat Rockerz Bluetooth headset on[protected] but yesterday on[protected] the wires and the wire cover got damaged together. Now how can a wire and its cover get damaged within 7 to 8 months and I have used this bluetooth headset hardly 7 to 8 times in the span of 7 to 8 months.

                                Now when visited the servicing centre at Guwahati, Paltan Bazar they told since it was a physical damage with the wires it won't be replaced. Now both the wire cover and the wires got damaged simultaneously and the now i am being told that it won't be replaced. Now how can a company like Boat manufacture such a pathetic quality product which damages within 7 to 8 months. Now i want a replacement for my product at any cost.

                                The invoice and the picture of the headset are attached for your reference.

                                Kindly look into the matter.

                                    My boat rockerz 335 navy blue were not working but were still in warrenty so i registered my conplaint with boat customer service, they attended my complaint and send a delivery boy fron expressbees for collecting my earphones. After continuously tracking the earphones for 10 days, i found that the product has been wh handover but i haven't received my earphones!!!

However, we would like to inform you that, the Rockerz 335/338 is temporarily discontinued due to production challenges and hence we are unable to provide the same for warranty replacement purposes. As a result of the aforementioned situation, we would like to offer you Rockerz 330(“Similar product”) which has a 30 Hours battery backup, premium build, ASAP charging and dual pairing capability.
